  12. I've had a few visions in the past as well about a natural disaster involving a huge wave submerging the town I live in. I've also had vision of something that told me when this will happen and to just remember Vaheguru when it happens. 'together' bhaji/bhenji can you pm me and I will tell you more about it.
  13. Waheguru ji ka khalsa , Waaheguru ji ki fateh Dass wanted to share with you a few health benefits of having a cold shower/bath. Enhance immunity against infections and cancer Give your glands (thyroid, adrenals, ovaries/testes) a boost, improving hormonal activity Jump-start your mood and motivation Crank up your metabolism to fight type 2 diabetes, obesity, gout, rheumatic diseases, depression, and more Normalize your blood pressure Decrease chronic pain Train and improve your blood circulation Detoxify your body Fight fatigue Strengthen exhausted, irritable nerves Rejuvenate, heal, and tone the skin Deepen your breathing Help with insomnia Improve kidney function Reduce swelling and edema Improve lymphatic circulation, thereby increasing immune function Reduce stress by regulating your autonomic nervous system Regulate temperature, fighting chronically cold hands and cold feet and excessive sweating Keep your hair healthy Improve hemorrhoids and varicose veins Reduce aches and pains Healthier kesh, prevents kesh from falling out. There are plenty of mental benefits to ending your shower with cold water. The ancient samurai warriors used to pour buckets of cold river water on their heads every morning in a shinto practice called misogi. This was a purification ritual on a spiritual level. They believe that it cleansed their spirit and helped start a new day & new adventure fresh. Cold water obviously helps waking you up, which is what you want in the morning. Also, it energizes you and invigorates your entire being. It can also lift you up if you are feeling a little down or unmotivated. There are many benefits to cold showers, as you can see. This is something that can be very difficult for many people to do. The key is to not torture yourself. Go about it gradually. Start with a level of cold you can deal with, and slowly make it colder after each shower. Waheguru ji ka khalsa, Waheguru ji ki fateh
  14. Dhan Dhan Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak Sahib Ji Maharaj and Akaal Purakh Waheguru are one and the same. Look at it this way; Imagine if you standing infront of the ocean and you take a glass and fill it up with water from the ocean, its still the same water inside the glass and the sea. Same way think of Akaal Purakh being the ocean and Maharaj Ji being the glass. Please sangat ji forgive me if I've said anything wrong.
  15. Veerji, Does this recipe help in meditation? Can you explain what is 'charay mugaj' or what it is called in english. Also how much of each ingredient is needed.
  16. waheguru ji ka khalsa , waheguru ji ki fateh Also has anyone read or seen Sahib newspaper it is full of gurbani. I wanted to know is the owner the same guy (Ranjit Singh Rana) who is presenter on sikh channel or sangat channel. I'm not sure which one. I've contacted a few newspapers in the past and they all have started being quite aggressive on the phone and don't see anything wrong in it. It upsets me when I see gurbani being disrespected. Its the same on wedding cards, people think that by having a pankti of gurbani on their card they'll get some kind of 'good luck' on the wedding. Can someone write a template letter so we can post it to a few printing companies and newspapers informing them of the beadbi. I haven't got good literature skills.
