From my limited ( or zero) understanding, AAPs platform is as follows: -Eliminate drugs from Punjab. -Control pollution in Punjab. -Ensure farmers aren't committing suicide. -Do not interfere in religion. I agree veerji. It is a large problem. I blame these people for the problems of Punjab too. Badal is only in power because these pendu people see him as "one of us". It's disgusting. However, Waheguru has taught us not to discriminate against any caste. Everything must be happening in Waheguru's will right? Yeah, there's been more peace at some places....but the fact that the Ross Street Gurdwara and the Ravidasi "Temple" are thriving remains a blackmark on the community.

I was waiting for this thread to turn into a Jatt bashing thread. Can't we all just get along? I will however state....it does seem that a large portion of Gurdwaras fights in the west relate to this particular caste. However, one could argue that it is a direct cause of this caste making up a large majority of "Sikhs" in the west rather than backwards "pendu" mentality.
