Instead, relatives of powerful people and people of high hindu castes represent the country in international sporting events. Very good points veer ji. This reminds me of Sant Singh Ji Maskeen talking about nindya. Maskeen Ji stated that calling the stem of a plan a stem is not nindya. However, calling a flower a stem is nindya. Maskeen Ji stated that most Sikhs are unwilling or too afraid to call a stem a stem and some even go as far as calling a stem a flower. Maskeen Ji stated that if more people were willing to call a stem a stem, many injustices could potentially be stopped. :)

More power to you if we can change anything man. Everything is happening in God's will. We can always try to make things better and by God's will perhaps things will get better.

I've read all the pages and I've made my thoughts very clear in my posts in this thread. I'd like the mods to close this thread because quite frankly this entire thread is a joke. The only thing this thread has confirmed is Sant Baba Jarnail Singh's prediction: There will only be Khalistan when we are all ready to be Khalsa. We can't even treat our fellow Sikh's with humanity. I am not an admin and I don't know why you keep thinking that I am. I agree that the poster jagsaw was out of line. I've asked, nicely, for all of the posters to drop this issue and stop blasting each other's caste. However, I will continue to speak the truth and state that we are all human beings. If jagsaw makes a mistake, we can call him out on it but to keep on hammering him over and over and over again accomplishes nothing. What exactly is the significance of any date in history? We should remember our 10 guru's daily. Just as we should remember the sacrifices of the panj pyare, chaar sahibjadey, 40 mukhtia, Singh + Singhnian who gave their life to the panth etc. We remember them daily in ardas and not a day should pass by where do not remember these brave warriors. It's nice to have a fixed date for the young kids who aspire towards Sikhi but we should remember these sacrifices daily.
