yeh but they could have hardly changed any of the bani whilst mahraj was sitin der rite next 2 em, n im sure mahraj would check it after. Muhammad couldnt remember what he said, or what had happend when he had his revalations, so how could it be checked??

oh well, gues no one knows,

quran wasnt even writen by muhammad, it could hav been altered. it was written by his companiens whilst he was in some kind of unconcience state. therefore word of quran could hav been altered. where as with Guru Granth Sahib ji it has come directly from our Guru, hand written by them from Waheguru him self. just by looking at the bani itself can prove its the word of God. It promotes the principles of humanity such as equality, selfless service, remembering God etc. no other religion has fully supported the general ways good people operate as much as sikhi does.

Gurfateh ji! emmmm eating less is put in place from what i gather is because when eat in large amounts, body becomes tired and cannot focus on naam, waheguru. sleep less is more or less the same meaning as when sleeping too much, alot of time is wasted and person also becomes lazy, and therefore mind cannot focus as much, by talking less the mind is able to stop engaging in worldy affairs and stick to true thoughts such as of waheguru, and continuously try keep simran going, as when speaking mind concentrates on talking rather then naam. sorry if anything rong in what i ses, as i have very limited knowledge!
