Looking at the article Harjinder Singh Khalsa wrote to promote kundalini yoga as an aid to help a person concentrate on Gurbani. He never mentions once how 3HO take up certain hand positions (mudras). Here are some examples of 3HO practicing and promoting mudras. How can you follow gurbani when you can't read Gurbani in gurmukhi and which means you can't understand Gurbani. These are all lies. Sant ji in a video gives a reason to why women are not in punj pyare. The reason has nothing to do with women being pure or impure. You stated in a later post, your husband checks to see what is said in punjabi because you can't understand punjabi.
