  1. What's being white got to do with this debate? Explain yourself.

    Masturbation:

Good exercise and avoid the porn. It's very tough this time of year what with the heat and all the semi naked female flesh floating around. Swimming is a good one because the cool of the pool seems to calm me down massively and of course you get more used to seeing semi naked women without getting excited over every single one of them. Works for me.
  3. Right I don't want to go on and on to the point of obsession about this but it always interests me what motivates the perps in these attacks. In this particular instance I think it is absolving of sins through the salvation of Jihad, and of course dying as a martyr in Islam is a way to go straight to heaven and avoid the long wait in the grave for judgement day, martyrdom is a one way ticket straight to paradise but I'm pretty sure you all know this anyway. It's quite a seductive idea because it basically preaches you can do what you like, accumulate as much sin as you like but as long as you die as a martyr in the name of Jihad you will gain access to and live forever in the garden of paradise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dcmye3dKAK4 In fact you can imagine the older tutor younger student relationship with the older guy saying "do you feel bad about your life son, do you feel like there is any injustice in the world? Well I can show you a way too paradise and leave this world behind, all you have to do is believe in what I say" Quite creepy really. The Police protecting the tourists were worse than useless they just stood back and allowed it to happen and the two shots in the back of the head sound suspicious to me, almost like the Police sympathised with him otherwise they would have took him alive for torture and interrogation. That Policeman who shot him basically shot a surrendering man and could have arrested him, The perp was praying and basically surrendering himself to the will of Allah and so quite placid at the time IMHO anyway. I wonder what the perp would have said if questioned properly. Something embarassing for the government maybe, guess we will never know now. Always take them alive if possible is the moral of the story just like our Police did with the Lee Rigby killers.
  4. Nah not gay. I like the ladies and my sister is in show business is all.
  5. Dont know enough about the subject to comment but if to accept sikhi means to accept mohammed I can see problems ahead for myself.
  6. And one more from me today. Here is a good program on the mindset of the Takfiri movement:
  7. Interesting article on the state of the nation: "The very idea of Britain is itself in jeopardy, because we do not have a clear idea of what we are defending. The point is that if we are to talk about uniting as a nation, then we need to have a pretty good idea what we are defending. We did once; but I am not convinced that we do any more." http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/terrorism-in-the-uk/11707052/Our-tolerance-for-other-cultures-is-at-once-our-strength-and-weakness.html It would be a shame to see this country fracture and split into loads of enclaves but well, maybe that's the way it is going. Maybe that's the way it has already gone and I am just starting to notice, dunno.
  8. Are you promoting the religion of Humanism? What's a Human?
  9. So yeah, if you ever come out of the Temple feeling great and happy about life and you meet a Muslim and don't want to talk just quote this Quranic verse: http://quran.com/109/1-6 It's basically saying "yeah whatever Pal". So yeah, for tonight that's my biggest answer to Muslims.
  10. Edit: But don't forget they cut their women to ensure that these women are still virgins when married off and thus ensure these women are worth more money. Kind of sounds a bit like slavery to me and also when we as Christians pray girls and boys all mix together and sing, when they pray (the Somali's) the women have to sit outside the prayer room until the guys have finished and only then are they allowed to go in and pray on their own.
  11. A little more on this article, not that I know much about what goes on in Leicester but things seem to be moving forward nationally on this subject: Lord Janner will be prosecuted over claims of historical child sexual abuse after a review overturned a decision by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Prosecutors announced in April that the 86-year-old peer would not be charged because of his severe form of dementia. An independent QC has now recommended that the decision should be overruled. Lord Janner, who was MP for Leicester West for 27 years, denies any wrongdoing and his family says he "is entirely innocent". http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-33310095
  12. Well I will tell you what I think on the subject, feel free to shoot me down if you disagree. Punjabi Sikhs and Punjabi Muslims are the same ethnic people, eat pretty much the same food and speak in languages they can both understand (Halal being an issue here). I should imagine your temperaments and views towards family and honour are both very similar. You feel comfortable in each others company because you both know where you are with each other and can probably get along with all living in the same area without too many problems. Unfortunately due to religious and historical differences there is a deep scar and still fresh wound that can be poked and prodded to inflame passions and tensions and cause great divisions again. Some people will exploit your sensitive spots for their own agenda and try to ignite this fire causing mayhem and destruction, divide and rule mentality all over again. But from my own personal perspective, Sikhs have a far better religion is all I'm saying. Now a Somali from work approached me one day and started to say things along the lines of "these guys with funny hats they all share their wives around". To which I replied they have a fabulous religion, he didn't really say any more to me on the subject after that. The Somali in question assumed that because I am a Christian I would feel more empathy to him because we are both Abrahamic, but he kind of that that wrong. Somali's are part of a much wider clan based system and indeed the long and very nasty civil war in Somalia was based along clan differences. If you put two clans of Somali's together after a few hours there may well be trouble. Most of the Somali's that live around Southall are from Somaliland which is a bit more moderate and used to be a British protectorate. The reason we are seeing so many is because large oil reserves have been discovered under the ground in their country and I think the deal with the establishment of the UK and Somaliland is: "well if you want our oil you had better give us access to your Uk labour markets" I used to visit the Khat chewing bars in Southall before they were banned just out of curiosity and chew Khat with these guys and one thing one of the guys said was: "There are only 250,000 of us in the whole country" Why so many have moved to Southall and the surrounding areas I just don't know. And Balkaar I am sorry to hear about your Grandfather.
  13. It's easy to criticise Islam, it's also easy to criticise Christianity. There is so much online now that you don't really have to put in much effort to find the relevant arguments. All I will say from my Christian point of view is when I have had a good Hymn singing session and I feel calm and at peace and loved up by the Lord if someone mentions Islam my reaction would be "yeah whatever, don't disturb my calm, to your religion be yours and to mine be mine" "To your religion be yours and to mine be mine" is actually a quote from the Quran. But never forget the savage Jihad passages and don't be lulled into a false sense of security by people saying Islam is a religion of peace.
  14. Why should the entire world reject Muhammad as a prophet? Here are 50 reasons, arranged by category (some reasons could have been listed under more than one category). Click on a reason to get the facts about Muhammad, or click here for a brief video overview. http://www.answeringmuslims.com/2014/04/50-reasons-muhammad-was-not-prophet.html Thought I would post this here because you know, I am with you guys.
  15. Thanks alot Balkaar, does any one know how things are in Slough between the Sikhs and Pakistani's? I don't think there are too many Somali's in Slough but I do see quite a lot of white Chavvy p1ssheads wandering around the streets. You know people like this: And I've heard about this from back in the day: https://theescapepod.wordpress.com/2009/06/29/working-in-a-pub-in-london-frequented-by-sikh-gangters-that-had-been-burned-down-by-skinheads/
  16. Have you any idea why? What are the Somali's doing to antagonise the Sikhs and vice verca? How are the Somali's getting on with the Pakistani's and how are the Pakistani's getting on with the Sikhs? I mean in places like Southall do the Sikhs and Pakistani's get on with each other now, you all must do quite a bit of business together. Or has the spectre of grooming ruined any progress that has been made?
  17. That's nice seeing as how today I have been asked to cool a shop down somehow, maybe put some extractor fans in or a small aircon unit. Punjabi run business so I'm doing my bit for community cohesion.
  18. I wonder what the relationship between Sikhs and Rasta's was back then, this is actually quite a famous album from back in the day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-UPZkPoPws And for the avoidance of doubt I place Sikhism way above Rastafarianism in terms of the truth of all things. I would actually place Rastafarianism closer to Islam and Christianity closer to Sikhi myself, but then that's just me. :biggrin2:
  19. I really don't know the relationship between Somali/Pakistani and Sikh in that area. I have visited Southall a few times but there are just so many people walking around you just cannot guess who the real established families/ businesses are.
  20. Well to us it's Jesus or Mohammed. Simples.
  21. How does it feel? I'm not a drug dealer by the way. I'm a Christian who loves a sing song in the Church. I'm a bit like this bloke:
  22. And to add I am sure they believe that if you do a sin today then Jihad tomorrow will absolve you of it. So in effect it is a license to commit crime and atrocity as long as you do Jihad in future to absolve it, all sanctioned of course by God. Not quite the same as going to confession to absolve yourself from sin is it, or singing the Vaheguru. Just trying to head my head inside the mind of a Jihadist is all.
  23. Serious question though, what do you think would happen if you as Sikhs started putting pictures of recent Hindu persecution up on the walls of your temples? Bearing in mind the Sikh history of Gurdwaras being used as political focal points where politics meets God.
