WaheGuru Fateh. WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, you folks are being too judgemental, so many people from our generation that I know only bother going Gurdwara on Vaisakhi or at weddings. Otherwise they don't ever go. Here is a guy from our age group that actually bothers going on his own accord. Instead of being judged he should be encouraged, or would you prefer it if he stops attending Gurdwara all together.

This may sound like a dumb question but why do punjabi's, especially Sikhs like the Deols so much. I mean I remember as a kid my dad always used to rent one of Dharmenders films or Sunny Deols. I have read that they aren't even Sikh, I watched an Interview of Sunny Deols recently where he was talking about Arya Samaaj and to be honest if they were Sikh with the kind of media coverage they get, they did little when it counted (1984). But still they are loved in the north. Personally speaking I think it was more of a caste issue with my father's generation (that a Jatt was in Bollywood) and thats why they were liked so much. But even today many people believe them to be Sikh and call them "apne". The majority of bollywood does come from Punjab, but aren't liked as much as the Deols, dont get that.
