I hear you. To me it's a text book case of someone trying hard to find some sense of belonging and brotherhood and ending up in the wrong place. Seen microcosms of this so many times. I see it and thank Waheguru it didn't happen to me.

But what excuse has Mooseface got? A rich jut boy trying to be gangsta. How many other jut boys are now going to needlessly die following this twat?

See that's what I'm saying. Both got killed for claiming a lifestyle that they weren't fully about. One thing about Sidhu though, that man emptied out a clip on those guys. Props to him.

I have to add. My personal opinion.

Tupac was a poetic genius - Moosewala trying to be him with his limited range and ugly face is a comical idea. lol

Poetic genius, sure. But man... He wasn't the brightest. Imagine being from out of town, claiming a Compton Blood Gang (MOB Piru) then proceeding to jump a notorious Compton Crip Gang Member, Baby Lane from SouthSide Compton Crip, and getting popped. Basically also got clapped for claiming something he was not.

Agree. My previous neighbor, her family, mum dad brother, and 2 other members were killed by in cold blooded murdered in Panjab by someone who was known to family as close friend. They had money and lots of land. Another relative from mums side similar had so much land her whole family parents siblings mama were killed but those who killed were never found, but heard a relative was behind it all due jealosuy etc

Brothers kill their own blood brothers, parents anyone out there just tip a gang and get their job done. If arrested they will be out in few years anyway. My mum's brother a complete fuddu alcoholic was raised well and everything got himself wrong crowd and parades himself being a 'Gangster'. He even threaten us when we went india few years ago lol. Went to the police and they just gave a notice.

Its not all rss/conspiracy BUT you dont think these deaths recently raise an eyebrow. Deep Sidhu, Sandeep, now Sidhu Moosewala. If this gang been operating for many years and main leaders are in jail then how do they still carry out their operations? Sikhs are chained and locked up for asking justice, Khalistan flags. If they were 'Sikhs' gangs operating you'd think they'd catch them by now.

Gov/agencies are behind it. They need them there to carry out the dirty work.

I've heard it's a mix. Similar to how the BC gangs operate. You'll have Hindus and Sikh guys in the same gang where they just rock with each others' culture. As @Premi5showed above with Bishnoi wearing the Sant Ji T-Shirt.

  4. All I'm going to say is that Panjab's criminal underground/syndicates is/are the real deal. Those boys don't play around. They lit Sidhu up with some serious firepower. Apparently that specific assault rifle is one that isn't even issued to the Indian military, meaning it had to be smuggled into Panjab.

Most men wore a Chadara especially in rural areas but there was a churidaar style Pajama around (though not popular). Sometimes in summers, men in rural areas just wrapped a large white sheet around the top half instead of wearing a Kurta (which was worn in winter).  Some men also viewed it as "foolish" to wear a Pajama and the term was used as an insult.

What one wore also depended on their community and region in Panjab.

I think Pajama was introduced way before the 70s, more likely in the 30s or 40s.

Sialkot city in the early 20th century. Some men can be seen wearing a pajama-like garment.

Maharaja Hira Singh of Nabha in 1890s wearing a Churidaar style Pajama. I saw a few photos of men around Amritsar wearing this style too in the early 1900s. image.png.abcdfd21f57278267f72a953955759dc.png

Interesting. The reason why I'm saying around the 70s, is because my Mom was telling me all about when the modern Kurta Pajama first dropped into Panjab. Prior, everyone just wore chadras and those kurtas with shorts.

The old man states that it was his father, kulwant singh, son of Hira Singh, that converted. Kulwant Singh was married to Khem Singh Bedi's granddaughter. It's interesting how he describes the process. His father had travelled to Iran and came under Islamic influence during his extended stay. Came back and started dining with muslims. Sikhs got suspicious and started harassing him to quit his islamic leaning. Kulwant singh took off with his wife, from one village to the next, with sikhs in pursuit, until he landed in a more powerful caste muslim village, where he settled in safety and cut his hair. The wife had little choice left I suppose and was renamed Zainab Bibi. The old man states that he recalls his mother as being mentally deranged during his childhood due to the trauma of separation from her whole extended family members. Even he seems to realize what an <banned word filter activated> decision his father made to convert as they lived in poverty afterwards, coming from powerful clans that owned thousands of acres of lands. At one point, the old man says his dad used to say " we come from a kaum that is the sardar of all kaums" (referring to his own Sikh origins). I'm sure kulwant singh regretted his decision, especially since 47' buried all possibility of reversal.

    Thanks for this bro.

This video says that a descendent of Guru Nanak converted to Islam. Some woman is named as converting. She wouldn't have been the one to initially convert. Women is those days did whatever their husbands did, and most likely it was the hisband who converted and she had no choice but to follow. Sad as it is if it's true, but those days were like that.

I've seen this before in a family of Bedi's in Malaysia where the man converted and his wife had no choice but to convert with him.

Yea, I believe the woman was the granddaughter of Baba Khem Singh Bedi right? She got married off and lived in Thoha Khalsa in the Rawalpindi district. That specific area was infamous for the events that took place there in 47. Just overall a sad story.

I will never acknowledge the SGPC Jathedar over the Sarbat Khalsa Jathedar. Ek hai Guru wale Singh, Ek hai Mahant.

Yea that’s fine bro. I just feel like there is something behind the Sarbat Khalsa picking a Singh in jail. Provides an avenue to continue and pump in the SGPCs own Jathedars.

He's not the Akal Takht Jathedar, Jagtar Singh Hawara is, but good either way.

Bro, idk if it's just me but I feel like these guys picked Jagtar Singh Hawara to just appease the sangat with a respectable figure. Why else would they choose a Jathedar who is locked behind bars? Doesn't really make sense. They know there is a very low chance that he'll ever get released from the clutches of the Indian government.

  10. If anyone wants an update on this issue, the Akal Takht issued an appeal for the panth to use and do prakash of larivaar saroops. Also, they said that within 2 years the Harmonium will be completely removed from Sri Harmandir Sahib and only puratan instruments along with Raag Kirtan will return.
