These high profile media agents are sponsored to push a particular agenda, as we are all learning through covid19. You will never see them calling out their sponsors on human rights abuses eg China.
I tend to just ignore them, why give them any attention.

That’s very interesting. Any good sources so I can read or watch more ?
This is my assessment based on various anecdotal evidence and random information gleaned from the Internet.
Here is something on medical research fraud.

A guy called Kevin Annett talked about his experiences of Harvard University. He is a whistleblower on the Native American Indian child abuse scandal which has again hit the headlines.
Rajiv Malhotra also speaks of universities in the USA being involved as part of the global agenda and has written a few books on his experiences. He also has a YouTube channel and website.

Are they very much involved in mental health/psychiatry also ?
I cannot believe how all matters of abnormal behaviour is normalised by them, and they are very keen to put people on medications rather. More recently however, there has been a move towards psychological therapies and alternative therapies
Very much so. Read up on MkUktra experiments carried out to test tolerance on various tortures.
It's all part of the medical mafia to profit from peoples' miseries. Hence why they hate alternative remedies that cost a fraction of allopathic meds.
Psychological and alternative therapies are very limited on the NHS and more recently they have been promoting CBT, cognitive behaviour therapy which is supposed to be a fast therapy.
But the reality is that meds themselves can cause symptoms requiring more meds to counter.
Furthermore they do not have knowledge on simple cures such as diet, vitamins and mineral assessment that would remove alot of symptoms.
Other than that the govt itself creates stressors to keep us dumbed down and obedient.

Basically we are lost.
If you're looking for a cost effective treatment you may wish to try
Bicarbonate of soda and honey in a glass of water daily. Start with 1/2 tsp if each. It's effective as a detox.
Good luck.

What I find shocking is how a university is spending 'hundreds of thousands' in legal fees to prevent disclosure - and that too at the behest of the government itself (so it seems). Why, and where do they get so much funds for these legal matters? Wouldn't the money be better spent on improving facilities or opening up new departments, hiring new staff, or creating bursaries for talented students? Very fishy.....
The universities are part of the socialist control system in exchange for public and private funds so do the bidding of their clients. Hence the reason for biased and flawed medical research that has been ongoing for decades to justify unnecessary medical interventions.
The students are the least of their concerns as long as they have sufficient means to continue operating. But the most elite universities such as Harvard have assets in their billions so could close if they wanted to.

Fail to do this, and I think the consequences are obvious.
I think all the people who sweep this under the rug should be ashamed of themselves and are guilty of putting us in danger more than any outsider.
Caste consciousness needs reservations to go which is being used to create divisions and foster dissent and civil war.
And who is responsible for creating a new district that automatically gives a Muslim majority? And more importantly what is the end game- West Bengal?
That along with aggressive Christian conversions is clear that the aim is not a peaceful Punjab.

Release would probably impact the Royal family and even cause its demise.
But people have a right to know.

It's important to keep your body in balance. So at times when your immune system is weak you may benefit from ayurvedic herbs and spices. Even the caffeine in tea and coffee can help jump start your system as it stimulates the nervous system.
However if your body is strong you should not need to rely on any of these. Simple water should do.
I use all sorts of teas/coffee and spices to aid digestion, remove toxins/headaches. I have now made my own concoction of spices that I experiment with from time to time.
Currently am using my version of this recipe.
What do you recommend?

Looks like things are changing already. But is it for the better, and for whom?

I'll see if I can find it. He was caught coming out of an Ashram and a journalist, I think Sikh, asked him about the farmer's protest.
I hadn't heard about his wife. That could be their leash on him. Dark pacts man.
From my understanding his wife's samadhi was done in public and she had made it clear that was what she wanted. He tried to dissuade her but couldn't. I have heard that he was having an affair and that she suffered from depression so this might be the reason he is being blamed and persecuted by the dark mafia.

Well he's produced a lot of content with knowledge in it. I agree. Is it his? Does he understand it? Can he demonstrate it? I saw a ready to pee himself Jagi on tv.
Lavar Burton did a lot of reading rainbows doesn't make him an author, he's just repeating what was written.
If you peel back the paid political agenda, the horribly innappropriate and innaccurate name, there is a somewhat nice actor underneath. I think he believed his character was needed in the world, but I think he's realized how deep he is in bed with those that funded him and I think he realizes who they are now. And he's terrified.
You may have a point. He went through a near death experience just after his wife left her body in which he says he aged 25 years. He alluded to dark entities being responsible so he may have been compromised as a result.
There are videos of him in this state of him looking extremely ill so he is not lying about that.

There is a blog post on Maharaja Ranjit Singh that attempts to explain some of the historical gaps. Though I'm not advocating for its veracity nevertheless it's worth reading as many of the facts have already been mentioned in this thread.

Suffering is already there without needing to create it.
Death, disease, poor relationships, greed and ego related problems.
These all need to be worked on and hence the reason we look to scripture and advice for answers.

Jains believe in God ?
Yes. Their Guru is Mahavira. They are very strict vegetarians and didn't even have garlic and onions in the house until the grandmother passed away.
Their temples are one of the most spectacular I've seen. Extremely intricate designs throughout. At one temple in Bhuj they played live music on the steps which could be heard far away and was wonderfully peaceful to hear.

Why Jainism, not Hinduism or Sikhism ?
They are mostly Buddhists or ex Buddhists who don't believe in God. Jainism is a very similar ideology but with belief in God. Both believe in a simple life and are seen to be more non violent than Hindus.

Amen to that bro. And really the nuclear family model itself is an occupied state. Extended family model is present in all the great People's.
Whatever model of family, community is decided, there are always problems. This is because of our limited understanding of our purpose on earth and the universe.
There has already been an ideal society that existed as all were following Dharmic teachings and humans were much fewer in number yet we could not sustain Satyug forever.
Now we are in Kalyug and those demons controlling the universe believe they should rule earth forever but think there are too many of us and hence are trying to reduce our numbers and appear to be succeeding.
It is up to us individually and collectively to stop this by whatever methods are possible. This may be by advancing spiritually or taking physical and practical steps to overcome this impending doom and tyranny.
However most if us have become accustomed to a comfortable and easy existence and are at a loss as to what we should do. We do not know how or when to fight as we have been duped and mentally colonised for centuries.
To break out from this psychological prison we need to understand our true powers which means overcoming fear and attachments to things that ultimately are less important than the protection of our souls which is being harvested through varyjng strategies.
As India is where civilisation began and has an understanding of universal truth I am hoping she will ultimately prevail over existing attempts to destroy her culture and civilisation which believes in the rights of individuals to have agency over themselves and their communities.
Unfortunately she now is amongst some who believe that is not so due to selfish and wrongful desires that could result in the destruction of the universe itself. I do not say this lightly as I am very well aware of the technology available that can easily achieve this as many others are also.

aconite is a poison. i presume you mean homeopathic aconite, which wont contain any actual aconite?
Yes homeopathically, it contains the memory of aconite. I have been using it regularly for a number of years and it is very powerful. Please do some research to learn of its benefits.

Problem with Muslims is they started shoving their faith in everyone's face. People in turn started viewing the Islamic texts under a fine scope and found so many holes, contradictions and morally wrong teachings. These issues have risen and now in return so many are apostatizing.
I wonder how many of them had Bill Gates' anti-God gene?

This seems insane to me?
Not insane. Just pure selfishness as those big owners are protecting their business interests. Most cannabis farms are owned by royalty and their associates so this is to control the amount farmers can earn and capture a growing market.

Anxiety could be due to an imbalance of nutrients and presence of heavy metals. It happened to me following a month of allopathic medication. I was cured after 2 tablets of Aconite from a homeopath. I now stay away from this.
You can get a profile if your heavy metals and minerals using either a hair strand test or an Oligoscan, privately. Then use chelation therapy and diet to address imbalances.
If after doing this there are still problems then some of the suggestions by @GurjantGnosticcould be attempted.
