  1. I don’t believe in Kirpan Di Amrit, but the concept is that according to them, Women can’t be in proper Rehat and that only males can be proper Amritdhari Sikhs. If Vaheguru wants someone to marry with a certain someone, it’s going to happen regardless, but personally for me, pre-marital affairs is a huge turn-off because of difference in morality and upbringing.
  2. I think that most people just identify Jatt with all Punjabis. (I hear some people with Khatri names calling themselves Jatt).
  3. I only really here about caste on the media, never irl. I know what my ancestors were, but it doesn't really impact me at all in the slightest today.
  4. If caste actually mattered, would Sant Ji pick a Khatri to be his right-hand man?
  5. Don't try to support Jatt supremacy brenji. We all are equal.
  6. I joined like a month ago, so idk if it's something that happens all the time.
  7. Dally isn't Guru Sahib, follow Guru Sahib and don't do anyone's nindiya.
  8. What beneficial? It's just Ranjeet showing that he views Jatts superior to non-Jatts.
  9. Interfaith marriage doesn’t work unless you have no faith to begin with. Money and looks matter, but they will fade away.
  10. You can’t marry someone and then expect them to change, you marry the person as is, and if they do change in the future, you decide whether their changes are beneficial to you or not. I’ve talked to a few non-Sikh girls that I liked, but ultimately the fact that they currently weren’t Sikh turned me off.
  11. How would someone tell this just by online interactions?
  12. I think it’s easier for girls to find mates than guys on dating sites. ?
  13. I think usually people find rishtas from the networks of people they already know. Idk as I’m not currently married and haven’t gone through that process. You should be upfront about who you are.
  14. @Premi5we can see the children at least have a gutti and keeping Kesh, the reverse is less likely the same.
  15. Sikhs got like no political power in the U.S. compared to Canadian and UK Sikhs.
