you want me too? ok... well i'll contact my friend about it, i'm sure we can work something out I think we are missing the actually meaning of the nishan sahib, the colors are not as important as the function. Havn't you ever noticed that sometimes we get too picky on these issues just cuz you think its ok to do stuff...dont mean its ok there are 4 main Khalsa colours... if "theyre JUST colours" for you, then you could at least accept that Sikhi has chosen the four colours for specific reasons. you think Sikhi just makes up things for no reason??? you think that Sikhi has stupid rules huh??? you think its stupid?? well i think its stupid how you cant accept any fact. this forum is growin into the stupidest one ever cuz of some people who cant accept Sikhi for the way it is. if you dont wanna wear the 4 colours of the Khalsa, you can at least accept the fact that there are specific colours of the Khalsa. :lol: and yeah...so if youre gonna contact your friend abt it, and if youre sure that youre can work something out...then go ahead...why dont think of puttin up a green Nishan sahib or maybe even purple....ooo ya...that would look just great, wont it? how abt puttin a lil bit of red sparkles on it... cuz like ya know...we have to make our Sikhi artifacts look beautiful, dont we? and while youre at it....put a nice pretty pink ribbon around the bottom. :TH: btw...i dont care if people thought that what i said, and how i said it was rude...cuz.. sometimes people go too far..makin up their own stuff...havin their own so called "input" and thoughts cuz our thoughts are nothing compared to what Guru ji KNOWS and set out for us Gurfateh Vah Vah panji!! lol....well said man...4 colours....white,orange,blue,and black.....teek ai? i dun care if people prefer to wear other colours aswell....as long as naam is in your heart...it's all good bhul chuk muaf Gurfateh

Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji ki Fateh omg....these posts are so interesting man awesome :TH: ....but it's so true.....i tried alot before but no one ever listens...so truth is....we can only do so much....in the end it's always up to guru sahib on what will happen to each and every one of us ......don't feel upset....and yeah i agree wit that panji that every goal is difficult to acheive....but if we are fully dedicated to wha we're gonna do and we always tink of guru sahib then wha's so dificult? :e: vaheguru....amrit-vela....i know it's hard..in fact i'm having a bit of a hard time with that too....but truth is wha brought me back was inspritation.....i started to think oh it's too early i dun feel like doin paath.....and so on....buh jus a few dayz back i went to a small keertan program and vaheguru.....when i heard my two panjian doin the shabd "Mohi Na Bisaro, Main Jan Tera".....vaheguru....i struggled to control my tears....and after that i thought so much....what was i thinking? i stopped doin rehras,amrit-vela,even kirtan sohila!! all i goh was pain...and now....rehras and kirtan sohila daily and amrit-vela still workin on it....buh i tink dat happens to a lot of people....set up ur alarm clock when it goes off in da mornin u shut it off and go back to sleep.... i do that alot...buh like evryone said do ardas....before you go to sleep.....an ardas with pure love....guru sahib is always listening to ye....and if ye've tried your best to help them yet ur friends still aint listening....jus do an ardas....in the end....only guru sahib knows wha will happen Bhul Chuk Muaf Sangat Ji Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji ki Fateh

Me? I do believe that it did happen in this case. I was just saying in general though. no matter what it is.....this is serious.....these so called singhs go around wearin guru sahib's bana and they wear a huge kirpan and from the inside....it's just filth ....vaheguru only the panjian who have been through such misery can understand how this panji feels ..vaheguru

omg haha u seriously duno how much fun i had readin ur lil story ji......very interesting!!! :TH: and yeah it's true i geh so pi$$ed off wen sikh people tok in hindi!!!.....we should be speakin punjabi shouldn't we? i always speak punjabi at home and wit relatives man.....yet in india....i always used to geh better marks in hindi than in punjabi :D wonder why buh still....punjabi's an awesome language :TH:

Gurfateh well......i don't really think the bride should.....like that's my personal opinion.....and um i jus recently attended a amrit-dhaari wedding in july...the bride and groom were both amrit-dhaari.....and the bride...omg she looked beautiful....das cuz...she had no make-up on...yet her natural beauty simply looked wonderful....and she was wearin a orange salvaar suit....suit was plain....but the chunni was completely FULL of sparkly embroidery...and she wore two rings....and a small chain in her neck with a really pretty pendant in it....das all....and she looked like a real amrit-dhaari bride cuz her chunni was sssoooooo heavy....no need of a chura she looked wonderful the way she was....so like....u dun need so much make-up and chura well.....i dun tink it necessary...buh then again...up to ur sister....good luck wit da wedding! :TH: BHUL CHUK MUAF Gurfateh

VJKK VJKF people are so used to saying it in one way that they just stick to that one way....it's like.....people are mixing the same old punjabi language with gurmukhi....there aint no big difference buh most people aren't careful when they read bani....they jus say whatever they would say in evryday life lol......i started goin to santhya for a few daiz and woah it made a huge difference.....buh in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji both "KIrpa" and "KRipa" are used.....u jus gotta be careful while readin bani.....bhul chuk muaf VJKK VJKF
