I agree, Guru Gobind singh knew 7 languages and encouraged knowledge of other races and peoples so it would make it easier to spread the Truth of Guru Nanaks dev jees Sikhi, misconception are that the spread of a religion is infringement on people rights, like conversions and so on, is seen as a negative, partly because missionaries have been given a Bad rep due to political motives, but the way i see it, like Galileo Galilei showed that the earth wasn’t the centre of the universe, which went against church they said declaring that the ideas that the Sun stood still and that the Earth moved were false and altogether contrary to Holy Scripture Shows they weren't willing to move with the time, and some people will hold fast to their false belief much like the church did, but Guru Nanak has thrown this on its head by proving God is a reality and people deserve to know, as main difference between Sikhism and other explanations of God is that we have been shown by the practical path which our Gurus, Sikhs and Bhagats followed to meet Vaheguru. So we as Sikhs should be able from following the Instructions of the Guru quell all doubts But what has happened in the past 100 years is not many have practically achieved this Level and fully Told the sangat about how to achieve this (but I have private tapes of Sant Isher singh telling a few people how to achieve this) and now is the norm to be like any other religion and put everything on faith, which is a kick in the Teeth, when we been given the path to merg back and see all the experiences that the gurus had on the way to Vaheguru. Like when its written God made that fire pole, cold which Parlaad had to hug due to his disbelief of his father being the creator or Guru Nanak merging his elements in a game of hide and seek with the sadhs in the mountains. These things are very much true and are called Nu Nidh Atara Sidh. So the 1st step is to reach this goal of Meeting God then look to spread the word of Guru Nanak, as Guru sahibs himself has sated, the one who will do the Katah of God will have reached Naam and the ability to come and go from Durgah/Nirinkars Desh (Gods Land).

Well this is a big problem for most people in the world, just because you have taken amrit doesn't mean it will stop, which it should but thats another topic. The best thing you can do is get a routine where your doing 3-4 hours simran aday, I had a similar issue but with a Gur Mukhs graces i over came it. Like the last thing you wana do is go Pesh and then in 3 months go again coz you committed that sin again as Peshy isnt a Joke or is taking amrit. But if its your 1st time this has happened and its your 1st time going pesh then go for it, just say "Merto kaam di Galthi Hogi", as the issue isnt the act which Kaam makes you do, its Kaam which is the source of the problem, and its this which the Punj Piarai should tackle, if what they tell you works then its Guru Kirpa and you have your answer but if it doesnt then do as i stated worked for me.

Most replies I’ve read all wholly wrong, I think people are (due to lack of knowledge) missing the point, I’ve seen a video where they believed that Guru Gobind singh jee had lust and that the flow of his writings was a sign of young age and hormones.. I mean really, the way I’ve phrased it to a friend is very simple, what gives you the right to give opinion on Divinity, have you reached the Level where you can Merge your 5 elements in to the earth or can take your Soul out and travel the universe, if the answer is no then what does your opinion on spiritually matter. It’s a shame that people that have been born in to a Sikh family have such little understanding of what Gurbani is, I mean people are so used to talking about religion they actually think their opinions have some meaning and that they have the right to give one. I’ll put this way to the people that are highly educated, whatever field it maybe, say you were approached by a laymen that had just read few articles on your subject and tried to give a seminar, im sure you would laugh as you would see the flaws. How then are people on these forums doing any different, all i see is tens of different people with limited knowledge and hardly any practical Jevens, trying give advice on the Punj choor, which baghat kaaber jee admited losing to again and again and again in his past lifes too, so what insight do people here have that he didn’t. I know that this place is a open forum and anyone is entitled to his/her opinion, buts it’s more detrimental to the person who gets bad advice or advice that he think suites him best, which might not even be correct. problem im seeing with reports and even on Indian state news is that there is no mention to the alleged crime of Beant singh, all i seem to hear is that 2 people planed to blow him up, one did and the other is on death row, this is a simple world ive found people make assumptions on very little information. Its easy to say its in guru granth shaib, but ive never come across any gurbani, which says that poor are not close to God, can you provide any pugthis from Guru jee's writings, also "This energy is natures role. Woman subconsciously submit to this energy." really... if im coming across as rude then you'll get that when you make factual statements with no evidence to back it up. Again link some pungthis and lets have the study from a reputable psychologist about the mind frame of a women to energy you talk about, which poor people dont.

Its hard to say why you are going through bad things maybe its a frame of mind or past karam, i cant say i cant see your past. All i know is that you have the now. Like some others have said, other people have been through worse, so maybe you can find solace in that, but you can only find peace and Sukh from simran, as without abiaas you cant control your mind, and on a micro level if you think about its your mind/thoughts you are upset with, No thoughts no dukh, the aim of life is to be above Mia which are thoughts.

I never said Guru shaib isnt God.. all i was doing was pointing out that Guru shaibs on earth used to ask vaheguru for advice and also the sat sangat

Wrong.. Theres a shabad in gurbani where guru Nanak says to Vaheguru, did you not feel pity, when you sent the armys of Khurasan which came to conquer India. Also Rama Nandh bani, where he asks god, what do I do, someone is asking me, that they want to Meet you. Gurus used to ask the sangat for advice also, like guru arjan dev ji, when he was summoned before his sheehdi. That bani is in Guru Granth Shaib.

Tbh honest i haven't to my own embarrassment studied enough about namdaris, but of what i do know is that they belive in a Dai tari guru, which 100% wrong there isnt a need for anyone to call them selves Sat Guru because all the instructions of how to Win the game against the 5 evils, is with in Guru Granth shaib Jee. But for people who now follow this Way, are (and people need to understand) 2nd generation naamdaris they have been indoctrinated in to this way of thinking, its as much a part of there mind set as is the earth going around the Sun a fact to mankind, faith is a personal thing which can not be weighed or given numerical value, its only as valuable as the one who follows it, whether that be to death regardless of the threats or just a sunday Sikh who believes just to believe.
