   WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA!WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH! kisi nu kisi di mistake kida feel karana chahida ki mistake vi das di jaye taha samne wale nu enza vi na lage ki we are teasing them or we are more superior than them???????? my aim is ki ahagar koi galat kare sikhi toha dur jaye toha uhsa feel karana change tarika naal taki oh ahapni mistake mane taha sudhare. i told everyone in straight away......so they become angry and then some try avoid talking Plz help how to talk???????????

    I have a longterm shyness problem that I am desperate to be rid of. I dont know why I am this way, I have had no bad experience which has triggered shyness, its just the way I have been for at least 10-15 years. I always seem to be on edge and jumpy/fearful.I am a clean shaven male and 32 years old, I occasionaly drink. I think sometimes because Iam anxious I feel I need the alcohol to calm me. Generally I have cut down alot; on average I drink couple times a month. I would rather turn to gurbani to rid me of this and not other ways; I tried herbal supplements and hypnosis.     SSA, I was successful in the official Olympic tickets ballot and have got 8 tickets to the London Olympics. However I think I over did it and got more tickets then I needed. I was advised to apply for as many tickets as possible to be successful in the ticket ballot. Which is why I ended up with more then needed. Hence I was wondering if anyone would be interested in going to the Olympics with me. I can chose 2 or 3 to accompany me to the games. ie friends ect. If anyone is interested contact me.
