I think you should give this camp a shot. I have attended this camp and it was a good experience. Its a mix of both with sikhi activities, kirtans and yes sports. Workshops are good and speakers/presentations are great as well. Send me a PM if you need more info and if you want I will get you in touch with people who are attending this camp.

Singh I understand your concern, but for one second think of it from another perspective. You do not know the exact reason why that akhara went to that show, so why assume? It could have been for fame but it could be prachaar. Your not looking at the big picture. MILLIONS of indians watch this show, exposure was our sikhi to them and how it is still alive today and it will not die.. If they were true khalsa and sons of guru gobind singh, I bet their main aim was to show just this!!

We should live in the will of guru saahib. There are other options you can exercise (ie.adoption or simple ardas!) This is no justified reason for a divorce. Live in bhaana, dont get in the presures of society and maya!
