this means a few base things.. sooha rang aint red rang! its bikh rang of maya.. which has been alocated the color of red. but, red colour is also the colour of the saints! goora rang is this saintly colour. and its alocated red rang. look at the faces of sants. its red with naam simean.. this is (EVENTUALLY) called ujal.. (most people think it ends with amrit..)... amrit is the first step.. from that, your journey can begin (>>in its fullest<<). i will say, in our life, our guru gives us choices to make. make the right choice as much as u can.. hair removal aint the right choice.. even if u got a condition.. but if u do choose to treat it (apparently people use this lamp that u shine on ur hair, turns it white, makes ur skin itch which is normal, and reduces the hair after a few treatments), its somthing u shud regret.. its not the way.. this lamp thing is the new thing apparently.. fact is, that most khaas (good) people singhs, dont reely mind the hair on a gal. and think about it.. you dont want every TDH tom deek harry, after you.. only the khaas people. so u can look at hair being a way of sifting the good ppl from the lesser people (as such).. whatever you choose.. know that amrit is the marag.. and its the first step on it.

its ok to kamaa the world, but be ready to giv it all to guru G. wecan have the house n cars etc.. but we cant get attached to it. thas where the proplems start. ardaas.. the only true ardass is the ardass that is in bani.. yes we do ardaas for exams etc cuz we hav faith in god to help us. its not a bad thing. it is bad however, if u do the ardas and thas it.. no more ardass.. u just wanted to hav the help, n now that uv got it, ur not gona thank guru G through naam simran.. etc... this is the only way its bad. u dont need to do ardass to fail an exam.. we can fail al by ourselves! or jus dont go to the exam! but, the bigger question here is, y wud u wana fail in the firsl place? and, if u feel high, its guru ji telling you to look this is what u will get if u jup naam simran. and also, guru G is saying, put this happiness on naam and u will be rewarded even more. as for feeling controled, you aer not. this is in ur mind. i know sum 1 else hu has this same thing.. but worse. and its all in their mind.. feeling controled.. what u hav to do is spend time around amazing people. good people. take it sasy, understand that if u hav guru G with you, nothing bad can touch you.. 1 mool mantar will push away all badness away from you. doing chaupi sahib paat 5 times, and bani like basant ki vaar M : 5.. 1 oangkar satgurprasaad .. har ka naam dheyaae kai..... the controlled feeling is in your mind. the feeling high is guru G showing u what to do with it (to jup naam with it), and ardaas... bani is the only true ardass.. but its ok to pray for things like exams.. as its bharosa on guru G.

it can be overwhelming, yea.. but this feeling is different to scary.. but, it can also be scary cuza the augun people see.. from themselves. this is just a hurdle as the main AV aint scary at all. its jus 'nex levl' as such

its best to do it in one go. and 10pm, is the majic number to go to sleep. wake up 4-5 hours later do nitnem n naamsimran, then go ava nap (best sleep eva! boh kirpa hogi!), then wake up after. get redy n go work.. naam simran is only naam simran if you feel it.. atm, we go by kaal. time. so this is y AV is imporetnt. but, Quesrion, whats the amritvela (AV) of saadhus and sants? its all the time! everymoment we find mazingness at work, skool, uni whatever, that is the time to jup! contain that amazing feeling, and it will reard you 10 100 even sumtimes 1000 tmes over. if we start talkin bout the feeling, then it wont stay with us.. people might start calling u a "dizzy blad" ;P or a bit "crazy".. but thas the amazing feling that no one can take away from you. and its best left unsaid!

ur posta get up >for< 3am. (to start with).. so 2:30, get redy etc.AV is in the last peher of the night. we posta giv our 2.4 hours, then do our nitnem.. tbh, do as much naam simran as u fel to do.. then wen u feel you have finished, then do nitnem.. som people get up at 12:30 and do naam simran. cuz thas how much they feel it for. then its nitnem time.. but vadh tau vadh, till 6pm generally, its when ur nitnem shud be done. i personally like to do it as the sun comes up.. and nam simran before. this what i used to do.. gota get back into it.. i cant figure out if u mean this to me or not? : ? its av! its poppin!! but most beginners see all their augun first.. this s one of the first things that happens.. but not to everyone..
