  1. Thank you now let me an Papi discuss his remarks
  2. I know that's why you are so arrogant Are you done yet so we can get back to the discussion
  3. The comparison was made by Papi of a Moorakh dancing in ego and a person playing tabla in ego to kirtan. He didn't realize he was slandering kirtan by comparing it to such degrading actions of a guy on stage making a fool out of himself. Like I said before Papi if you want to get into this then we can see where it goes. Take care pal and next time think before you slander kirtan Some need to understand in context, but they just end up showin their blunt stupidity. Just a thought.......
  4. Your made an a** out of yourself and now your backing out of a discussion. Next time think before you open that smart mouth of yours. Again, go back and re read what I said. You just made an a s s of yourself, and I didn't even have to try... Backing out of a discussion? I never said I would discuss anything with you in the first place I have been on ss long enough to know what the likes of you will "discuss" on such topics, thank you for the offer but i'll pass. I got better things to kill time with than this Thanks for showing your true colors. I'll give you this much, you admitted you were wrong with dignity
  5. Your made an a** out of yourself and now your backing out of a discussion. Next time think before you open that smart mouth of yours.
  6. I know how different it is, but thank you for your concern oh gursikh of the century. Tell me when you want to discuss this. Cuz seriously, you don't mind slandering kirtan.
  7. If you want to go into this then, I'll make you look like a fool. So it's best if you stick to being arrogant here. Loolllll don't get ticked off by him, he does the same too me...lolll Not mad just confident, and some could go through their whole life and not even know subtle aspects of Sikhi. And he needs to realize it's slander when you compare a Moorakh dancing on stage to someone playing kirtan; praising the Lord.
  8. If you want to go into this then, I'll make you look like a fool. So it's best if you stick to being arrogant here.
  9. HAHAHAH, talk about ignorance. Thanks for the repitition.
  10. Now that's a bad comparisons. A guy playing tabla with kirtan and a person 'dancing' like a moorakh on stage, which is highly likely degrading music. It's like comparing a whale to a dog and calling them the same. Sorry I had to be harsh here, but in a way you asked for it.
  11. Yes you can, it's called arranged marriages. Happened in the past and do still occur. And the word love is defined in many ways depending on personal experiences. The love most people speak on is based on likes and dislikes. Guru Sahib goes beyond this love and tells us to love unconditiionally. If you look at majority of the marriages today and what kind of love they are based on is materialistic, be it of physical appearance, or wealth or others like and dislikes. As soon as one of these changes the love is gone and the liberals end up in divorce. The so called love is held together on illusions. here is an example. Two individual got married and one later on his life became spiritual and started becoming more of a Sikh of the Guru. The wife being the liberal, did not like what her husband was becoming and decided to lay down the law. She ended up telling him to divorce her or leave Guru Sahib and we can be together. Now in this case only true love which wasn't built on illusions lasted. The husband left because of the unconditional love he had for Guru Sahib. Yes the divorce meant more problems in his life and has to leave his house behind which he spent so much time building and leaving the two kids he had with her. All this pain he had to go through just to be with Guru Sahib, but he still choose Guru Sahib. That pain is worth it. That constant abuse from his relatives to leave his family was worth it. All because of true love, unconditional love. Where Guru Sahib will put you in so much pain, but still you won't give up that love for illusions. Keep in mind the wife turned their two sons on him. This is a true story by the way. Today love marriages don't have that bond and that's why love marriages are frowned upon. They are brittle and break in a snap. These love marriages have the foundation of materialistic illusions. Just the other day someone told me that another marriage was broken because of what was holding it together was falsehood, the illusions. Now we can't say all love marriages on falsehood break apart. How do these individuals keep it going. They have a strong foudations of falsehood taht keeps them together. They have enough wealth to keep it up, but as soon as taht wealth goes, reality hits them in the face, which ends in divorce. A love marriage built on Sikhi is what will stand any challenge it faces. Because the couple has one thing in common, the Love for Guru Sahib. This is their base and this is where they attain wisdom and learn. If your an amritdhari couple(using 'couple' as you met talked and wanted to get married, none of this gf,bf stuff) and wanting to get married, but havn't yet and you end up indulging in maya then that foundation just got weaker and Sikhi is not where you stand anymore. You have the identity of a Sikh, but have fallen into the illusion. Sure you can get back on track and have Sikhi as your foudation, but it won't be the same because of the reminder constantly of being weak in that one or numerous moments. In Sikhi love marriages before the marriage are hard to keep away from maya, but if you can do it then go. Just got to remember the foundation on which both of you stand on and don't break that base.
  12. Singh, what the Sant said is correct, but doesn't apply to what is being discussed here. Here, I'll explain. When a person extracts milk from the cow, the cow is not killed. The cow continues to live and produce more milk by eating grass. What that person was tryin to prove to the Sant is that drinking milk is the same as eating meat. But that was proven as wrong by the Sant. When a person wears leather it is not the same as drinking that milk because in the case of the leather the cow was killed for it. A life was taken for leather. Here comes the hypocritical part of the pure vegatarian. If that cow wasn't killed then no leather. Now this vegatarian turns around and calls the meat eater a butcher. So this translates into the vegatarian becoming part of the problem of killing the cow because there was someone ready to consume the leather. Now if you drink milk from a cow do you contribute to taking a cows life. NO That sister and wife bit is not related here. Wife and sister are separate entities. If your wife was your sister then maybe you got a case here.
  13. LOL, Singh this still don't make sense. What you said is completely off base on the thread. For the vegatarian to call meat bad and the killer bad and then turn around and wear the same leather that came from the cow is hypocritical. Read the shabad on ang sung 1289 by Guru Nanak Dev ji. The one that consumes meat is going to hell and the pure vegatarians that wears leather of the cow is going to heaven. Only a Moorakh would believe this is true. Ask the pure vegatarian where the leather comes from. Does he/she go search for dead cows in india. These pure vegatarians cry wolf when they hear the word meat and then wear leather comfortly. Is this not being the biggest hypocrite.
  14. Don't know who this is directed at, but surely is one crazy statement/question made on this topic.
  15. Thank you, I am happy to be the devil here. And now I am gunna go sharpen my horns.
  16. Singh, what specifically was given by Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji as the Punj Kakkar in 1699?
  17. Singh that's why i said at the end of the first post, 'live your life, just don't be a hypocrite.' Why question other's lifestyle when a person doesn't look at their own. Chardikala Singh
  18. you are the bloody hypocrit!! do you drink water or water based liquids which are full of Gods innocent creatures? give up killing these innocent creatures for your dharam. also the atta that you use for roti. does this come organically or are there thousands of Gods innocent creatures having had to die for it? do YOU check this? do you check how many of Gods inocent creatures died in causing this wheat to be grown? are you aware if the fruit you eat is organic? if you dont know then STFU before you call us hypocrits. Relax! How can meat eaters be hypricotes they don't believe in vegetarianism and say everything is meat. Well that everything is meat doesn't make sense because you got Jhatka right!!!!! If anything i was calling the pure vegatarian person that believes in harming animal is wrong for consumption, but for leather seats and sofa's it's okay. That's what you call a hypocrite. But thanks for the laugh
  19. Good, fools got more fools to believe in illusions. Your on the right track.
  20. Sunnysinghdoad, I showed your hyprocrisy and you didn't like what you saw. Next time look at yourself and where you stand before coming to "unite" the Khalsa Panth.
  21. Why doesn't someone define the Kirpan first. The way it's going right now, the definition of kirpan is just a weaponed. The Kirpan is apart of the Sikh identity. It's the gift given from the Tenth Master. Can you replace a gift from the Tenth Master? Sant Jarnail Singh ji Khalsa always wore a Kirpan. And when it was needed carried a gun for safety. The mistakes are made when people try to define kirpan as just a weapon given to defend oneself and others.
  22. Kindly do mind your language. Where on this site have I ever claimed to be Anti-Dasam Granth? I have many posts that are pro Dasam Granth. I even made a thread about the 8 deleted Banis, and sent the ones that I had to some members on personal request. But you have to understand, I learnt a lot from Harmanjit Singh, and I do respect his view. This doesn't mean that I share his opinion. But I am tired that we Sikhs can't unite for the bigger dangers and are quarelling with each other on some issues that could be solved, Dasam Granth being one of them. So I just asked if its possible to have a discussion live, so sangats worldwide could differentiate between GurSikhs and GurNindaks. You respect the views of a person that slanders Guru Sahibs Bani!!!!!! And you say ur pro Dasam Granth. Tell me this how can a Sikh respect Idol worship when Guru Nanak Dev ji calls the person who performs idol worship blind and mute. Your a hypricrote. From the above it's obvious you place a friendship higher than Guru Sahibs Bani. That whole bit of, I am tired that Sikhs can't unite...... is all bs. A person that wants this unity to happen would not try to set up a debate on Dasam Granth where fools can slander Guru Sahibs Bani. He would know their Moorakhs and don't understand Bani, so they slander what they don't understand.
  23. Your justfying one wrong with another one. Good job man. Two wrongs don't make a right.
  24. Hey, vechola go do something productive and tell your brother figure to stop slandering Guru Sahib's Bani. Teach him something. You guys are pathetic. You have Sant Jarnial Singh ji Khalsa photo up on your profile. Your even more pathetic than I thought. He called people like you and your brother figure atheist.
