Slowly and very gently the sadhsangat along with Gurbani teaches her, who to depend on when she feels like she is all alone and has to climb a mountain. The time limit for each activity is all set up based on the patient and what the sadhsangat feels like is best for the patient. The hair on the face is not problem, but lack of understanding on self(atma) worth, which is causing the severe mental and personality incapabilities. Just as girls that want to get chest enhancements. The problem is not a small chest, but the lack of understanding on self worth. Best part of it all............the plan does not cost a penny.

I'm glad you learned from this thread as I have as well. However for the future or going further with this shabad, it is only correct to learn in what historical context the Shabad was written in. Without this a person can make up whatever they want from THEIR OWN historical context as they learn from their envirnoments. We need to step in Bhagat Kabir Ji Maharaj's historical context and then move forward in intrepreting and understanding the Shabad literally and spiritually. Especially for this Shabad as the historical reference is mentioned in the shabad.

So you can't point to which word in Gurmukhi is saying that a new pot is brought everyday? My whole point is that such a word does not exist in the tuk, but you or someone else are adding words into the tuk.

Thank you for your opinion, but did you know that Yogi Bhajan did puja (worshipped) of stone idols? Did you know that Yogi Bhajan mislead many white Sikhs into following that Kundalini yoga is the core teaching to reaching Vaheguru as he claims himself to practice Yoga and only include Sikhi concepts that further help strength his belief of Yoga?

The videos show Snatam Kaur doing puja, doing Vaheguru simran in a concert as others dance and she is making money off it. If you look at the date when Snatam Kaur made her video of "I'm a Sikh" its dated Janaury 2013. Any person with a little bit of knowledge and able to understand logic can make the connection here. But, as usual, you are very ignorant of issues and have the inclination to always speak without thinking. Then come on the other thread where Gurbani Veechar is happening. That thread requires a person to do a lot of contemplating and research. Show us the way. I agree we know nothing, we are Satguru's children. Here is more Bani of Satguru that shows Bhagat Dhanna ji Maharaj did not acheive Akal Purakh through worshipping of a pathar (stone) but actually performing devotional worship of Akal Purakh. ਧੰਨੈ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਬਾਲ ਬੁਧਿ ॥ धंनै सेविआ बाल बुधि ॥ Ḏẖannai sevi▫ā bāl buḏẖ. Dhanna served the Lord, with the innocence of a child. ang 1192 The Brahmin could have gave a pot to Bhagat Dhanna ji Maharaj and he would have worshipped the pot. It could have been anything because of his child like understanding of spiritual wisdom as the above Gurbani states. Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji Maharaj calls those who do (stone) idol worship as fools. Such strong words are used. Listen to Bhagat Namdev Ji Maharaj and he calls the stone idol no different than the stone kicked in the street. Pictures of the Gurus can be a starting point for a kid or even grown-ups who are unable to understand and read Gurbani, but worshipping is completely wrong. Sargun Saroop of all the Guru's is and has always been Shabad Guru. Why did Sikhs bow to Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj all the way up to Satguru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji Maharaj? Its because they are one with Shabad Guru and their is no difference between them and the Shabad Guru. What was Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj? He was and is the Shabad Guru, however Shabad Guru took the body form to communicate with humans like us, who can't see Shabad Guru in its other forms. Take for example Bhai Lehna ji. If worshipping body or stone is okay, then why didn't Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj tell the sangat to start worshipping Bhai Lehna ji right now, when he has not been said to be the Guru? When Bhai Lehna Ji became the second Guru did his body change into some special body? It was the same body, but the atma became one with Akal Purakh (Shabad Guru). The body was and is respected because Satguru used this form as a way to communicate. In what form did Bhagat Prahlaad Ji Maharaj see Akal Purakh? As Narsingh, but once we read Sri Dasam Granth Sahib ji Maharaj. Then we are told that Narsingh was subject to Kaal. That body that medium that brought us to Gurbani Must be respected, but not worshipped. The atma never got old or young, but the bodies that Satguru took forms in were young, but got old. The body burned as hot boiling water was poured on it, the body got a wound as a weapon struck it. But their Atma that was Brahmin was Shabad Guru and today is Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj never was young or got old.

The first Nishan Sahib was flown at Sri Akal Takht Sahib by Satguru Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib ji Maharaj. Wasn't langar started by one of the first three Gurus?

Before listening to the katha I had thought about the shabad and where ever I did not understand clearly, I depended on Sant ji`s katha. As stated before Bhagat Kabir Ji Maharaj is calling Prahlaad ji Maharaj, Sant Prahlaad Ji as he earned the title. Furthermore as I thought, Bhagat Kabir Ji Maharaj had received Naam from Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. The doubt you had about the pot is cleared up in the katha, where Bhagat Kabir Ji Maharaj is using the pot to feed the Saints everyday. Bhagat ji`s mother is bad mouthing Bhagat ji and Bhagat Raamanand Ji Maharaj and at this point Bhagat ji enters. Bhagat ji comes into the house and responds to his mother by saying: ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਕਾ ਏਕੁ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸੋ ਗੁਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦਇਓ ॥ सरब सुखा का एकु हरि सुआमी सो गुरि नामु दइओ ॥ Sarab sukẖā kā ek har su▫āmī so gur nām da▫i▫o. O mother, the One Lord, the Lord and Master, is the source of all peace. Why do you believe Snatam Kaur of 3HO, NOW has to make a video of trying to convince everyone that she is a Sikh? Seems pointless right!!! Shouldn't her actions speak for whether she is a Sikh or not?

Sit down together when he is sober read or listen to Sukhmani Sahib daily. For some it takes only a few days, but for some it can take weeks as they have collected a lot of bad karma to hear(to hear the deep sound, the deep meaning or to even hear the message) the Guru's Bani has become very difficult for them. So it will be difficult to change instantly after listening or reading once. If you show and have actually devotion to the path of Sikhi, then maybe that will rub off on him and he will forget his bad habits and will improve himself.
