i personally believe putting them into sports at young age builds selfesteem

if you watch the old school mma events in japan and ufc from the 90's, kung fu and all these other martial arts you see in movies usually got their asses handed to them by wrestlers muay thia fighters and ji jitsu artists, just watching the ufc you can see the top martial arts in the world are muay thia ji jitsu judo wrestling and out of those 4 i would have to say ji jitsu and muay thia are at top as for street fighting krav mega was created for modern day warfare which is why its probably the best form of street fighting
