  1. Ratan Singh Bhangu's prachin panth prakash mentions this. I agree that not everything written in historical granths can be trusted but Mr. Bhangu was the grandson of a great martyer Bhai Sahib Mehtab Singh Jee. If sukhnidhan is prepared with full maryada, there is no nasha in it. Thats what chardi kala jatha says and I tend to agree with them.
  2. Can you give me more info, please? There is decent AKJ sangat in MP, and there must have been some naam-jappan vale kamayiyan vale singhs there who did parchar and poor hard working farmers became sikhs. What I have heard, a complete pind has been enlightened by the sikh faith and have become sikhs. And they are not just some lazy singhs. THEY KEEP PROPER REHIT, HAVE AMRITVELAS AND LOADS OF ABHIYAAS. I have heard they japp lots of Naam and dont really waste their time making things complicated(as we educated intellectual sikhs do, hahahaha)
  3. Veer, if u ever meet some churrail or pret aatma, do send her over to me. I want to know some things from them. I have never had fear of pret aatmaas in my life. During my manmukhi days, we friends used to booze at a secret thekka in chandigarh and in the night drive to a very lonely farmhouse up-hills which was known to have some shaitaani saya. I used to shout for some pret aatmaa to attack me, but the prets never did it, two of my friends did have some ajeeb experiences there after which they stopped going there.uufffffff that place was truly haunted.
  4. Veer, I am a ghatiya neech insaan. I never let her touch my feet. But she has this habit of seeing somone in bana and open beard and calling him babaji and touching his feet. May be the place where she lives, she might be doing this to some gurdwara bhai jee. I NEVER let anyone touch my feet. I am myself such a paapi, hypcrat haramkhor insaan, how can I let some other soul, some other aatma even bow in front of me.
  5. Thats a great piece of information. Giani Gurbachan Singh Jee himself has lots of knowledge of Sri Dasam Granth and has done lots of abhiyaas of Dasam Bani. That I feel is a very good news for the panth.
  6. Just to add some more thoughts, the thekedaar at the construction place is a turban wearing punjabi who often abuses and beats the bihari workers. Its so easy to convert these biharis into sikhi. It is the moral corrupt-ness of the punjabis that the biharis are not being converted. My mother gave a hindi-gutka to that bihari bibi and taught her to recite japji sahib. She was so happy. She calls me babaji due to my bana and tries to touch my feet, lol. I really consider this bihari bibi like my real sister. These poor hardworking people can so easily be converted with love. If u talk to them in love and give them respect, they feel so happy. Some jeevan vale AKJ singhs have done excellent parchar in Madhya Pradesh(MP) and have converted many poor farmers into sikhi. I met some of them and those are great sikhs. I felt like touching their feet. They have no arrogance, no chalaki or cleverness and as a result, they are able to japp loads of naam. They dont know any clever arguements, they believe whatever u tell them. I am a dust of feet of such sikhs. Its a shame that we are not converting more of such people
  7. Near to our house, construction work is going on. My mother sometimes takes some milk and fruits for the bihari workers there. There is a young bihari bibi there, who is a sort of expert in doing head massage. She comes to our house frequently to do head massage for my mother and my massii. I was quite astonished to know her daily routine. She gets up at 4 a.m and does ishnaan with cold water, then she goes to the kitchen and makes food for the entire family which includes her husband, kids, parents in law and 3 brothers in law. Then at around 7 am, they start for their jouney to this construction place which is about 13 km away from their house. Then that bibi and her husband do the labour uptill 6 in the evening. Then again they walk back 13 km back to their house, again makes food in the night and sleeps at around 10 pm. On the other hand, the punjabi bibis are so lazy, avoid serving their parents in law, demand domestic helpers, want to marry someone who stays away from his family or nri bibis buying naukar cum husband from india. I really feel punjabis have exploited the poverty sticken biharis and have themselves given up the hard work completely.
  8. Veerjee, first of all if I see a beautiful woman in shamshanghaat, either she came to cry for her dead relative, or she is a chudail who is hanging out over there, and under both circumstances I will stay 35 feet away from her. So no worries! :LOLz: Veer, things arent that easy. Thats why we all need to read Charitropakhyan. She might come near to you and talk to you " my husband died here, i really miss him, he used to be very spiritual just as u seem to be and slowly she might sit near to u and start asking u some spiritual questions, etc. etc. and u know slowly slowly.....thats how many people get patitt. Its a very tough play brother. When one actually faces such situations, very few save themselvs and others just open up their naallaaa and get patit.
  9. I just listened to the "simran" done in that audio file. Proper AKJ singhs DONT DO simran like that. Lots of khuaari has happened in AKJ(just as in any other jatha). Dont u people believe that everything that happenes these days at AKJ smagams is correct. I myself have completely stopped going at any akj smagam due to the stuff thats done there these days. Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee would have taken a stick and beaten the guy in the audio file. Their smagams these days have become melaas or matrimonial centres. Many people learn kirtan and do that crazy "simran"(as done in the audio file) in the hope that some nri bibi might like them and marry them, hahahahaha.
  10. akal-sehna, I know my english isnt great but I guess it must have become extremely bad as u are not being able to understand what my aatmaaa is trying to say. or may be u just dont want to understand. Budha dal believes in kesh as kakkaar and NOT kesgi. Its clearly written in their rehit maryada. HOW CAN I CHANGE THAT ? 21. Panj kakaar (Kes, Kangha,Kara, Kirpan, Kachhera) eh sareer de ang samjhaney, kis vakht (ishnan karan samey ja raat saun samey) koi kakaar sareer ton vakh nahi karney." I personally believe in keski to be a kakkaar and the rehit maryada that I keep for keski, budha dal guys keep a stronger rehit for keski. I keep my head nanga when drying my hair, but Budha Dal people dont. According to their rehit, ones head shud never be nanga and always covered with keski. That is the reason I feel they treat keski as a kakkaar(not that they call it a kakkaar in their rehit maryada).
  11. A good point - and many of these are shot in Punjab! go ahead, lead the way! what's the point of whining on a forum? there are so many sants babas and mahapurash babas in Punjab. They shud lead the way and neech people like me will follow them.
  12. Man, all this protesting etc is just time pass. No one has the gutts to take on the real issues. Everyone is ready to give advice on bhagti, all sant babas, jathedaars telling great things about bhagti, atamanand, shivlingam tharrkipan, vairaat upaasnaa etc but when it comes to implementing God's will on this earth, no one is ready to raise his hand up and take responsibiltiy. Its time for another Baba Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale.
  13. A person who has got his gurmantar drirh actually knows whats so special with this technique and the akhars of gurmantar and the human breathing. Simran with proper gurmantar drirh that one feels that one can turn the whole world upside down. Thats how I feel after my morning abhiyaas, lol .
  14. wow by reading this, it makes one thing how complicated we are making our lives, dig more holes of maya and get trapped in it deeper and deeper. human have himself created this trap of desires and once we are in it, we complain how stress our lives are. He may be poor rickshaw driver but for me he is a king(badshah). I would rather salutate him for living his life in this desireless manner than a billionaire. we have become lazy beings, fully dependent on machines. Thats why so many diseases have come, this gursikh veer does dassan nauhan di kirat and as a result his body is fully tandurast, healthy. His job is the best job, even better than farming as in farming these days lots of chemical are used and organisms are killed. He lives in an itihaasak pavitaar place, does darshan of Itihaasak Guru ghar everyday, does free seva of sangat who want to visit the guru ghar. Satguru is so dyal on him that he told he makes good money, better than most other rickshawpullers who work uptill 8-9 in the night. People, even hindus in the area love and respect him and always prefer to sit on his rickshaw. SACHE MAARAAG CHALLDIYAAN, USTAT KARE JAHAAN.
  15. All I need to do is smile. The pret aatma will freak out itself, and wonder "eh mere naalo vi draona kaun jamm peya" well... some pret aatmaas can take various forms. She might take the form of a beautful woman and check ur moral character. If u have done decent abhiyaas of charitropakhyan and hold tight to ur naalaaa, hahaha, u will be saved but if u give up to kaam, she will hug u and then like a drakulaa cut ur neck off with her teeth.
  16. I agree that pret aatmaas are everywhere but they prefer sunsaaan lonely places far away from human habitation. Some old people of my pind have told me real stores of their encounter with prets in the khets(farms) late at night around 30-40 years back when the population was very less. My mother who is a professor and does not believe in andh-vishwas had an encounter with the pret aatmaas when she was around 18 in Ludhiana city which is so thickly populated these days. She told me that back then there were goriaan diyaan kabraan near the government model high school, near Prince Hostel and sikhar duphere(peak noon), noone used to pass near those kabraan.
  17. There is no doubt that ghosts or pret aatmaas exist. In Sri Sukhmani Sahib, there is a tukk mentioning the existance of crores of pret aatmaas. So if one decides to do simran at a shamshanghat in the night, u can have an encounter with a pret. Bhai SAhib Randhir Singh jee had an encounter with a pret where he did Sri Akhand Path for the liberation of the pret. ONly a bahadur naam japan vallaa insaan can do simran in the shamshanghaat. But it must be an out of the world experience. Having a vajja and singing 9th paatshah di baani, doing naam abhiyaas at a shamshanghaat in the night, when there is complete silence and peace.. wooowwwww
  18. BJP was very interested in granting amnesty to Bhai Davinderpal Singh Bhullar but could not do so as they also had then to free some muslim militants. As soon as the congress government, this puppet PM ordered the phaasni but Mr. Abdul Kalam stopped it. Manmohannaa is a puppet. HOwever he does have good qualities like he is a good finance minister, an honest politician(which is a rarity to find in India).
  19. I feel its a great idea to go to shamshanghat for simran. Eventually, one day all of us are going to end up there, hahahaha, so why not get familiar with it beforehand ? hahaha Moreover, there is lots of peace there and there is constant reminder of death, which must give bairaag to mind and aid in concentration during simran. I guess all of us shud try this. But make sure u have shastars with u :gatka-singhni: , because who knows, some pret aattmaa might get active and attack you, :o uuuffffffff thats scary.
  20. Just forgot to write one thing more about this great gursikh. He told me that he loves to go to shamshanghat at amritvela for his abhiyaas. hahahaha,
  21. It wont be fair on my part to disclose details about this gursikh as he does not want any limelight. I gave him the offer that we are looking for someone to drive the car of my mother, would give him a nice room and he just needs to drive car 2 hours a day, but he refused. He is happy with his lifestyle. He seems to have realized that this world is a dream, just a temporary tamashaa.
  22. man, the words that u once let out, are not easy to forget. One can forget a slap, but its tough to forget korrree bol. Words like "If it makes you feel better then fine..." and "Not your eyes, their eyes" and "but you can not speak for a whole organisation from a misinterpreted line as you did previously." I never tried to prove that in Budha Dal rehit maryada, kesh is substitued for keski as a kakkaar. All my poor aatmaa was trying to say was that Budha Dal's rehit tells both singh/singhnis to keep keski with kesan and to even cover ur head with keski while drying hair which I feel is like treating keski as a type of kakaar.
  23. veer, i assume u are a part of some nihung jatha. This is what u wrote "but you can not speak for a whole organisation from a misinterpreted line as you did previously." So according to you, I was trying to speak for a whole organiszation by misinterpretating a line. Man, u just spoiled my love for nihung dals. SHAME ON U!
  24. Man, this is really sad and tells the state of the panth. U think I am some agent who wants to delibrately misinterpretet and prove that Budha Dal belives in keski as a Kakkaar ???? I am not speaking on the behalf of the Budha Dal as I am not a part of them and nor I am trying to misinterpretet. Budha Dal people keep a blue keski in their kesh all the time, even while drying their hair. What I wrote was that, doing this actually means treating keski as a kakaar(not that budha dal calls it a kakkaar). This is whats written in their rehit. 26. Amritdhari Singh - Panj kakaar di rehat dharan karey, ate kurahit ton sada bachey. a. Singh Singhani kesan naal kesgi neeli jaroor rakhey. b. Kirpan isht jaan ke har samey pehn rakhni. c. Singh Dastar dhari hove (Topi manmat te kurahit he) I consider all amrithdaris my brothers, all nihungs my brothers, its a shame that these days we have started to dislike each other on the basis of jathebandis. If u took amrit from x jathebandi and u go to smagam of a y jathebandi, people suspect u to be a jassoss, hahahaha etc. What a shame that is.
