  1. Harsharan paji I like the way you have explained about meat and other soul forms and the association with karm. This is the way I like to read something that one can understand and take away tools and knowledge to put into practice into their own lives when one realises how and why. You have explained it in a way without judging and with Gurbani. Thankuji for this.
  2. Lol singh123456777ji and thuggerji. That's ok u can call me bro if u want but yes I'm female. What happened? More like what didn't happen. Just same old that normally does on the forum when some people think they are God and like to judge others, and like to twist things to belittle another which I don't agree with. There's better things to learn about than let somebody indirectly put others down, so back to normal ji. I hope Jacfsing2 paji comes back, he was a brave person who wasn't afraid to Share problems and it probably helped others too. You are somebody that lives in reality, paji don't let others stop you airing your views.

  4. Thanku Harsharan paji for explaining that. This is what I'm saying too Jkvlondon ji. And hanji you are right Harsharan paji the topic has took a different turn, because somebody decided to divert it and as always twists everything around and plays the judgement card then changes again. I'm not going to listen to people that play these sort of games. Where somebody is being clever intentionally I will say it.
  5. Paji I feel the same way, and feel like leaving today too. But I'm not going to, because I'm fed up of people judging others and I won't let it affect me. If admin wants to ban me welcome to do so, where others don't get moderated at all. You have not said anything wrong to me and your input has helped me too. But I cannot stand when somebody plays God and carries on belittling, thus hope admin understands my anger. so I'm going to cool down and come back fresh.
  6. Good feel sorry for me, glad somebody does. and judge me I don't really care about your opinions of me, like I said you are not God. Oh and thankuji for your blessings or bad words or whatever you feel sorry for me.
  7. I'm not talking about a murderer, I'm talking about your judgements on people, dunia, you know the one that God created? Anyways I'm finished coz you are very narrow minded. If vegetarians are one step ahead then why are you saying they can be good or bad too? What about the animals that eat other animals to live? What about the ones that eat insects etc? And Sikhsangat will probably delete the posts now coz if you read the rules, meat should not be discussed. Meat: SikhSangat.com holds an Anti-Meat stand. We feel that eating meat is immoral, unlawful and simply wrong according to the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib jee. There have been numerous debates on this topic and both sides of the party have voiced their opinion ever since 2001. If you do a search on the board for the topic you will find MANY replies and topics. SikhSangat.com will not allow any topics that justify the killing of animals for food or otherwise. Any topic/post stating otherwise will be deleted. No pro-meat topics allowed on this forum. I'm not discussing pro meat, I'm discussing your judgements on dunia. And I'm not going to answer any of your questions regarding meat. So stop asking me as you are the one that's started it on the forum. So end it here.
  8. Is there anything u like or not? It may be news to you but perfection does not exist in this world. End of my comments.
  9. Who cares if you don't, there are people that don't stop talking to people. You live abroad right? So how much of the population you stopped contact with on a daily basis? I assume they all are not vegetarians. Pata NI ki boldi rendi. Regardless of whether one eats meat or not, there's a world full of good people. Only vegetarians do not have that certificate. So if somebody that consumes meat or drank helped you with something wouldn't be a good person? and since when have you been God to say whose good and whose bad? Don't you see beyond a persons diet? Or are you must self centred that everything is based upon what you think? I don't agree with your views and don't care because I decide to see people for the goodness they may have not negative points that have no affect on me.
  10. Nobody is doing nindya of other religions. Your thinking is weird, you are basically saying and dividing people into good and bad based on their diet?
  11. What no ways, I'm telling her she's not God to judge people who eat meat. It's not about having daya or not. It's about humanity, it doesn't give anybody the right to kill somebody or say they anybody is better than somebody, that's just narrow minded thinking. Totally disagree with her.
  12. There isn't much you can do to people who choose to eat meat, because you are not God and they do have daya.
  13. Hanji Harsharan paji but which Mahapurkhs sorryji I didn't understand that bit?
  14. Nice article Sikhni777 penji. It kind of resembles what Harsharan paji explained about the chakras. The funny thing is with my health condition I've had those symptoms without meditation too so then it's difficult to distinguish what's the health condition or what's the effects of Simran lol. I agree with quietening the mind and relaxing, rather than getting into a frenzy when it happens. That what I did was just paused and looked at others around me and tried to relax, then things calmed down.
  15. Big_Tera ji you have stuck it out for over a year, so there's only a few months left. You have got used to his attitude now, so don't let him mess it up now before you. If he knows you are leaving soon, he may mess you more, so as to make you weaker, but don't fall for it. I'm assuming that you will need a reference from him, but it's no excuse to take any sort of workplace abuse either. Do Sikhni777 penji says do Ardas and ask Guruji to guide you through this.
  16. Thanku Harsharan paji, the gold ring falling in the drain is a good example. Very well explained ji, similar to how I would think it. Past post for the OP: http://www.sikhsangat.com/index.php?/topic/72156-shaking-while-meditating/ SadSingh paji is right you should ask the person there, because if he doesn't know then who else does. I am a sinner, O Lord bless me with the dust of the Feet of Gurmukhs, so that I can attain salvation Beautiful shabad ji. ਮਾਧੋ ਹਮ ਐਸੇ ਤੂ ਐਸਾ ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥
  17. Hanji paji Harsharan ji I used to feel bit of it when I first started doing simran, I thought the same as you said that am I a bad person, is my atma possessed with something? I used to not want to do simran as I was so scared of what was happening. But now it makes sense, but is it a cleaning process of the atma or what? Because when it was happening more to others I wasn't able to cope with them near me and got scared. But I'm glad somebody else asked as I wondered what it was. Hanji the Sants and Gurmukhs are pure, thus they would not go through that. Thank you ji for explaining it.
  18. I would also like to know why this happens and why some people get in more stronger and others seem to be fine in the sangat. I have gone thru where I went to a simran session, so I got up and didn't go back. But I put it down to my health not being so good then. It was quite scary watching the others though, why do people make weird noises too? The crying is bairaag I think. But it put me off and I was so upset and cried when I got home. It actually put me off doing simran. Some gurdwaras sangat is fine and I'm ok but like the Op says above why does it happens at other sangat simrans?
  19. Jaap Sahib is the morning prayer of the Sikhs. The Prayer or Bani was composed by the tenth Sikh Master, Guru Gobind Singh. This Bani is one of 5 Banis that a Sikh must recite everyday and is recited by the Panj Pyare while preparing Amrit on the occasion of Amrit Sanchar (initiation), a ceremony held to admit initiates into the Khalsa. The Jaap Sahib is chronologically the first Bani (holy hymn of Guru) in the Dasam Granth, which is said to have been compiled by Bhai Mani Singh around the year 1734. The Jaap Sahib is reminiscent of Japji Sahib, and is chronologically recited at second, in the daily morning prayer of a Sikh. ਕਿ ਆਗੰਜ ਕਰਮੈ ॥ ਕਿ ਆਭੰਜ ਭਰਮੈ ॥੧੦੩॥ Ki Aaganja Karami ॥ Ki Aabhaanja Bharami ॥103॥ कि आगंज करमै ॥ कि आभंज भरमै ॥१०३॥ That Thou art beyond impact of Karmas. That Thou art free from doubts.103.
  20. Nice words. Why is ur writing very small penji? Oh sorry my phone gone weird again.
