Its not good what you have done, but dont agree with what the above say. Everybody makes mistakes in life, just depends on which ones. If everyone was perfect we would not be here. You should tell them exactly what you have on your body aswell as inside that is metal. Dont hide them by not telling and certainly do not keep them on if you are advised to take them off. Ok waljinder paji, so maybe this is why i finding it hard to do Maha mantar, only managed one day, and could not do it next. But that's with any mantar i do. I will put it down to my physical state. I think i got my answer to somethin i experience. You know wat i did not realise even a short mantar is very hard to do. I dont know wat to do now. Maybe i should just stick to Gurmantar, even find that hard.
