Looks like this is another topic from what the original post is. I think the problem is with your past, prior to becoming a gursikh. Its true just coz one takes amrit does not mean they automatically change, habits may still be present. I have different thinking on this now, after reading ur 2nd post. You still should not have married the girl if u did not like her. That is not her fault, she should not have to suffer in all of this. You should have sorted out ur issues with yourself before marrying her. But now u cant go back to the past, and feel u are stuck with her. See it as the will of god. Waheguru's hukam, and instead of focusing on beauty, help her. Be there for her, that will improve ur karm.

WJKK WJKF Sorry to say but looks like you didnt learn much from becoming a gursikh. Why does ur wife need to be good looking? She may have qualities that ur friends and cousins wives do not have. Everybody looks happy on top, but how do u know they dont have arguments at home, how do u know their personalities dont suit each other. Having a good looking should not make u confident, but her nature and personality should instead. If you are a gursikh then why should caste be a problem, I thought the whole point was not to believe in caste. If u didnt like her, then why have u brought her into ur life? thats very unfair on her. She probably adores you and ur family, and if neither u or your family liked her from the beginning then you made ur bed so lay on it. Pela suthaa peya c? hun wapis bhejungey apni wife nu? Maybe u didnt try hard enough, and it was bit much too look for, gudlooking wife, and from rich family, come onnnn, wake up, and look at her qualites. WJKK WJKF well what one say or think. Seems like hearing some new news everyday. God knows what's happened to this world. Oh i didn't know she had been questioned by panthic leaders. She should have just owned up and said she did it. Everybody has to and humiliate themselves. Enough said, i cant understand why they would do for money. This government provides for those that can't work and families. WJKK WJKF Im not sure wat punishment they would give, and whether it would be enough, being in uk. The lady has 3 children, so wat would be appropiate. It makes me wonder, I hope she doesnt get told to do seva and th gurdwara, as this is what many people would yearn for that cannot not do it. And i dont see that as punishment. Its going be a hard decision I guess. Then its a vicious circle, there are others that cant do seva to improve their karm, but if they get that, they would be improving their karm, rather than getting punishment. This confuses me.

Bhenji if it was me, i would go for the 2nd singh, no offence to the first, but money moh, mayaa is not everything. One can work up to those things, he has a job, 1 roti khat kahunge dusrea nalo fir ki hoya? u dont want to end up havin lots of arguments and no santokh, happiness in ur married life just for money. i know one needs money to survive and a secure partner, but i married with my partner havin nothin and those things can be worked to,thats wat marriage is all about. ik dusre da saath dukh sukh ch dena..

WJKK WJKF Thank you for explaining that to me, I understand it bit better than before. Its just that somebody i was talking too ages ago, said if u dont do the right paat it could go wrong, eg: some ppl do a certain paat for 40days or something in order to make something or some situation better, and also read on this forum some posters had put on their experiences of a paat u do for certain periods,from a pothi, they had tried, sorry cant remember name now, but its mentioned in my past posts by other posters. I also noticed and asked a few times why this happens with me, that one day i will be able to do paat, and then th next day my health will deteriorate, or i get very bad dreams from which i deterioate, this happens on some ocassions, so that used to put me off doing it. But still cant understand y it happens. Nowadays I try not to plan i will be doing this paat on this day, and try as and when i can. Its gr8 to hear all the experiences, but I see it as if god wants somebody to obtain something or have their wishes fulfilled then it will only happen when they want. Everything is in their hukam.

Well wat can one say apart from Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder. Everybody has different perceptions of what is or who is beautiful. They may look beautiful to you, but to somebody else they probably wouldnt even look twice. The more u try to stop urself from looking at them the more frustrated u will get, and add more tension to your life. You cant walk around with ur eyes closed a isolate yourself from the world, there will always be something to distract you. You have to learn urself, and that will come with time as u get older. sorry do not know ur age so assuming you are a young man/boy. Every where u look there will be beautiful girls but its all about how u observe the situation. Ask yourself why do you like looking at the? Is there anything else u can draw ur attention towards that will have the same effect to make u feel relaxed? Whats so special about the beauty that makes u relax, I bet if u sat down and did a list you would come out with lots of things that make u feel the same, apart from the physical attraction bit. It is part of nature to see these things and have these feelings, but also to control your mann, and ur thoughts. You have to do that by urself, there is no technique that works for all, but u have to find ur own technique. Seems like u feel guilty if a beautiful girl walks by and u look at her. WJKK WJKF Its easy to say to somebody they are weak, gullible and stupid. But the bottom line is this couple is wrong, and some will say those that got entrapped by them are wrong, but until somebody has experienced something like this or along simliar lines are th only ones that will understand. For some life is such they see no future or there is no other way out, and they do not know how to deal with wahegurujis hukam. Thus when one is very dukhi they will go to any extent to get inspiration "honsla" and a remedy. I saw a couple like this at th gurdwara after new yrs and i had already read about this topic on here prior to seeing them. When i saw them i thought to myself if this is the couple in question, then they are goin about their daily lives with no remorse no shame. I dont get to go to the gurdwara often, and just stood there looking at the lady, and laughed to myslf eh mai baago bandi. But to look at she is soo young, (if this is the same cple), and looks so warm and innocent, a nice lady actually, if nobody knew wats going on. Even her husband to look at, had something about his aura that was different. So i can understand why ppl get attracted to them, but i bet they dont realise until its gone too far as to wats happening. And i bet u they are intelligent and very decent ppl that fall for it, and then after they will think, how th hell they ever got in that situation. They should defo be stopped from doing wat they are...i know this sort of stuff goes on with elders being pakhandis, but didnt realise how young they are, and how clever it is for somebody so young to brainwash ppl.
