1. to be honest i didnt understand the first post, too many errors, was it that he not planning to marry her but only on the side stuff? is he a proper sikh or just one that has sikh parents? even if we ignore kasam or khasum part the point is that he lied to her and that is disgusting, why cant (some) men be honest ? but if he lied abt that not much of a sikh especially cos he dont respect sikhi but i cant judge who a sikh is. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
2. lol its hilarious when in the first post u replace kassam with khasum. it would be: I know a boy who had take husband of sikhi that he will marry here but he is using here.... the husband was to win the heart of this girl......sounds worrying.
3. the world doesnt revolve around Bhindranwale, he as a human was not purfect and slipt, this was one of those occasions. I don't agrre nor accept of all waht he has had to say, women and men are equal - that goes for all ceramonies and other sikhi related stuff. Confused? All i'm saying is that i'm confused wehn individuals dollow other ppl's advice whe it goes against sikhi values and principles. 119748 I don' t think women and men are unequal. The world does not revolve around sgpc or sant samaj but we should listen to their reasons and then decide if we agree or not. I was not saying that Sant Ji said something and so I agreed with it, I thought about the point he made and was not against it, and as it happened the point was made by Sant Ji. OK I dont know enough about Sant Ji to say whether or not I like all of what he had to say so lets not get into that if thats ok? I certainly am not following other ppls advice simply because they are a sant or a baba but I am willing to listen to their views and then to decide whether I can or cannot agree with them. I respect your views and ofcourse it causes problems if we follow men rather than the obvious advice of our Guru Ji, but sometimes some things are not so clear so we need to at least listen to others. 5. ok so let me get this straight, is there a rule here that says: U must only type what reflects your view? If there is I apologise. BUT I saw nothing wrong with considering the possibilities I only gave ideas. To be honest I'm not sure WHY women are not allowed, I want to know why. There is nothing for me to make my mind up about because I cnat until I know what the reason is. When I found out Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale were against women doing panj pyare di sewa I was shocked, then found out why and thought .... OK fine. Now I cant say anything cos I dont know the reason, we are only assuming that may be the/ a reason. The fact that I am a woman should not make a difference if I am onl considering the possibilities. I am not debating so why should I make my mind up? Before I was confused about why we are not allowed sewa, now I am confused about your posts to me. Confusion at its worst, Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
6. for ur own good, go see a doctor. if not, read a history book about Guru Nanak Dev Ji, all will be revealed. Alternatively u can continue to believe these stories that u made up during ur lunck breaks. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
7. you're right, they convert and the guy thinks he goes to heaven, brill, or the other way he treats them great is by selling her off in pakistan and u get to sleep with more than one guy... all good. shame they cant treat their own women well
8. oh no u mis-read those stories, the guy doesnt force u to convert b4 marriage, that my friend comes gradually.
9. mate ur funniest dimbo on the forum, lol u believe in live and let live.........shame t dont reflect most muslims beliefs....... suicide bombs reflect ur belief?...... mate have u visited ur islamic countries, women cant drive or women cant go out alone lol i like ur joke. lol brothers and sisters?haha brothers are too overprotective that women are treated as inferior, the world may have opened for u but for most muslim women it doesnt. read some real stories abt islam and women, not the fake ones that some men made up on the net . I remember reading abt the oppression of women in islam, put me off the religion for life.......... is that the same islam tht u claim to have converted to? I know a few black singhs who converted despite having so many muslim friends, ...what was this abt a water tight community?. please dont claim to be an ex-sikh when we all know ur not, maybe u heard of 3HO? lol course ppl convert (ur not too intelligent, cos if im right isnt it 'revert', but dont worry we can all see how much knowledge u lack in sikhism an d islam) for their own good, or so they think........ but the ones that convert out of islam and into any other religion really do save themselves. my friend, u sit here and say sikhism is false and we say it is true. u say islam is true only yet we disagree. the fact is perhaps no one knows the truth. we will all find out at death, ur path may be wrong, there is no guarnatee ur on the right path so why r u trying to lead others onto ur path which may be false and then those that revert to islam will have to go to hell like u? afterall u say we can only know at death, so really even u dont know. why not live ur life on ur islamic forums and dont make a fool of urself here. i respect muslims but freaks like u really give islam a bad name and make urself look real dum with a name like ex-sikh.......... ur a real joker. 11. wow Harjinder Singh Khalsa Ji went, event looked great, cant wait for the rest of the pics. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
12. thanks for the replies but I'm female , I was considering why they might not allow it, is there something wrong with putting A view down as opposed to only YOUR view? I said it may be the reason why they think women are impure at that time but I also said that I dont understand why if that is the reason, then women cant do sewa at other times. So everyone calm down with the , well carry on if u want to, cant stop that but I said my views and thought abt the other side. So now u guys carry on with the , Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
13. hmmm... maybe u should sleep wit the boss next time... bhaahahahahahahahaha... jks jks jks... hahahaha... 119411   :<Edited>: I only said flirt  ........... ............... ............... ................ but i aint intending to, i only said it.
14. No, no human being is dirty, BUT what I said, and it was only an idea, was that: when a person goes to the bathroom they r all not clean at that very moment so does it not mean the same when a woman has a period? and u cannot say women are not clean because men also go to the bathroom so that would mean men are unclean. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
15. true but cant deny that is the way for a woman to sometimes get a job, ok rape cases increasing but getting easier for women to get jobs. I went for work experience, hoping to get a training contract, a few other girls there too, I didnt get it, found out later thru another guy that the well dressed girl with the make up got it cos she was flirting with the boss and he said she was more likely to sleep with him for promotion  . so now i just have to flirt, great... 16. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa. Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. im really, really sorry...but i didnt exactly understand what you stated in your post. im slow at understanding things. (especially written things): please and thank-you ji. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa. Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. 119191 hey soz I type fast and dont check what i type so really it is al BS, but here goes a quick summary: when a person goes to the toilet they clean themselves right? lets say a guy just didnt clean them self, then they would have some dirt from that part of the body on their kachera, right? now if u did sewa like that, thats wrong cos its dirty, big time ganda, right? well according to sucham and what u hear from religious guys, ur supposed to wash properly b4 doing sewa for Guru JI. So if ur on ur period, then its like being dirty. Now dont get me wrong abt female inequality and impurity but at that time is it not the equivalent of having urine on urself, after all it is all dirt, right? In some religions a woman is not allowed to pray at that time but in Sikhi u sing God's praise everywhere, even when ur in the bathroom so no reason why u cant pray at that time of the month. But are u not unclean if u've got a period, therefore u shouldnt do sewa of Guru JI?? Please dont anyone bash me for this, it was only an idea OK but what i dont understand is, why cant women do this sewa at other times, ie.when they not on a period??? But on the other hand, I went to the Gurdwara once and tekked matha but did not do parkarma cos I was on, so this guy called me and told me to do parkarma, I made up the excuse that I had not had a bath and so did not want to go close to Guru Ji, but he said that as long as u have come with a pure heart and all that then it dont matter. Hope u go thtat. I touch the manji Sahib no matter what but Im wandering if that is a good idea now  hope that made sense. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
17. :TH: as long as we accept that there is a 'chance' that they cud've made that up-watched too many bollywood filus where they make up the evidence as they go along . Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

19. I think its a valid Q, need to know who ur talking to , :TH: but Sikh Supreme that was hilarious to put down those names, lol But anyways in case it matters, I'm sikh, amritdhari, pro-sant, dont believe in any other living Guru but Guru Granth Sahib JI. For a while I was agnostic, in case anyone gets suspicious of me, I dont always state my views but A VIEW. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh :T:
20. Does the Delhi Police only ''claim'' or has anyone heard these cell phone conversations? I'm not saying they don't have them but the keyowrd there is ''claim'', a lot of ppl claim a lot of things but have they proven it? Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
21. thanks for that, definitely a great forum :TH:
22. we cant ignore SGPC no matter what cos thats what keeps all sikhs one, abt sewa, havent had chance to read but if its only kirtan and palki sewa then its not the ned of the world, no offence, cos no one said u cant do kirtan, just not infront of the sangat at Gurdwara. u can still do other sewa right? If there is a sucham issue, then ok i dont want to but i will go into detail. When u go to the bathroom, u have to have to wash b4 doing swea, right? so if ur on that time then ur actually doing all that but without washing, hope everyone gets me. it does nt make u inferior, lets make that very very clear. But unless u can ensure that part of u is clean then u must be unclean at that time right? in which case if they are against this sewa maybe i can understand, but if thats the reason then cant they make it clear and let em do kirtan when we are ok? Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
23. I dont knw abt anyone killing but I did read that one religious guy used to pray a lot, dunno this Baba jis name, but he did ardas and asked when this prayer should be read. Then he had darshan of shaheeed Singhs an dthey told him to do this paath wheneer BUT if he started it in the evening/night then he would have to go on and do it the whole night. Its not that something bad might happen there but it might happen eventually. Better to listen to Shaheed Singhs instead of testing the Shaheed Singhs?Just my view Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

25. Some muslims see non muslims as the enemy regardless of whether or not the non muslim's against the Iraq war, for example. I think the reason some of them kill is not because they want to convert ppl or see them as inferior but because they have really had enough of what the west has done to them. In Iraq for example they hear of all the suffering, they have seen or heard about their (Muslim) women being raped, ppl being tortured, and that too by men from the West. Iraq is just one example that has seriously angered the mulsims. I'm not defending them here, but a 'normal' human being would get very angry when they hear abt all this, killing innocents is not the answer but yes these ppl are ignorant and to top it up they become a bit stone hearted after hearing abt all the pain their ppl have suffered. Therefore for revenge, maybe even in an effort to stop the West, they will attack us. I dont know if u read The Sikh Times: the man in blue section- he wrote last week that although hindus killed in revenge in 1984, so did the sikhs and sikhs also need to apologise (or something along those lines). He was absolutely right that sikhs have also killed, in Punjab we killed hindus, my mamaji burnt a bus full of hindus, my naniji kept these sikh men in her house. It was all part of revenge, but maybe even in an effort to stop the hindus, maybe u think that if u kill a few hindus then they will stop because they also feel threatened? A bit like what happened in the Bollywood film 'Bombay' at the end. Suicide bombers-they think they are going to heaven but some are seriously ONLY doing it to make a point to the west. You have to feel something for them. Some sikhs in 1984 killed hindus and risked being tortured by the police, they had a reason and we need to understadn what goes thru their heads and then help them from there. The western countries start a war then leave that country after they think they have done their bit. But what they leave behind is bitterness, muslim kids in these countries need to be educated abt what the west did adn why, they need to be taught that suicide bombers only kill the innocent ppl and not any of the men that did all this. You're right, they would certainly be at peace, but that is very difficult for some of them, they live with the thought that they are great and all else are on the wrong path, and I think this keeps them happy. If u tell them all paths can lead to God it leaves some of them confused as to why ur still content with life if ur a sikh yet u think a muslim can also go to a 'heaven'. But its hard to change those that have been brought up with a certain interpretation of the koran because to accept our view would mean going against their idea of what islam teaches and thats not happening. I'm sure it says somewhere that Mohammad was the last prophet so to acceot sikhism as a religion would be against their religion right? The only thing I can thinkof is, have a light hearted debate with them and that keeps them happy that God knows they tried to convert u. They do feel frustrated when they dont succeed but I love their enthusiasm. Total respect. I feel sorry for some of them. I think we should set an example for them, if we go and stress at them, that shows sikhs as angry ppl hunna? but if u be an honest and calm and intelliget person then they think-wow- and then they leave u alone. just realised i did another long post , soz to anyone who read it Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh
