  1. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and SantLUCIFER Jee, You wrote "I'm guessing you're a Namdhari or Nirankari....[other cult/sect...] " The true Guru Arjan Dev Jee is confirming it. ਨਾਮ ਕੇ ਧਾਰੇ ਸਗਲੇ ਜੰਤ ॥ नाम के धारे सगले जंत ॥ Naam ke dhaare sagle jant. SGGS Ang 284-11 Have you still to realize that you are a Jant (creature) and based on Naam (Naamdhaaree)? Please listen. Guru Naanak Dev Jee is singing. ਸਬਦੁ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ਭਏ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੀ ॥ सबदु बीचारि भए निरंकारी ॥ Sabadu beechaari bhae nirankaaree. SGGS Ang 904-3 May I ask? When will you become nirankaaree? ***** Further you wrote "Satguru is Waheguru. When the Guru Sahibs were here they were the Satgurus . . . Currently Shri Guru Granth Sahib is the Guru . . ." May I ask where the Guru Sahibs, the Satgurus have gone? Then you referred the Guru's Vaak "Satguru mera sada sada, na avai na javai. [True Guru is forever and ever, he neither comes, nor goes] this attribute can only be affliated with Waheguru". Please explain this. Who got birth as the Guru Sahibs and were here as Satgurus? ***** Mohkam Singh Jee, A true receiver begins to praise the Naam and the truth. A preacher remains an imitator. His explanations are borrowed and never experienced. He is a liar and always off the track. Balbir Singh
  2. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and Mohkam Singh Jee, All that flows through the Guru is eternal verity. A preacher's explanation never tallies with truth. Balbir Singh
  3. Mohkam Singh Jee, Thanks for your efforts. Please provide one Vaak from the true Gurus confirming that Satigur is Sri Guru Granth Saahib Jee. Balbir Singh
  4. Mohkam Singh Jee, Please provide a Vaak from the true Gurus that confirms your statement 'Naam can only be obtained from Sggs' and 'Without rehat the japped naam (accumulation) is lost'. I will be grateful. Balbir Singh
  5. Mohkam Singh Jee, Please give one reference from the real Guru of Sikhs, Sri Guru Granth Saahib Jee that confirms 'Naam can only be obtained from Sggs. Without rehat the japped naam (accumulation) is lost'. Balbir Singh
  6. Kam1825 Jee, please provide the original Vaak you have referred and oblige.
  7. This is amazing! The load of information about Waheguru is available out of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee.
  8. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and satgyanpujari Jee, True Gurus have mentioned 'Bisan' and 'Bisanu' in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. Also, Bhai Gurdas Jee has mentioned these words in his Vaaran. True Gurus but never mentioned the word 'Visnaa'. Why? True Gurus never limited the supreme God in any way. Balbir Singh
  9. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and jassa Jee, The word 'Vishnu' does not appear in Sri Guru Granth Saahib. The chelas of Bhai Gurdaas Jee used the word 'Visnaa' and interpreted it as 'vishnu'. Many preachers are experts in mixing True Guru's Vaaks with their own interpretation and that of beloved writers. This misleads the listener. The true Guru's have suggested Naam to Jap and how Naam is received. Where is that wisdom (Gian)? Balbir Singh
  10. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and kam1825 Jee, Thanks for your efforts. Please let all know. Should Sikhs trust and follow true Guru's instructions or that from Baba Hari Singh Jee? Balbir Singh
  11. The origin of Waheguru Mantar is Bhai Gurdaas Jee, the real Guru of many preachers. The true Gurus never suggest anybody that Waheguru is a Mantar. Many people follow Bhai Gurdaas Jee's instruction doing Japu of Waheguru Mantar. But nobody calls him the Guru. Why? Balbir Singh
  12. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, For me the wonderful suggestion from Gurdev is this. ਮਨ ਰੇ ਸਦਾ ਭਜਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਣਾਈ ॥ मन रे सदा भजहु हरि सरणाई ॥ Man re saḏā bẖajahu har sarṇā▫ī. O mind, meditate forever on Hari in His Sanctuary. Balbir Singh
  13. Some preachers may be using the special glue to join four letters. Does anybody know the address of the shop also?
  14. The made up stories are from the story tellers. The true statement is from the Gurus. Balbir Singh
  15. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and SarabjeetS Jee, You seem to be a true seeker. You may search and find any form of the word 'read' in Sri Guru Granth Saahib Jee. The Guru nowhere suggests reaching God by reading. Rather all the true Gurus confirm that truth is not reached by reading anything. Reading Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee is a business (dhandha) run by the preachers. Balbir Singh
  16. Only five Jee, You claimed "Since the Khalsa Rehat, including outer appearance was given by Satguru, then this discipline already has Naam blessed in it." Please provide a reference from the Sikh Gurus where and when they said so.
  17. Only five Jee, Please provide the reference from Gurdev when you wrote "Since the Khalsa Rehat, including outer appearance was given by Satguru, then this discipline already has Naam blessed in it."
  18. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and Only five Jee, You wrote "Since the Khalsa Rehat, including outer appearance was given by Satguru, then this discipline already has Naam blessed in it." Please provide a reference from Satguru Jee. I will be grateful. Balbir Singh
  19. Mehtab Singh Jee, You wrote "Where did I say anything about my experiences to begin with?" For what you have given the references of Sabads and its translation? Quote "Both the Shabads I posted are from Gurbani and clearly indicate on how to remember Vaheguru and focus on him at all times." Please explain which Vaaks from both the Sabads you posted clearly indicate how to remember Vaheguru. Balbir Singh
  20. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and Puneet Kaur Jee, Truth and its spirituality are experienced in the present. It is not the music of future. You wrote " . . . Bhagat Ji is conveying a message for us, how our minds should be attuned to Waheguru Ji, to Maharaj." There is a difference. Preachers use often the verb 'should' while explaining spirituality. The true Gurus sing Truth in the present. Quote "Bhagat Ji has given examples in the shabad how we should remember Waheguru Ji." Bhagat Jee is singing 'manu raam naamaa bedhiale'. The mind is transcended by Raam Naamaa. There is no mention of Waheguru in this Sabad, in my view. Quote "In the last panktee of the shabad he speaks about a mother who's child is in the cradle and while she carries her house chores, she constantly keeps her child in her mind. This is how we should remember Waheguru as we go about our daily routines, with our mann always attuned with Him." In last two lines all persons mentioned are males. Strange, the translator has used the word 'mother'. In my experience, the state of a worldly religion is depending on its translations. The true religion is the expression of its enlivener, also through words, as it is. ***** Mehtab Singh Jee, What have you experienced, the Guru's words or its translations? Balbir Singh
  21. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and Mehtab Singh Jee, Thanks for referring the wonderful Hymn from Naamdev Jee. This Hymn does not refer the word Vaheguru. Please explain it. Why this Sabad incites the remembrance of Vaheguru? Balbir Singh
  22. ਮੂੰਡੁ ਮੁਡਾਇ ਜਟਾ ਸਿਖ ਬਾਧੀ ਮੋਨਿ ਰਹੈ ਅਭਿਮਾਨਾ ॥ मूंडु मुडाइ जटा सिख बाधी मोनि रहै अभिमाना ॥ Mūnd mudā▫e jatā sikẖ bāḏẖī mon rahai abẖimānā. Some shave their heads, some keep their hair in matted tangles; some keep it in braids, while some keep silent, filled with egotistical pride. ਮਨੂਆ ਡੋਲੈ ਦਹ ਦਿਸ ਧਾਵੈ ਬਿਨੁ ਰਤ ਆਤਮ ਗਿਆਨਾ ॥ मनूआ डोलै दह दिस धावै बिनु रत आतम गिआना ॥ Manū▫ā dolai ḏah ḏis ḏẖāvai bin raṯ āṯam gi▫ānā. Their minds waver and wander in ten directions, without loving devotion and enlightenment of the soul. ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਛੋਡਿ ਮਹਾ ਬਿਖੁ ਪੀਵੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਕਾ ਦੇਵਾਨਾ ॥ अम्रितु छोडि महा बिखु पीवै माइआ का देवाना ॥ Amriṯ cẖẖod mahā bikẖ pīvai mā▫i▫ā kā ḏevānā. They abandon the Ambrosial Nectar, and drink the deadly poison, driven mad by Maya. ਕਿਰਤੁ ਨ ਮਿਟਈ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਨ ਬੂਝੈ ਪਸੂਆ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਨਾ ॥੫॥ किरतु न मिटई हुकमु न बूझै पसूआ माहि समाना ॥५॥ Kiraṯ na mit▫ī hukam na būjẖai pasū▫ā māhi samānā. ||5|| Past actions cannot be erased; without understanding the Hukam of the Lord's Command, they become beasts. ||5|| Sri Guru Granth Sahib Page 1013
  23. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, Come to know true Naam Simran and experience each Vaak of Sri Guru Granth Saahib Jee as it is. True Simran leads one out of duality. It does not matter if you have long hairs or not. Balbir Singh
  24. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, Did the accompanied music (sangeet) from Mardaanaa also come from 'dhur'? Balbir Singh
