I mean my muslim mate before (when i use to go to skool- about yr ago) said to me you'll find out on the day of judgement day the Quran is the truth- something like that. This stressed me out that i didnt say anything to him about this (all i said was i have full faith in Sikhi- coz i did) but i didnt know what to say to him coz of my lack of knowlege of Sikhi . And he also said Sikhs are allowed to drink alcohol, n i said to him were not allowed and he said yes you are, and again coz i didnt have any proof to tell him i couldnt say anything.- coz i knew were forbidded but i didnt know how to prove it. N he said muslims arnt if i rememeber correctly... again i think Muslims are, the Quran just says that dont drink alcohol when you gonna pray (i hope someone corrects me if im wrong on the Quran verse ive just mentioned). N i know know Sikhi is the truth, coz the Akal Purak has given me a personal experience, the first time i felt anand and the first time i understood what true anand feels like. Which is why i got stressed out for months when a muslim asked me to convert to Islam, who didnt have a clue about Sikhi, so how could she say Islam is the only truth? Which really made me feel bad taht i never said anything. In my view there is no Granth in this world as great as Siri Guru Granth Sahib Ji which is written like Gurbani, which is written in poetry, with sentences rhyming. What proof do they need? GURBANI IS THE PHYSICAL PROOF ITSELF. If they need proof, they can read Gurbani for themselfs. Here is something... dont get me wrong i dont rely on these miracles to believe in Sikhi, but question them why did this happen if it isnt the Divine word? And the Church never allowed this person to tell about this- something like that. This explorer went with about 7 ppl or so to Egypt- as someone with high authoity only alowed this much i think, and i think he died there- not sure though. Theres one thing i didnt quite understand about the lamb being sacrificed and Jesus Christ being the lamb and according to the Bible the sins were forgiven with this blood by the innocent lamb which covered there sins which they were trying to hide (Adam's and Eves? not sure). I know how you feel, now that we've realised all this is happening aswell as doing something about it, we shouldnt get ourselfs down about it. Threre are plenty of good things that are happening in India aswell... i.e. i know when i went to India a cuple of yrs ago i heard about 2 sisters getting baptised even thugh there only about 20 (which is good that they got shown the way to Sikhi.) And my cosin has also got baptised (in India) n my other cousin is a preacher who preaches everywhere even down Rajastan if i remember correctly which i was quite amazed by!- By the way this cousin influenced his mam (whos about in her 60's) into getting baptsied aswell. And all thsi was in my pind! But i agree most of Sikhs in India are getting out of touch from Sikhi and i think they really need ppl from outside of India to show them the way- coz of the fact that they havent got any resources to learn about the true Sikhi- coz most ppl in India are corrupt and they are only believeing what they are being shown- i.e. the wrong things that idol worship is ok, which the Siri Guru Granth Sahib Ji forbids! One thing i would like to say Pakistani Sikhs wouldnt be like this would they (i.e. hindufied- and having images of Hindu Gods etc) because they are out of influence from the Indian government and they have stayed in touch with the true Sikhi! Until i realised and i begged Waheguru, and i tried to get all my feelings out that i'm feeling, and Waheguru blessed me. One thing that helped me was keep on listening to Gurbani, even though i didnt feel anything then, until i listened to it so much day and night (and repeating the mool mantar) that it was like getting drowned in so much love and then i started to get feelings back as i lost my igronance and ego and i just felt surrounded with so much love that i started feeling again and i felt loads of anand. After getting drowned by the love of Waheguru's Bani hitting you that shell of no emotion will break at some point. One reason for this (no emotion) could be that if your depressed or got problems (as i was) however just leave everything to Waheguru, just try to accept what Waheguru wills- then you'll have nothing to be depressed about or worry about- because you'll know what Waheguru does is for the best And i think i was too quizitive and wanted to know everything (things that i couldnt understand aswell) - and i think the best thing is anything we dont understand just trust Waheguru as some things we will never be understood by us because Waheguru is basicly too clever for us to understand everything about him and his play.
