Gurfateh jio i dont fink it shud b a problem if they can speak english or not, i fink us as sikh youth should go out of our way to learn punjabi so we can understand better. its part of our identities and we shud try sticking to punjabi rather then english. Maharaj didnt wrte gurbani in english, so to fully understand maharaj we must learn punjabi. i think it is so important to try n learn punjabi bcuz by our next generation no 1 will know how 2 speak it!

not sure if id personally take protein 1st bro, u dnt realy want muscles to start repairing as soon as u start training.. i mean muscles expand n gain power by ripping so with protein before it may stop expansion and keep em contracted due to repairing process, n if having a few hour work out dont think that good news............... dnt know man! n e trainers, doctors, physio therapists etc online??

after training as protein repairs muscles, watch it, alot of powders av egg in (if u dnt eat egg)... try taking carbohydrates before training for energy

excellent suggestion... brings story to mind of when Guru Gobind Singh ji requested a boy (from a rich family background) to bring him some langar... when langar was brought to Guru ji, Guru ji asked the boy if he had actually ever washed the jooteh pandeh, or did any similar seva....... the boy replied with no due to being from a rich background...Maharaj then refused to eat the langar until the boy had taken part in such seva. this enforces the how Sikhs should be.. in humility and practice equality by doing seva like this hankar is lost, and you are brought back to the lowest of all as all sikhs minds should be....

Gurfateh! just was wondering if anyone knew why the chand singhs wear on dumalla is shaped like that...... as it isnt actually representing kirpans, its more like a semi circle shape.. asked some singhs who didnt know....... duz n e one on ere know? gurfateh ji i think it has more to do with ur intention. like SScom said, its not that u bowing out of sayin i accept u as my guru, it more out of respect. although iv never seen a bow when u hav 2 go on all fours. think thats an extreme way of bowing, as if u look at any chinese martial arts, it can clearly be seen the bow is jus out of respect to you sifu..... depends hw u feel bruv wen goin on all fours, id personally advise against it.... try eagle claw kung fu, wid hari singh, thats wer we learn from, teaches in birmingham.
