  1. I believe that one day India is going to be a Christian nation. All those low castes will convert to Christianity.I believe it's inevitable.
  2. There are no homeless and poor people in the UK? Good Lord which planet are you living in? LOL! If the English model is so fantastic, why do they always need help from the 'silly Americans'? Why did the US bail their asses out during WWII? Even to this day America leads the UK in every single aspect of life. I don't hear much about Americans moving to the UK but there are many from the UK migrating to the US. As for guns, that is why they don't have some Hitler type rising to power. That is also why their society is so open. You can never criticize the Royalty as you can the POTUS. The system is created whereby a leader can't simply pass laws and make decisions like a dictator and that's actually a good thing. The current administration is trying to legalize 11 million illegals and open the doors wide. If not for this system they would have had their way. False. He managed to pass Healthcare, extend patriot act and do a host of other things. However after his first term, his party lost the House and Senate so he's not able to pass anything now. It's a much, much better system then the Parliamentary system of democracy. It does not allow a leader to simply waive their hands and do as they please. This is actually a good thing. It means you have to work with everyone. It also allows individual states to run their states the way they see fit. At the end of the day America leads the UK in pretty much everything so I'm thinking they probably know what they're doing. It's the UK that needs the US and not vice versa. PS the UK system is extremely flawed. UKIP won more votes yet obtained only 2 seats compared to that Scottish party. This is a travesty.

    Masturbation:

Are you saying Gays are more spiritual?
  4. Really? How so? How are Punjabi Sikh Jatts to be blamed for what is happening among Hindu Jatts in the state of UP? Please provide concrete evidence and not a talking point. As for girls pursuing a relationship among other castes, do you think Shiimbe and others would be singing Kumbayah if that happened to their women? LOL! Which planet are you living in? I knew a guy (i think Paapa) who was pissed his brother married a Jattni. So you see it's happening both ways. BTW I very much doubt majority of Punjabi Sikh Jatts would allow their children to marry Hindu Jatts. There is no unanimous hegemony among Jatts. Therefore it's ludicrous to blame Punjabi Sikh Jatts for what is happening in the state if UP. We are ALL clannish, including you. It's human nature. As for spreading Sikhi, who told you that in order to convert to Sikhism only the Akali Dal/SGPC has that right? Where is this written? You mean to say all those Sikh converts in western countries obtained some kind of 'certification' from SGPC ie 'ok to convert' before converting? LOL! SGPC was created for providing a uniform method of running a Gurdwara in India and the rest of the world. It's edicts are not binding and not all Gurdwaras follow it. It does not have any power on individual Sikhs nor is it some kind of gatekeeper for convertion to Sikhism. Shame on you for laying blame on a whole group of people unrelated to an incident in another part of the world. Do you really care about the Harijans or are you simply you using the Jatts as a footstool in order to stroke your ego? Why don't you go help them (Harijans) and then convert them? Nobody stopping you brother. But you won't. It's easier to switch on your computer and and attack a whole group of people in order to feel good about yourself while simultaneously leading a selfish life. What a joke! LOL! Confucious say don't throw stones at other when you yourself are living in a glass house. You're not getting what Ranjit is trying to say. If Ambedkar had that kind of sway among Harijans, why didn't millions of them follow his footstep and convert to Buddhism?
  5. Who are the Jatts here? Are Jatts going to rape those girls?
  6. The word Sikh owes its origin to the language Pali – one of the languages of the common people in 15th century India, and is directly derived from the word Sikkha – In very simple terms it means “a disciple” –– a disciple of the Guru and more specifically, a disciple of Guru Nanak. http://sikhhistory.haraman.org/sikh-history-the-origin-and-beliefs-of-sikhs/
  7. Kinda agree with you mostly but doesn't our bani say to Naam Jaap to avoid being reincarnated to other beings and then finally again to human form and to be liberated from this life cycle?
  8. Why is this happening today. That too after Singh Sabha movement fought so hard to eradicate this kind of behavior? *DELETED* Your thoughts? Admin Note: Refrain your sould doing the beadbi of sikh holy scripture.
  9. These are what you call true Sikhs. My favorite video was the second one. Kudos to Khalsa Aid. While it's admirable that groups like United Sikhs are going to a country like Kenya to help the poor there, however are we in the position to do that when we have so many poor of our very own in Punjab? It's one thing for westerners to help poor nations like in Africa as they have reached a very high standard of living themselves but are we in that position? Just thought I'd throw this out as food for thought.
  10. Well, you have a good point there. Males are definitely more individualistic. They don't really care what others think and other males couldn't care less how the marriage takes place, as long as there's good food, entertainment and if you're a drinker, some booze. LOL! OTOH they're not that individualistic. We've got our group think too. For example, men (who drink) will make sure the will be plenty of booze less they be accused of being stingy. I think it boils down to priorities. Men couldn't care less on the setting of the wedding. You could have it out in the middle of a soccer field and they coudn't care less. As long as there is good food and entertainment, that's all that matters. Yes I've noticed that women are far more active in FB then men. Some are so in love their reflection so they'll post like a million pictures of themselves. It's just fascinating to see so many people so in love with their looks. Some will post various pictures in various poses..."that faraway look while thinking of something", "that smiling face while posing with some friends at a fancy diner", "while working at the computer at work", "a million selfies"....etc, etc. Men OTOH will post pictures of say, a bottle of beer. LOL! PS They want to be told how beautiful they are? Thats funny! LOL! Red sparkling lengha with gold jewellry? Wow! Are you a wedding planner by any chance? LOL!
  11. I believe it to be the real reason. The Sikh men who marry a person of different religion are more confident. They don't care and will settle with a marriage ceremony outside the Gurdwara. It's usually always the women who insist to have their marriage in the Gurdwara. What I believe the underlying reason is that they want validation from their family and the larger community and what better way then a marriage via the Gurdwara. If they have a normal wedding outside of the Gurdwara, more then likely the Punjabi friends and family members will make excuses not to attend especially feeling out of place with another race. In a Gurdwara setting, more then likely the attendance will be better. They fear that after marriage, like so many others, they will be ignored and avoided. Just my 2 cents. I could be wrong. And why they can't do that during lunch and dinner events? The marriage in the Gurdwara is just but one event out many, many events in a Punjabi wedding.
  12. I know what you mean. This is a symptom of a 'monied' society. If Western economy ever crashes (which I hope does not), these libtards will be the hardest hit.
  13. So lets get this straight. One partner refuses to convert. So some sort of test is administered. And if they pass that test, they're allowed to get married? Despite one partner still not being a Sikh? I hope majority of UK Sikhs make a hard stand against this nonsense. I don't believe it's because of 'dress up'. They could always do that during the wedding dinner and all the other celebrations that go with it. I believe it's validation. They want validation from the larger community.
  14. If they don't want to convert, why is there even a conversation on allowing the marriage to be allowed in the Gurdwara at all? I always thought the reason for not allowing such marriages in the first place is that because one of the partners are not Sikhs.
  15. I don't get it. Whats the issue here? If the non Sikh that is wanting to marry the Sikh is willing to convert, is that ok? Why is this test suggested?
  16. And you do realize that company/corporation bylaws can be changed and they're not written in stone? All I need is 51% share and I'll fire the current Board of Directors , hire my own Board of Directors and change all company by laws. It's that simple. These rules can be ignored, bent, broken or ultimately changed. All one needs are numbers. What happens when these 'pseudo Sikhs' outnumber true Sikhs by say more then 60% and start to exert power by demanding that voting be open up everybody and not just Amritdhari? What will you do then? This is quite a realistic scenario since you want to absorb enmasse a whole group of people who never really accepted Sikhism to begin with or the very least do not subscribe to your version of Sikhism. You are not thinking things through. Poor comparison. Both untouchables and Brahmins are Hindus whereas 'pseudo Sikhs' were once Hindus and do not truly accept all of Sikhis's teachings. Sorry but you're wrong. You should ask yourself, why are they richer despite indulging in alcohol? If alcohol is soooooooooooooo detrimental, should not these countries be living in squalor and poverty (like India)? I'm trying to get you to discard this 'pendu' mentality. To the best of my knowledge Guruji Maharaj did not ask for it to be banned. Guruji Maharaj also made the hukam of 'wande ke shekao'. Is this being followed? Really? Why then are countries like Scotland and Japan one of the largest producers of hard liquor at least 200 years ahead of India? Going by your logic, they should produce a population of very sickly people and thus a nation that is poor and poverty stricken like those poor African nations. But that is simply not the case. In fact, given a chance every single Indian would hop on a plane and live in these countries if given chance. Once again, 'pendu' mentality in play. Please explain why the top nations on this planet, US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, Korea, China....where alcohol flows freely dominates the world in terms, wealth, science, technology....pretty much every facet of life? Going by your logic, shouldn't they be a sickly people and thus be the poorest? Please think things through before regurgitating the same old tired mantra over and over again.
  17. You sound young and naive. All these Hindus need are enough numbers and in key positions (since they're able to vote) they will then exert power and remove 'Pro Sikhi' Panj Pyare and install their own 'Pro Hindu' Panj Pyare. It's that simple and that would be the beginning of the end. It will happen slowly but surely. In time, our Gurdwaras will resemble Mandirs. You should. If the impact is so negative why all the major inventions on this planet from the West ie alcohol drinkers? Why is India so backward? I'm sorry but you have a skewed perception of reality. Until people like you wake up from this stupidity ie believing that banning alcohol will suddenly magically create this 'renaissance' of Sikhism, we will never move forward.
  18. Thats one years result for GCSE in the UK. Thats hardly representative of anything. Below is an indicator why this is happening "The continuing gender gap at GCSE comes despite predictions that the gulf would begin to narrow following major reforms to the qualifications system, including a clampdown on coursework, a reduction in bite-sized modules and a shift towards end-of-course exams. It has been suggested that boys are typically better at end-of-course exams while girls favour coursework and more long-term projects." Basically the standard of GCSE is dropping and it's favoring women. I know first hand how 'course work' works. It's how 'pally' you are with the teacher. If women were truly smarter then men, they would dominate the sciences and be industrial leaders in real life. But that simply isn't the case. Majority of inventions, industrial leaders, movers shakers in the real world to this day are still men. Did you read the link I provided? It's a comprehensive study done by a University Professor. Personally, I believe both sexes are equally intelligent. However women are more predisposed to art and men to science.
  19. Do you have any evidence to back that up? Anyway here's some 'food' for thought. http://www.livescience.com/7154-men-smarter-women-scientist-claims.html
  20. I know what you mean. You only know who your friends are when you're at rock bottom or at least almost there. Make no mistake, the fastest way for a community/ethnicity/race to disintegrate is due to apathy, indifference and selfishness. This is more potent then even a Nuclear bomb. Unfortunately too many of our fellow Sikh's are 'stuck on stupid', always blaming everybody else and never looking inwards. It's either the RSS, the West, alcohol or drugs. They don't see their own selfishness and indifference.
  21. I couldn't have said it better. To add, you can't fix stupid. Stupid is as stupid does.
  22. Excellent post. Western culture created the computer we're all typing on, the internet, car, flight....pretty every much single thing in our lives we take for granted and the very best of countries to live in on the planet. We denigrate the West yet every Indian's wet dream is to hop on a plane and live in the west. How did these alcoholics and drug abusers create the best countries in the world to live in? As if Punjabis didn't know how to drink and consume drugs before the advent and influence of Western culture in the East. Actually, it's the West who learned how to use drugs from Easterners and not vice versa. Today Scotland is one of the largest manufacturers of Whiskey in the world and Japan is a close second. Yet India is probably 200 years behind these two countries in terms of standard of living. How is this possible????? This dumb morons like a broken tape recorder keep repeating this same nonsense again and again, akin to a parrot on crack! It's the only thing their pea brain knows.
  23. DTF, SGPC is a religious organization that is there to administer the running of Gurdwaras around the world. I'm talking about a powerful international social organization that also acts as a lobbying agent like AIPAC for Israel. This is a problem that cannot be solved via politics. Your guy winning may help but it won't solve the fundamental I'm not sure what you're getting at here but I'm guessing you're referring to those Hindus who also attend Gurdwara, then I firmly disagree. No thanks. I'd rather be a super minority then a majority with some sort of 'mongrelized' version of Sikhism. I'm assuming recognizing them entails allowing them to vote in Gurdwara affairs? Sorry, no way buddy. Our Gurdwaras will be turned into Mandirs. No thanks. Sorry poor comparison. Christianity is not facing the problem of refusal of being given a separate identity like Sikhism. Alcohol does not destroy any nation. The most powerful nations on this planet ie Western civilization and Asian (China, Japan....) are all alcohol drinkers. This is nonsense perpetuated by backward Indian mentality. A tiny bunch of alcohol drinkers called the British came to India and kicked everybody's asses. IMHO what is destroying us selfishness. If you travel to the UK, US, Canada, Asia...you'll see Sikhs doing extremely well yet I don't see any monetary help given to fellow Sikhs in Punjab outside of Gurdwara donations. That is why many former Sikhs have converted to Christianity. You may criticize Christians all you want but they are extremely generous with each other. In fact their generosity is unparalleled! I have never witnessed any other group of people as generous as them. That is their strength. In my country, many Sikhs have converted to Christianity and I know that for a fact many converted because they found support within the Church that was not there them from our own people. Recently there was a big spat between Sikhs and Punjabi Christians in my country and there were heated exchanges. I heard via a recording that one of the biggest complains from former Sikhs is that they receive no help from fellow Sikhs. I can tell you from what I've witnessed and even to a certain extent personal experience that there is some truth to it. Ironically one of our first Hukam is 'Wand Ke Shekaoo'. If we follow this Hukam to the tee brother, I guarantee you we will become really strong and un defeatable.
