Thats true, imo its the Kardashians that have got so many schoolgirls going crazy with how they look, how many boys they've dated etc. Its pathetic really.

Only because they are a depiction of what kids feel they should look like. Many girls aspire to look like Beyonce or Kylie Jenner. Yeh thats why I don't watch her videos, I feel like they are too inappropriate to watch and I don't wanna pollute my mind.

Well, its definitely changed me for the better. I realised that there is a LOT more to life than just looking pretty all day long - so I've stopped wearing makeup now. Also, I'm a lot less materialistic, I don't see the point in buying useless stuff for no reason. I think in essence, its made me more of a simple person. Half of the stuff I used to do and what I felt was a necessity isn't of any value to me now.

Surely even if you sincerely do a Vaheguru jaap for just 10 minutes its better than doing Vaheguru simran for 3 hours with your mind all over the place. Thats just my personal opinion, over time it gets better because you know that this is your time to focus.
