@proactive - Thanks for your insight, i learn a lot from your posts Regardless for our views I think we can agree on one thing, we have our intentions in the right place regarding Punjab and Sikhs. I've learnt alot from your threads posts, that gave insights to issues i never saw in the same light before. Much more knowledge then i learnt to yts, sm posts listening to others. Also new profound love and passion for Punjab and the desire the i want to do something for Punjab in future @dallysingh101 @MisterrSingh

Talking to my mum earlier that is he wins how much impact can he have, without being threaten, blackmailed by Delhi gov.. She said if the roots are destroyed, how much fruit can grow... If he wins, i think Deep being killed was 1000x bigger loss then his win might be..just as the farmers 700 killed and so on

From family relatives few remaining and most gone, and others stories, advice given to me was no matter what never never trust anyone. Don't expect anything in return if you do something goodwill for someone. Keep your guards up, don't get too emotionally attached but bottom line, never trust anyone. Majority don't have the same heart, good intentions as you might have so have 0 expectations from ppl..blood or not.

My mind cannot stay still when doing simran eyes closed. I've been struggling with this for a while and infact get more emotional and uncontrolled emotions of things and life past and future and death..(hot mess lol) I've struggled with concentration since i was young there is personal reason for this...but i used make my mind wander elsewhere i think this had made my mind a habit ..its tough to just concentration and have no thoughts just peace. Funny before used to look at quotes about 'biggest luxury is peace of mind' and now i finally understand Reciting paath i can concentrate better some days, but i know i am avoiding just sitting still and doing simran but i will have to try everyday i guess..better then no trying right? Do you have tips or does similar happen to you?

@proudkaur21 I know it drives you crazy, enrages you but somehow you need to keep your mind in sync ow you just get exposed to more unhealthy anger by them and have no sense mind control on how to keep yourself somehow 'calm' on how keep 'positive' energy about the things we can do present or future. There is nothing we can do about the past, its not in our control..They will deal with their karma in the next world. Me personally, reading about other horrific evil in the world shows we are not the only ones. Holocausts wars, whats going on in Afghan yemen some may think there is more 'worse' out there esp when you think about they have the luxury and resources (Gulf countries) to help them, yet they cant, yet we have nobody Me personally future is getting enough financial success, to help the poor in Punjab, Build schools etc. We can either keep dwelling and getting our emotions triggered on the past, where we have no control or focus on the opportunities we have now to help those who need our help...

Unless you become financially successful and create Panthic lobbies ...invest in Punjab help the poor...its the only way Jeff Bezos and Amazon, Bill gates, Elon Musk shows there in not much anyone can do unless you join their league lol Just how the world works...learn to swim with them then against

Sis, you will more Punjabi is West then in our pind.. Yep from our Grandparents generation, there is only one family left ..rest gone...i couldnt believe it when i went after many years wasnt expecting it Yep they from those states because their husbands are in the army so they live usually on rent. There is a huge Army colony nearby too Also nepalis too

In our pind, the anakh Punjabis are mostly gone living abroad and that older generation is passed away. Its been taken over by those harayana, rajastastins bhaiyas...hindus types Rest Sikhs in the pind are going all in for AAP But again you never know, he is getting popular in Punjab, but its Punjab after all so i wont get hopeful only to know what we know about Punjab

As much as i want him to win, i don't have much hope left he will win any seat..being realistic I've lost hope in our so called 'kaum'...we are a lost cause If Most Sikhs in India cannot find a common ground that no matter how much you love India die for their borders they wont spare any blood at any chance does not unite Sikhs in India after everything then nothing will.. You cant fix a broken mirror..

meant the reason for his appeal/popularity is him being a avg mona with fade and songs he sings is nothing spectacular punjabi artist but the idk 'west/punjabi' appeal hence his popularity with apne middle eastern whites..i've seen pakistani hijabis girls going crazy over him..

I didnt even realize AP dhillon Gurvinder all were born in Punjab too.. wow could have amplified the voices for kissans. He did a tour there too and had exclusive concerts for bollywoods karan johal, the ones who didnt say anything for the kissans...bollywood punjabi hindus
