Gosh that’s horrific. From what I’ve read, a lot of the richest families in the world and many of the alleged 13 illuminati families have Jewish origins. With this and the belief that prophet Mohammed married a 9 year old, abuse is probably more widespread than anyone could imagine

People have said that abusers like Weinstein aren’t really looked down on by many Rabbis because of the fact that it’s allowed in Judaism. Which is insane. Peadophiles also run to Israel to escape prosecution from their countries.

It is amazing. I think sometimes at humans we can begin to feel like we’re the only type of being of worth. When there are whole other kingdoms of beings who God also loves and who recognize Him

I agree with the observation that America is becoming increasingly Talmudized in the legal sphere especially with this lastest pushing of pederasty acceptance. To think their wisemen /rabbis sat and brought up such a twisted worldview where a female child under three can be raped and the only penalty would be a fine of 200 Zuz (whatever the currency of that land is e.g. 200 dollars) , and sex with male child under nine is not considered a sin.

Gosh that’s horrific. From what I’ve read, a lot of the richest families in the world and many of the alleged 13 illuminati families have Jewish origins. With this and the belief that prophet Mohammed married a 9 year old, abuse is probably more widespread than anyone could imagine

  4. This is so incredibly sad. A man who was passed around by MPs and the elite from the age of 14 having come from Kincora children’s home which was a known home where children were sexually abused.

Nothing has been done about it 5 years after channel 4 reported on it. And it probably won’t because the people involved high up probably control channel four and the police. The man was warned to keep quiet twice by detectives showing that the police are paid off by the perpetrators.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Wahguru ji ki fateh sangat ji

Please note this topic is not for children or young adults. I am hoping for some guidance/advice from fellow parents.

Our eldest daughter recently got married and thankfully me and my daughters have always had quite a close bond. We tend have regular girl talk and always share any difficulties we may face.

So as I was saying our eldest recently got married - she asked me a question that was quite sensitive - regarding the intimacy between her and her husband. Basically, my daughter asked me whether certain sexual practices between husband and wife were forbidden in Sikhi? I told her fair and square that I honestly did not know. I said all I do know is according to our maryada husband and wife should never be unfaithful outside of marriage and the relationship between husband and wife should be respectful and honest. I explained how we should try to refrain from too much Kaam as it wouldn't be good for our jeevan. A Gursikh couple should try to aim to better each other towards Gurbani and maryada. But my daughter said that they try to read as much Baani as possible and refrain from the 4 kurets but they wanted to explore intimacy as a couple at different levels.  Embarrassed as my daughter felt when I asked her to explain what exact practices did she mean?  She did tell me but I don't feel it would be suitable for me to mention them here (young Sangat)... My daughter explained that she and her husband like to keep things alive intimately to avoid things from becoming repetitive, boring and mundane (much like our generation! haha) but were still worried if they do not want to break their maryada... We had a bit of a chuckle as I did say that our generation regarding marriage and intimacy was very different and now the world is much more modern I can only imagine relationships and couples have evolved too. So benti to fellow mums/parents could you advice me what the answer to this question is? Seeing as children nowadays tend to experiment a lot more intimately in a marriage what is the maryada? Are there any intimate practices Gursikh couples are to refrain from or is all fine between couples?

I do apologise for talking about this subject so openly but I really am stuck as I find it difficult to ask friends or other family members for advice...Thank you all.

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh ji

This is why it’s important to marry someone you Love deeply. Because with that Love, the lust isn’t important and is overridden. Lust is an illusion. Love is the reality. There is no sex, only making Love.

nah it's pretty explicitly said and copied from jewish texts

It’s disgusting that it’s so widespread and appears to be almost common esp amongst the elite and celebs. Our kids need to be educated not to trust strangers and sometimes even family members. I also have many family members who have been sexually abused as kids and have had friends who have been too. It happens more often than we think, and these people carry the trauma into adulthood and are often too embarrassed or scared to come forward. Very sad.

Where in Jewish texts does it say it? I’ve heard there was a whole sect of Jews who followed a man called Sabatai Zevi and then a man named Jacob Frank who we’re into satanism and things like this. Satanism is big on peadophilia it seems and people like Alistair Crowley were best friends with people like JFK, Marylin Monroe and many other celebs. Just very strange.

Not sure if you know but yesterday there was a lot of angry Hindus on Twitter. A Ex Muslim Armin Nawabi uploaded inappropriate images of Kali Mata in s3xual positions and winking etc  Hindus in return are doing their usual thing and sending him threats and insulting the guys mother etc. The guy is Iranian and had uploaded a photo of his mothers appearance before and after the Iranian islamic revolution and Hindus have photoshopped his mothers face onto porn actresses etc.

Most Christian channels and ex muslims have a big % of Hindu followers and fan boys. A lot of these Christian channels and ex Muslims upload cartoons of muhammed and the Hindus love it, but now an ex Muslim has uploaded inappropriate images of Kali Mata the same Hindus are angry, Mohammed Hijab has tweeted about this hypocrisy as well.

My point is, Sikhs should stay out of all of this, because we have a lot of portraits of our Gurus and other saints and female figures and people do a lot of sick stuff to religious images to offend people.

Watching the videos is fine and reading tweets etc, but if you start writing comments then things might turn nasty, like this whole Kali mata incident. At the end of the day atheists are atheists, just coz they are criticising Islam or Christianity that doesnt mean they wont start on Sikhi, and you obviously don't want that.

Majority of the comments under these videos are normally 100s of Hindu comments and Christian's but I do see the odd Sikh persons comments aswell.

They make really interesting videos, but just saying ...    Sikhs shouldn't get too involved in those kinds of things, or atleast not make their presence felt, because things can turn really nasty like what's happening right now.

Kali is a demoness who drinks blood. Basically she’s the female satan. I’m not sure why the Muslim guy did that though, very weird.

Forget samadhi which is state of total surrender and a path which is necessary to merge ourselves in Him, we are very much far from it, for we are not even aware of our true self.

He is a pure state of: SAT-CHIT-ANAND, whilst we are vey much under karmas, mind, maya and vikars ....

We have forgotten our origin Waheguru, that´s why we are in constant pain and agony.

That is why Guru  Jee tells us : Nanak dukheeya sab sansaar, se sukheeya jhin Nam aadhaar.

He is telling us about our real current state of misery(chaurasee ka chakar) , and also reveals us a valid method to come out of it for once and ever.

He says, attach  yourself to that Consciouss Power of Nam by meditating upon it, which is the source of eternal peace and bliss, not only that, but also by engaging into that spiritual practice, our surtee merges and becomes one with that ultimate truth of Nam for once and forever.

    SSA.

Yes it is. Naam is Truly a miracle and the Greatest power. How could it not be when it’s Truth, God himself. Application of Gurbani and simran is unparalleled.

Naam simran takes you high, it’s a virtue of naam that it makes you humble

But anyway I’m not going to argue with you because I really like many of your posts ??

It could be you are viewing god from one angle and I am viewing same god from another angle. He is limitless after all

True. In the end, everything is Naam, He is One.

Many perspectives on it but ultimately, He’s One the same. ?

None of us are in smadhi. Taking your paraan (breath) or surat (focus) into dasam duar is called smadhi.

In smadhi your body becomes unconscious, heart and breathing stop, to an observer you appear dead. Your soul can even casually step out the body.

Few people will notice I edited & deleted section from earlier post explaining how Satguru Ji showed daas the technique for doing it with surat. If Guru does kirpa daas will try making a new post on simran to explain how there are much higher stages still and how to move in that direction.

I’m not challenging you dear friend, but I’m respectfully challenging the ideas you present.

I know you’ve read gurbani because you write using literal translations. Realising maya as an illusion can only happen through intense bhagati. There is one hell of a big avastha called Paramhans. Like swan can separate milk from water, they can separate god from maya.

I’ve experienced it. That’s the point of applying gurbani and walking on the straight and narrow path. Going into samadhi, you realise that it was an illusion all along. Agreed that it needs to be experienced. I’ve fallen off the path many times forgetting it, but keep getting back up, I am by no means perfect, I’m just a fool like everyone else. The simran becomes 24/7 because u realise the Truth. There’s nothing else but Truth. It’s everyone everything everywhere.

You need to stop putting brahmgyanis on a pedestal and realise yourself to be the same as them. Guru Nanak taught us in the utmost humility, calling himself the lowest of the low, and that’s what brahmgyanis see themselves as. Your avastha becomes high by realising yourself to be Nothing. You can experience the same, you just have to be believing, disciplined, seeing and loving him as All, be good etc. Yes there are stages on the bhagati path, but the laws remain the same, and the Truth doesn’t change. Moving on with the stages happens as it’s supposed to. You can’t force it.

The world is a dream, we are living in samadhi 24/7.. it’s not real, it’s a khel. To separate God from maya, you look at the khel, and realise everyone, everything, everywhere to be Him. The good and the evil, the light and the dark, the Dukh and the Sukh, its simple but us humans complicate it. Most humans are too egoistic to accept this simple truth. Realise yourself to be Him. You are Truth, drop in the ocean, Ocean in the Drop. There is no separatedness, He IS the Maya. Although we cannot be perfect, the perfection of the heart is within reach. If you apply this gyan how can your heart be tainted unless you forget it and fall for the khel, reacting in maya. It’s an illusion He’s created.

Smadhi means ‘deep meditation’. Some people experience the mind becoming calm for the first time and call it smadhi. But this is like a child running with their arms out thinking they’re flying like ‘an aeroplane’. (It’s correct for their level of innocence, but not the real thing).Smadhi is actually when one enters dasam duar.

Reality is that we are in 24/7 samadhi. The world is a dream in the mind of the Creator. Humans should recognize the illusion, then maya doesn’t have much of a hold because it’s BS.

We accept life and live it. It’s our choice.. we are not a slave to the illusion, it’s a slave to God/Us. That’s how you make maya your Bi*ch.

Does anyone also have a ticking noise in their head? Like a actual high pitched ticking when doing simran? I have it most times I do simran, at first i used to start paying attention to it and it really hurt! But now i ignore it and it's fine

While reading bhai raghbir singh birs book I came across a part where he says some people experience a ticking noise in their brain, though scary at first, its har less.

No, but that sounds interesting. I’ve only had the ringing sound. When I listen to it and relax, I start to vibrate at a higher frequency

True. Ideally there would be langar halls in these areas. No one should go hungry like that when billions are spent on space expeditions and the like.

yup!  last night i was doing simran in my bedroom and i heard loud knocking from the door frame!  i was doing simran using earphones and i still heard the knocking! so not sure how loud it actually was.

I'v been doing simran a lot more intensely recently and with proper concentration and different stuff is happening, emotions are feeling off as well.

i asked someone and they said there is no normal when it comes to simran, everyone has different experiences.

Ignore it and continue. If anything comes around, stay relaxed and accept that everyone and everything is God. Picture Guru Nanak if it helps. You shouldn’t fear anything, it’s all God.

If you didn't care, why write a post about someone voting down your post? Also saying how sad the person is, needs to get a life, etc.  You also labeled them as a stalkerish and kind of scary. You care very much and I would say paranoid because you believe you know who this poster is, that down voted your post and believe you are being stalked on here.  This screams of paranoia.

I was trying to help a paranoid poster out by getting admin, mod, and s1ngh involved.  @ADMIN @MOD @S1ngh please help this poster.  Do it in pm.  She is on a mission to break up sex rings run by millionaires and famous people and is being 'stalked' on this forum.  She has big fish to fry with her smartphone and go, go gadgets.

Stop being so patronizing. Disliking like 10 Of someone’s posts In one go IS stalkerish and weird and obv not paranoia, and if you don’t think so, then that’s your issue.

Im not the only one concerned about Peadophilia.. there have been Large protests About it outside buckingham palace. If you think that children being Abused is a small issue then you need a reality check. It’s very real, Jeffrey Epstein has already been prosecuted for it so have many others.

I Do have bigger fish to fry and I have political contacts who I can spread awareness of these issues To which may actually make a difference one day to children Being sexually abused as opposed to you and your bestie gurjant gnostic sitting around idly targeting and trying to dishearten me to do nothing like you, for zero reason other than your desire to be emotionally abusive. Helping spread the cause of kids not being sexually abused by far trumps your toxic needs for my attention. Grow up or go and find another kid to bully in the playground because I’m too old and don’t entertain that immaturity. I’m not responding to your toxicity again.

    Thanks.

Bollywood is also very big on all this. It's a film industry that one needs to avoid as much as possible.

The actress Kangana has spoken out about it, she’s been through abit if an ordeal it seems. Says that it’s all drugs and debauchury in Bollywood. Karan Johar the producer has been hosting a dating tv show called what the love, which is encouraging meaningless casual sex with India’s youth. It’s pretty weird.

Once upon a time every member can see who voted a post up or down.  Can we go back to that function.   All these paranoid members will be set free from their insecurities.

Noones paranoid, nor do I actually care. Someone disliked like 10 of my posts in the one go which is just super weird.

Anyhow moving on, hope more people become aware of what’s really going on with the worlds governments and peadophilia. With the recent protests I think more people are finally beginning to wake up

I hear what sounds like an xylophone, it’s very quiet and constant..... but when I stop saying Waheguru to listen if it is the tv downstairs- it stops. Can this sound be a good small sign? Is it normal to hear only when I am chanting or does it sound like it’s just my ears playing up.

It could be Anhad Naad. People hear it as different sounds sometimes. I hear it as a ringing sound. If you feel it’s Anhad Naad, try and relax while doing simran and listen to it. Let the samadhi take you naturally.

    Gurfateh readers,

My routine has gone out the window lately and I would welcome some support, encouragement to get back on track. Is there anyone here with a good routine or someone who exercises and eats healthy on a regular basis? Would you mind sharing what you do? I would like to start working out again for physical and mental well being. I would like a consistent daily routine, recently I have felt down and found it hard to switch off before bed so been sleeping late. I have children so that means I only have limited time for myself and I do need to be disciplined.

    Look forward to your replies.

I would suggest 9-5 work, 6-7 exercise, evening meditate/ Simran. I do simran basically all day. When I work I don’t do it, work is seva anyway. Sometimes you’ll go into samadhi for no reason, We’re always in 24/7 samadhi anyway because this world is a dream.

I would suggest eating the general healthy foods, lots of greens, and cut your carbs down to roti twice a week and that’s it. Refined carbs are so bad for your health. If you do simran/meditate, you should cut out sugary drinks and caffeine.. it frustrates the system. For caffeine, cut down to one cup of tea a day and then just water if you can. The body is majority water so a lot of water intake is important.

I try and go running at least three times a week, even for a little while, Cardio is so important, weights twice or three times a week when I’m being good, yoga most days even for 10 mins (it’s amazing for health and a miracle for stress, addictions etc) and Pilates when I feel like it. When I do weights I also do Stomach crunches. Also, laying on the floor and cycling your feet in the air for your lower stomach and also laying on the floor and leaning up for upper stomach is really good.

If you have no motivation at all to exercise, try doing yoga for 10 Or 15 mins a day to start off with, it will make you feel more inclined to do more exercise, like as the first step. If you ever have days where you don’t even feel like getting out of bed, yoga is good in the morning too.

Your body is Yours and Gods Temple, respect for it is Important. Taking care of it is also an expression of loving and taking care of yourself, which is important in a world where there is currently a lot of hate, including self hatred. Love starts with you, God wants you to be happy.. He doesn’t want you to self destruct, you’re a miracle and a beautiful creation, created for a purpose and out of pure Love. We all are.

     Good luck ?
