I've never been an advocate for abandoning parents, but in your case anyone would struggle to criticize you for doing it. It's a miracle you aren't a serial killer or a paedo or something. You should be proud of yourself for not succumbing to the flaws of the people who provided you with your GENES. It's good you've found refuge in Sikhi. I guess it's the difference between trying to retain some semblance of sanity and completely going off the rails. You should find a woman to marry. You're still young. There's 50 year old guys who consider themselves munde ripe for marriage, lol. Find a small place of your own, find a woman, and get on with it, because I guarantee if you let your current situation simmer as it is, you'll wake up at 50, realise your life has been wasted, and you'll want to put a shotgun in your mouth. Be strong, be forceful, put your foot down.

Yup true. 39 is not too old to get married as a man. I know of many women who cause their son to divorce their wives. Why is it so common in our culture? I know so many punjabi mother in laws destroying their son's marriage out of jealousy from the wife. It is insane.

It's definitely a possibility because such incidents have occurred throughout history. Especially when there were shortages of food or no food at all, people resorted to extremes for survival.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_incidents_of_cannibalism

    World War II

Many instances of cannibalism by necessity were recorded during World War II. For example, during the 872-day Siege of Leningrad, reports of cannibalism began to appear in the winter of 1941–1942, after all birds, rats, and pets were eaten by survivors.

    Argentina

Following the crash of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 on a glacier in Argentina at 3,570 metres (11,710 ft) altitude, multiple survivors resorted to eating their dead fellow passengers.

    Africa

Cannibalism has been reported in several recent African conflicts, including the Second Congo War and the civil wars in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

    China

Cannibalism is documented to have occurred in China during the Great Leap Forward, when rural China was hit hard by drought and famine.

    Eastern Europe and Russia

In his book, The Gulag Archipelago, Soviet writer Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described cases of cannibalism in 20th-century Soviet Union. Of the famine in Povolzhie (1921–1922) he wrote: "That horrible famine was up to cannibalism, up to consuming children by their own parents — the famine, which Russia had never known even in Time of Troubles [in 1601–1603]".

    North Korea

Reports of widespread cannibalism began to emerge from North Korea during the famine of the 1990sand subsequent ongoing starvation. Kim Jong-il was reported to have ordered a crackdown on cannibalism in 1996, but Chinese travelers reported in 1998 that cannibalism had occurred.

    Middle Ages

    • The Great Famine of 1315–1317 was marked with extreme levels of cannibalism.
    • Numerous incidents of cannibalism were recorded during the drought of 1200–1201 in the Nile River region

I've heard about people in India starving but they didnt resort to canablism. Is it more common in people who are well fed and then suddenly have to starve as compared to people who grew up with barely any food?

    It is hypocritical.

The world wants to buy cheap things made via Chinese labour and then do drama that China is doing pollution.

All the politicians, media etc. Are bhainchods.

facts. They want cheap products made in China and then sell it for way higher prices to make profit and also reduce pollution in their own countries but then do drama of being all for the environment. Buying the latest phone is their priority even if the old one works fine. These so called environment activists living in LA drinking fresh green juice out of plastic cups and talking about saving animals and planet.

Why don't they tell them to give up Tobacco ?

Most people I think are aware of the need to protect environment, but moving away from living 'modern' life is quite a big commitment for most people.

I agree with what you said somewhere about plastic.

I think natural disasters will be Nature's way of protesting (as I have heard in Katha)

@shastarSingh Panjabis are terrible from what I have seen with regards to overusing cars. My uncle in Jalandhar would not walk 10 minutes from his house to his workplace because walking is not seen as something 'wealthy' people do in the city ? And the area was reasonable/not dirty

I think 'Dharmis' in India are exactly the same if  not worse, if they are maya/business-minded

Does anyone else think that the pressure from Western countries towards India and China to reduce pollution is hypocritical and with an agenda to stop India and China's economic progress ?

These western countries get their textiles made in third world countries so as to not pollute their own environment and also sell the products at way higher prices while making the poor people work in sweatshops. They are all only for money but in order to reduce pollution in their own countries sent manufacturing to 3rd world countries. People think colonialism is over.  Look at these places like LA and all and how much waste they must produce everyday.

    Great post.

We should support anti-Muslim politicians. I am sure that people like Eric Zemmour and Marine Le Pen are big fans of the Sikh religion.

His point is kind of right . The only problem is that people who are anti-muslim are most likely to be anti-sikh too so we shouldn't have solidarity with these people. The only thing is we both understand the dangers of Islam but that is it. We need to make dharmic people beware of Abrahamic religions.

At least one should be keeping Kes for Anand Karaj (would be obvs the guy more likely will) but its not just Anand Karaj...like in general i see in SM ig influencers with 'Kaur/Singh in name yet not one ounce of Sikhi like drinking shisha, what they are wearing minimum wear, relationships before marriage, dating, like everything whats Sikhi then? ...its like the Ap dhillion and Sunny leone types..wearing Karas too.. you dont see this with muslims ..they strict men and women wont be doing 'haram' and calling themselves Muslims at least not in public

We have no modesty left..where our parent gen innocent gidda nice punjabi songs, you could identify Panjabis as Sikhs..now no besharmi left...

But many of there dawah men also get caught doing wrong things but apne are more besharam for sure. Wearing half naked clothes with kara in one hand and taking pictures for social media and then going to club. A typical western Sikh female.
