Till that time they had just seen those normal swords that groom carries in wedding. Hi Fatboy I am in similar situation. I too used to exercise alot , walk like 10km or more than i left and i gained weight. I again i have started excercising . It os my advice don't loose weight because you feel you disgusting or bad but your reason should be fitness. To me being overweight is a sign of being anti life, so i am trying to be fit. I think you are talking about Kurukshetra. The movie was so powerful and real that it was banned for a while and released later on. Why? Because it showed the Indian police in bad light, as in, trying to save the rapist just because his dad was the chief minister. But then again "It happens only in India". One of the best books i have read is Art of War by Sun Tzu, an ancient chinese book of strategy and conflict. I read Delhi novel like 3 times, it kind of interesting so is fedual lord. I read Mein Kamf, found it boring. Prophet by Kahlil Gibran is one of the greatest books i have read.

Personally i did not like Gandhi but what he did was right i.e britishers wanted to tax salt also. I think Gandhi was given undue importance and as reult many great leaders like Bose, Bhagat Singh were ignored just because gandhi felt violence was wrong. I have been studying yoga for long time and read lots of ancient books. What Yogi bhajan did was wrong, i dont say it but SGGS says, btw three words i wrote i.e Pingala, ida or Sushma are the three channels of enegy as pers kundalini yoga to wake up the dormant energy.
