Dear Techno Singh Ji, Zakhmi does mean Injured or Wounded, In this names case it means that the heart is pierced with the arrow of love. So it is a Zakhami heart which is wounded with Love and he is crying out in the blessed pain of Birha which a stage where one know he /she is going to meet the loved one it is just a matter of time, as the arrow have given hint that the Loved one is very near now.
