what i sugest is right. dont listen to any doctor. octor dont know anything. i never been to any doctor....well ya i did once and he was like dont eat onion and any fried stuff. so when i came out of his clinic i went a bhathura shop and eat alot of fried bhthuray and onion in cholay and look i m alright. no medicine yayyyyyyyy

eat aloo parontha with alot of makhan on it b4 u run. than take some fruit with u to eat while u r running. when u get home u will be hungry so 5 parshaday with any sabji. :D
