Do not change the topic. What the Sikh did was right.
Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale said: "'When is a Sikh wrong? It is when he poses a question. When is a Sikh's sin washed away? It is when he responds. A Sikh will never be the first to attack, to ask the question. Asking the question means being the first to attack. That is what we call asking a question. Later, seeking justice is called the answer. If we are sons of Sikhs, we shall never be the first to attack in the form of a question. Also, if we are sons of Sikhs, we shall never hesitate in responding. If we hesitate then we are artificial Sikhs, spoilt Sikhs, not real Sikhs. If we attack first then too we are spoilt Sikhs."
I don't think anyone of us has even did 22 hours Paath one day in their life, let alone a few years. So I think we rather believe Sant Ji's words than critising the Singh.
Why has the Kirpan been given to us by Sache Patshah, Guru Gobind Singh? Showoff? No, TO USE IT. He did it for the right purposes and thats it.
The victim is a migrant labourer, so what? Everyones equal, even if it was a "Sikh" drinking and entering, he should have been given the same treatment.
