is this true??????????? n i do nt wish to start of a argument pleez

I don't know about that but from what understanding guru ji has given me is that one should come with complete humilty and accept that they have committed whatever sin it may be and fall at the guru's feet. And with guru kirpa you'll be forgiven. There's a line in from SGGS JI that I can't remember which says something along the lines of: forgiving one's past actions is the guru's natural way of turning someone from a sinner to become a virtous person.
