What Is The Process Of Inviting Kirtani's?

I know this topic isn't 100% gurmat but what is the process of inviting a kirtani/raagi to perform kirtan at the functions you are taking seva in e.g langar seva, house program, akhand paath?

Living in the UK, there are many experience and well known kirtanis in this country such as Bhai jasbir singh khalsa, bhai jatinder singh, bhai bahadur singh rocket, veer manpreet singh etc.

What is the process of inviting them? how do you contact them? If not, do you have to contact them through your local gurdwara?

And this is might be a controversial issue, but what is the costs? are they different types of costs? do you pay them before or after? how much do you have to pay?

Is they anyone here on this fourm that can offer there experience of booking kirtanis and raagis.
