Whenever I do 2-3 Chandi di vaar paaths continuously, my spinal cord automatically gets straight, all my lethargy and sleepiness vanishes and I get confidence that I can easily complete all my daily tasks. Basically, it brings lots of charrdikala! Anyone had similar experience?

She and 30 of her closest friends would celebrate birthdays, play cards and talk politics during their weekly sessions at the Sikh Center of Orange County in Santa Ana, California. Today the cold, marble langar hall (community kitchen and dining area) of the center, or gurdwara, sits locked up and untouched. And the women, most of whom are over 70, are staying home waiting out the coronavirus pandemic. lall singh chadda movie is a indian copy of Forrest gump. The forrest gump character is a sikh, in parts role played with full beard and turban, and as a child with a jura.In the original forrest gumps religion was not highlight. As forrest gump has low iq intelligent.Bollywood is using the racist stereotype of sikhs, brave but stupid. What is dangerous is indian forrest gump as a child has a jura. This will lead to sikh children being called lall singh chadda as a insult/mocking/bullying.How many will cut their hair as a result of the bullying.Indian Raw /bollywood using tactics of CIA/bollywood to demonise a community

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! A humble request of Daas to Elder gursikhs on the forum to clear my doubts regarding the prakash of guru sahib at my home. My family is planning to shift within a year or too and we have made a separate room for guru sahib's prakash. I would like know your opinions on the following- 1) We'll live on the third floor and right now, as per my knowledge, the families who will be living on first, second and fourth floors are Sikhs. However…
