VJKKVJKF IF YOUR BROTHER OR SISTER WAS SECRETLY LOOKING AT ADULT MOVIES BUT THEY ARE AMRITDHAREE, WHAT COULD YOU DO TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN? Im looking for event ideas for my local Sikh society at university, preferably something interactive and sikhi-related. It has about 15 members max and not many people know much about sikhism. We did a basic talk on sikhism and dont really know where to go from there.. Guest speakers arent really an option coz we arent in a country with many sikhs. Need some ideas? Thanks

fateh jio i am currently in the progress of preparation for amrit di daat, with guru jis blessing and have considered wearing a dastar. however similar to many, there is the fear from my parents with regards to what the future may hold for me in terms of job prospects and fitting into society. i just wanted to know if there are any singhnia here or any you may know of who are high flyers in their jobs in the uk and are wearing a dastar. if so, how did u feel, were u judged diffferently or treated differently? how did u overcome these challenges? i want to show my parents and i guess also prove to myself that by wearing a dastar i will not limit my chances of progress…

fateh all i am hoping to take amrit at the upcoming rehansabi in wolves, but does anyone know what time it starts and how long it generally takes...is it for the whole duration of the rehansabai? also how do u go about tying ur dastar, does it need to be easy to open...so u dont wear ur keski underneath?? pls help sangat ji. thanks

Hi there, I just read the biography of Jagdish Tyler who the Sikh community holds responsible for provoking mobs to kill Sikhs in Delhi back in 1984. What I don't understand is, he was born a Sikh and raised a Sikh. He went to Gurdwara on a regular basis during his youth. He later converted to Christianity. Can a person who was brought in and around a community be so evil to have people of that very same faith slaughtered? :S

Also pictures that were ordered at the Reunion in Wolverhampton still have not been recieved? The reason I ask about the video is because newcomers would like to see what everybody got up to the previous year. Please do not say, "coming soon". Please give a specific date if possible. WJKK WJKF, I just had a few questions about khalsa camp because I really want to attend this year - as my first time. I was jus wondering how the daily schedule goes? What happens etc? I have seen some youtube videos and it seems really chardi kalaa, but talking to some other people they say people at khalsa camp just stay in big groups and stuff - away from everyone else which I really cant see being the case. Anyway, i'm only 16 and i'm not sure if I should attend especially because i'm still unable to read bani fluently etc... and i'm still finding my way in sikhi. Hey, im just having a query about Asa Di Vaar on http://www.rajkaregakhalsa.net/, because the video of Asa div vaar has added extra bani to it, compared to to the written version on the site which does not have the extra 'bits'. can anyone explain this? is the video the full version or something? I dont know which version i should be reading or does it not make a difference if im reading the written version of it. please help, thank youuuuuuu

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
