Gurfateh Sangat, just wanted your thoughts on fornication/Adultery. To what extent is it a bujjer kuhreit? Where wud u draw the line? I been reading few posts on here, some say holding the hand of opposite sex who isnt married to you is seen as a kureit, Whilst others say that a physical kiss and sexual intercourse is where the bujjer kureit is as you've physically had that relation? Hello, My question is what do you do if you are involved in a fight and your turban falls off , or the 'enemy' tries to rip it off? What would you ? Would you fight and dont care if your hair is seen? Take it off by yourself and wouldnt give him the chance to take it off? Run away? Please some serious thoughts - because this can happen everywhere and everytime . I mean if someone else sees your hair, what would you do/think/react?

i came across this video. Giani Thakur Singh ji says they have been told by a mahapurkh that the India and Pakistan border will be destroyed in 2021. I know things seem bad but can you see this actually happening this year? Has anybody heard any bachans similar to this and able to shed some light? What does maharaj say about suicide? Taking ones own life? I feel like I have nothing left to live for. No will left. I just keep thinking about the future. I really don't want to do this. I don't want to be alive. Everything about my life. I've failed so bad. I don't want to continue. I know the afterlife is going to be hell but I guess because I've not experienced it, I don't really care much about it. Deal with that when I get there I guess. I don't know. Hi. I see a lot of questions on this forum from young people, whereby its become clear that they do not understand the personal component of becoming Amritdhari, For example, periodically seeing posts asking why Amritdharis can't date. I don't think people understand that an inner state is supposed to accompany the outer state. So what does it mean I think it would good to ask- what does it mean to become Amritdhari in terms of personality, attitude, behaviours, etc?

Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot. Gurbani isn't a 1428 page rulebook, like Leviticus or the Vedas: ਸਿਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਪੁੰਨ ਪਾਪ ਬੀਚਾਰਦੇ ਤਤੈ ਸਾਰ ਨ ਜਾਣੀ ॥ ਤਤੈ ਸਾਰ ਨ ਜਾਣੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਬਾਝਹੁ ਤਤੈ ਸਾਰ ਨ ਜਾਣੀ ॥ The Simritis and Shastras discriminate between charity and sin, but know not the essence of the Real Thing. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
