My name was Varinder Kumar and 6 months back Guru ji blessed me with the " DAAT OF AMRIT" and Gave me name Varinder Singh. I always had serval questions in my mind. 2.5 years back I came to New Zealand as a Student and during this time studied my religion and I got answers of my all Questions. And today when I saw replies from all of you it makes me sooooooooooooo happy... Every one's answers are awesome.... Waheguru tuhanu chardi kala vich rakhe..... But after this Hamilton City Council Published an Article on Sikhism written by bhai Ji of Hamilton Gurudwara Sahib. He is a true Sikh. He help every needy person no meter where that person from, what cast religion, cast is, nationality is he/she from. And Saad Sangat ji it was the main head line of front page. City concil did not publish the article of any other religon. Every one gave respect to Sikhism in that city In My Next post I am going to publish article and there is another person who is clean Shaven Management member of Walington Gurudwara Sahib he wrote against that Article. Very next day city council publish that article as well...... I want to know from you Saad Sangat ji what we should do with that Person Because One person tried to represent our selves in front of those people who don't know about sikhi and another person ( who use to call him self from same religion and a Management member of gurdwara) tried to make people laugh on us. There was an exhibition healed by Hamilton city council they asked following questions to every religion in Waikato region. 1) Why is your religion important to you? 2) Some people might say religion and faith are not relevant in a modern society – what would you say to that? 3) How is your religion/faith part of your everyday life? 4) What does your religion and faith offers you? E.g. what is the appeal 5) How does going to Gurdwara make you feel? 6) Does music play a part in your faith/religion – how important is it to you – what does it offers After collecting the answers of these questions they went through all the answers and they graded those answers. According to those grades they gave place to every religion in that exhibition. Total 9 religions participated in that. Saadsangat Ji in this exhibition Sikh religion got first place due to "SARBAT DA BHALA" and heaps of other things. They said values of this religion can help entire universe. One lady from their team came to Gurudwara Sahib to see our religion. Bhai ji of Gurudwara Sahib showed her those pictures of martyrs and Saadsangat when She saw the pictures of Bhai Mati Das ji, Bhai Dyala ji, Bhai Taru Singh, Bhai Subeg Singh ji and others, she cried. She asked were those real? Saadsangat Ji please give answers of these questions, because Daas is very sure we will learn some thing more. Bhull chukk maaf Karni ji…. It does not metter which community he or she born in and does not metter who their parents are, but that person will come and its not like that who ever is born in Sikh family will be a sikh...... But Sikhi is bless of Akal purkh it can't be finished at all....... You know Singh saab, why sikh( Actual Amrit Dhari sikh with complete Rehat Maryada) are very less because you can't get Diamonds every where in the market and in the Shop of Diamonds you can get very few people... I am also new in sikhi and I become sikh 6 monthes ago before that I was Mr. Kumar, but I learend few things from some really old gursikhs.. Same thing happened with me and that gur shikh explained me why it happens like that... Waheguru when I listened explanation of that Gurshikh then I realised that he was right.. Waheguru ji when ever we meet each other like as gursikhs either they are our gursikh sisters or our gursikh brothers we don't discuss Guru (that is Akal purkh him self) and we due just contradictions or just do Nindia of political leaders or other ve-mukh ppls... but we don't do SIFT of AKAL PURAKH If you do nitnem then you read every day "SADA SIF SLAH TERI NAAM MAN VASAVE NAAM JI K MAN VASEA VAJE SHABAD GHNERE" and wheguru ji the the warm feelings you feel was the feeling of NAAM and as much you will do shabad vichar with gursikh brothes and sisters and our mother or any one else then definatly you will feel that warmness again... but make sure that SHABAD VICHAR remains SHABD VICHAR not NINDA OF ANY OTHER RILIGON OR NINDA OF ANY OTHER COMUNITY I am telling you these things coz I was in same situation and when I talk to that very old Gur Sikh then he asked me these things first he me just see your self how mich NINDA I am doing Because its not ur story its the story of every Gursikh who is in the Inital Stage But keep Doing ardas then you will definatly start to do the "SIFT OF AKAL PURK" Bhull Chuk maaf karni....
