We have positives already acheived. 1 - The outrageous play stopped for the mean time 2 - More awareness about Sikhs and their religion, let the westerners critically examine and explain our teachings and history and see what they have to say for themselves. 3 - Active young Sikhs involved in protests 4 - Learning about the machinery of the media and its tenticles 5 - People of other faiths also backing our right to protest against these so called "freedoms of expression" when in actually fact they are freedom to offend and insult ethnic and religious minorities. I could go on and on....please add to list as appropriate. From some negatives we also get positives so capitalise on them and make your self more involved in politics and media. TavPrasad Singh, Thanks for information......however I think writing to the arts council/ theatre's is useless as they are closing ranks and supporting their fellow zealots. But sending letters of concerns to the MET police, MP's and other higher athourities is a very good. Let the enemies of freedom for respect and dignity see how far freedom to offence can be tolerated when they face mass protests on the scale never seen before.

Let the offensive being! ahmmmm I mean debate :wub: I've bombered many websites, talk shows, tv programs with replies giving our objections to the play and what effect it has on us as a minority community within the UK. I think people who were intially taking the side of the wench (Gurpreet Bhatti) are now coming round to our points of view. Many of her friends seem to be Hindu leaders and professionals in media. But the average Hindu in the UK, I think support our stance, I'm sure they would do exactly the same sort of thing had a play been written about their community like this. Ok request for more Sikh girls and women to get involved please. Some in the media are under the false impression that only elderly turbanned Sikh males are objectting to the plays setting, however I know some Sikh girls who attened the demo's and many other from different faith groups who support our cause. So spread the message this is vital for the media war that the anti-sikh scumbags have started.

She (Sameera Ahmed) didnt not thing wrong per say just her style and questioning towards the Sikh spokesman was very aggressive whereas our man was very polite, even though he spoke broken english and with a poor accent. Good on him for having a go.... but we really need to up our game with spokes people who are educated here through the university system and can hold a debate or give quick sharp respones to any challenging questions. Yesterday on radio I heard some excellent and well spoken young Sikhs from London calling up and giving great replies with a mixture of teaching the public about Sikhism and at the same time defusing the situation with humour. :TH:

She is supposedly a Sikh...but then again any ole tom, <admin-profanity filter activated> and harry can call themselves Sikh without knowing the inn's and outs of the faith or its institutions and traditions. But if you look up her surname in yahoo it comes up with mostly muslims associated names. Dont draw any conclusions from that, my observations is just an interesting side note.

Ok if you feel Sikhs have been showed in a biased negative light. Please submit - who the presenter was - what station - what time and date Offender - BBC throughout its website content and on its TV/ radio outlets have put very one sided anti-protesor views. I have complained to BBC about its content and have advised them to provide balanced views as it was a public body getting its funding from taxs collected from people like me. Sameera Ahmed (UK Pakistani Muslim women) persenter of Channel 4 news yesterday was very aggressively speaking against one of the Sikh representivies. Her hate for Sikhs was all to clear in her tone of voice and body language. Please list as you feel appropriate so we can watch for future incidents.

OK where ever the play is held their will be protests that is not a problem, but they have to remain peaceful this time!!! Make them as vocal as you like but encourage others not to fall into the trap of provocation by those who might have anti-Sikh designs. I'm just sorry I couldnt be there to lend my support in person but those who attent the vigil have my full backing and of many people I know from all parts of UK who are know hearing this story. Perhaps some legal advice should be sought in regards to the actions of the police if they indeed arrest people just for having scarf's around their faces...... because that would mean that the UK is becoming a police state..... which now one who loves freedom and democracy can tolerate. That is utterly out of order any one hacking a site, that do much sewa for the Sikh community worldwide, can not be a Sikh...... thats for sure. I have read about couple of hacker groups who hacked some sites like Khalistan.com a while back they just left messages over the site with their tags. In the case of this site it could be "Indian gang" who are an online pro-indian /hindu hacking group they might be involved, could be some pakis/mullahs or some nerds from americas trying their luck. I think its very important counter hacking methods are taken and all ips of attempted hacks are reported to their isps. If that doesnt deter them then groups should be formed to trace and take out their sites and any anti-sikh ones found.

Just managed to download about 3/4 of the file before the connection failed on me so I got to see only 70% of it. My impression of your video so far was.......nice editing, use of effects, quality was very good but some places the the black /white effect was used abit too much I think, good choice of background soundtack. It is true that Sant Bhindranwale was neither for or against Khalistan, all he was interested in was the welfare / human and civil rights for Sikhs to be treated equally under Indian rule and stop attacks on the faith by anti-Sikh elements. He only began preaching the use of arms after countless attacks on Sikhs and their institutions went without punishment from the Indian government. Their were people who followed him, who did support Khalistan actively and even prepared passports, documents, etc for the creation of an Indepedant state. But at the end of the day Sant Bhindranwale said if the Harmandir sahib (Golden Temple Complex) was to be attacked it would lay the foundation stone for Khalistan. So it's clear now Khalistan is forever the goal of Sikhs who want freedom and human rights from terrorist oppressive governments like India. On a sidenote If you want information regarding the terrorist operations the Indian spy agency - Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Indian Ministry of External Affairs (IMEA) has been involved I will supply soon. I have information on people like Julio Riberio who even admit forming terrorist groups who pretended to be Sikhs to kill innocent people thus decrediting the REAL Sikh separatists who would never target innocent civilians as per Sikh teachings and history. After viewing it all...the program is very biased against Sant Bhindranwale but does make some effort in addressing the bare faced lies the Indian govt and army has made against the versions of actual civilians who were caught up in the violence. But one thing is clear India will fall like Indira hitler gandhi fell in hail of bullets. Brar to this day doesnt regert attacking our holiest shrine.
