WJKK WJKF I was watching a tv show once about how some man did some past life therapy and he found out he used to be a painter in 1917. and it went into much detail, but my question is, can we as Sikhs do past life therapy as a way to see our past lives, or is it not allowed? the best way to remove spyware or adware is to reformat ur comp. You can't really trsut these programs which remove spyware and adware. I've tried it and like with adaware it see's and removes osme stuff and then i tried like spybot and like i found so many more:S so like dont trust them. Just reformat ur comp, thats the best and single most effective way to remove spyware/adware/viruses on your comp.
