Glad to see what I wrote went to some good use! Atleast now I know writing on this forum isn't a waste of time I hope you all can actually unite in the U.K and achieve those goals. It would really be amazing

Probably lack of funding. Its not good to be spreading around the Sangat's money to three different channel. Wouldn't is be 10 times better to have one singular channel that would get a lot of funding and in turn provide proffesional coverage to all of Europe? I think that would be cool

Jathedar Sant Nihal Singh Ji of the NIhangs have clearly stated in the past eating meat is against the teaching of Sikhi.

I understand that he wants to do all of these things and is promising that he will do it all, but are the steps that he is going to take? When we have a provincial election coming up here in Ontario, Canada.. basicaly the same thing as whats gonna happen in Punjab. All the parties here are campaigning for votes but on each issue they have their platform. This is where we are going to invest X amount of money, these are the programs we are going to introduce, this is what we are going to cut, this is how we are going to bring in corporation into our province, this is how we are going to help small bussinesses etc. I have yet to see any planning of that type from Manpreet Badal. If he has given such platforms publicly someone please send me a link for it ballin'

Sant Baljit Singh Daduwal wale are in Sant Samaj and they went there on the next day after hearing the news. Mind you they had just returned from a tour of the U.K.

Heard these points: 1. Educate all Sikhs about Guru sahib and the stakaar and seva needed in Gurdwaras. 2. Get together and further the Satkaar campaign in the U.K. to ensure all beadbi in England is tackled and it stops comepletely so that that island can be an ideal example of the satkaar of Guru sahib. 3. Support singhs like the Ajnala Jatha and Sant Baljit Singh Ji's jatha with Singhs, resources, cash etc. whatever they need to continue and enhance their fight to stop the beadbi of Guru Sahib. Whichever organisations and individual Sikhs are interested in pursuing the above points should get together, organise teachers to go to every Gurdwara in the U.K. to teach the Sangat about satkaar of Guru Sahib, continue the Satkaar campaign and stop beadbi happening at Gurdwaras in U.K., organise a way for money, resources and personel to be sent to Bhai Amrik Singh Ji Ajnala and Sant Baljit Singh Ji Daduwal so that they can better equip themselves to put a stop to beadbi all across Punjab. Hope others give their input.

This Singh I know legitimately stopped on the violence route, the movement was routed by the Indian Government through blatantly false news reports and the black cats. He has a large family to take care of, fair enough. He organised many Sikhi functions in his city and a lot of parchar was being done.. but somewhere in him being an SGPC member he lost his true calling as a Sikh. Sure he was no longer looking for free roaming murderers and rapists to eliminate but he could have still done something for the panth through parchar. Through organising Gurmat schooling for poor Sikh children, helping shaheed families in improving their daily life.. but instead he's chosen to join Badal's Akali Dal, the anti-Sikh group of rodeo clowns who are misguiding our Panth from the inside. The blood of tens of thousands was spilt in India in the name of freedom for Sikhs, but to no avail. The Sikh quam which woke due to a bump in the night went straight back to sleep. The media was censcored and utilised by the Indian government to paint the movement for Rights and Freedoms as a terrorist movement. Genocidal attrocities were commited killing thousands, but the world did not know it due to India allowing only what they approved into the media. People lost hope that it could be done, and so the movement failed. But think to today. In Egypt, Libya, Syria.. no matter what the governments in those countries are saying about the situations in those countries the world knows better. These countries sent or are still sending reports of no one being killed at governments hands, labelling those protesting for rights or change as militants or extremists.. sort of similar to what India did no? But why is the world not believing them this time? 'Cause the people of those countries are filming the attrocities live, they are giving first hand accounts, they are spreading the truth across the world through this great invention.. the INTERNET! The countries are caught everytime they lie and the world knows about it and put pressure on these governements. Bringing it back to Punjab. An armed struggle is not neccesary this time around. South Sudan was the place of civil violence for decades in a movement for seperation.. in a lull of peace last year the U.N. is brought in, voting is held, and with overwhelming support it succesfuly becomes an independant nation (officialy on July 9th, 2011). Violence isn't needed to get freedom this time around. If the majority of the people of a certain region want to pursue nationhood they have every right to do so. The problem with this is that Sikhs are no longer a majority in Punjab. Real gursikhs are few and far between. BUT if the Sikh nation were to wake up, parchar done so extensively that no one falls prey to drugs and alchohol, "Sikhs" start keeping rehit and becoming Gursikhs once more then there is hope. There is hope that the Panth will again see that they still are 2nd class citizens (nothing has changed for the rights of Sikhs even after 1984), that they still are "Hindus" by the defeinition of the Indian government, that the oppressions against them is continuing and then be in a great enough number to take to streets as the Egyptians did and demand their freedom. This time through the internet and unbiased media like the Panthic television channels the truth can be told and not let Sikhs be maligned by the Indian Government. If the voice for independance is loud and clear the world has to recognise this right that the U.N. charter entitles to every nation and hold voting for Khalistan. If the Sikh nation is strong and there are Gursikhs aplenty, there would no chance Khalistan isn't created. I believe that is the ideal way for a seperate Sikh nation to be created, through the awakining of the Punjabi people and bringing them back to their father, Guru Ji, and a democratic process for independance. Just my thoughts

Man I know a dude who used to be a HARDCORE kharkoo, he was ready to kill every immoral and corrupt official in Punjab. He is currently an SGPC member and is running around Badal trying to get a MLA ticket for the Shiromani Akali Ba Dal. Man couldn't even go for a panthic group like Shiromani Akali Dal Amrtisar or Panch Pardani. Even the most hardened panthic Singhs are turning to the darkside. Hope they figure out who their father is soon.

Really liking the Sikh channel coverage. Kam Singh is speaking the truth! Sant Baljit Singh Ji Daduwal Wale gave great points and as he said we need to get together on this!

This years Kabbadi Cup was awesome! :D Very competative matches. The SGPC organized a team of all sardars, with like 2-3 Singhs too. When people first saw them they immediately dismissed them as being crap, but boy were people surprised. Was awesome to see Singhs playing the game as it is an extremely rare occurence. The SGPC team's stoppers weren't too skilled but their raiders :areyouhappy: WOO. They had 3 AMAZING raiders, two of them fast, un-catchable by the other team and a muscular Singh who was rarely stopped. Although due to poor stopping the SGPC team were eliminated in the quarter finals, the crowd was going BUCK WILD as every raid by them was just an awesome sight! They were given a full standing ovation, which was not given to anyone else that day. The MPA girls were much younger than the British police and army women but still managed to play decently well against them. It was nice to see the women take up the sport. There was also a game between the Toronto police and the Peel police which was also pretty cool. In the end India came out the victor but the highlight of the night by far was the all sardar team brought in by the SGPC Honestly a very well spent day!

I'm watching Sanat Television online but I'm getting no sound. Whenever the ads come on they have sound but not the live footage, anyone else have this problem?

Sant Samaj and Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar led by Simranjit Singh Mann should be supported. Its sad though, I know former Kadkhus that are going to be standing in the elections for the Badal Akalis.. it hurts me when I think about where our kaum is right now, who its being led by, who our people are supporting and where its headed in the future. one day

Sarabjit Dhunda He is a preacher of the Gurmat Gian Missionary College Ludhiana. They preach anti-Sikh beliefs, such as the Banis of Guru Gobind Singh Ji not being his, naam simran being pointless etc. He is not a panthic kathavachik.

Just some sect led by Babas. These Babas come hold their "Satsangs", give people naam dan... YES they give people a shabad for people to recite once they hit 18 and that is true "naam dan". Unlike Sikhs asking naam dan from Guru Ji in ardas they ask for it from their Baba. They are just Babas that have made Sikhi easy and convinient for folks who don't want to have to keep kes and not live with Gursikh rehit. When their current dude dies they install a new one. Their whole system is so blatantly stupid.. I'm amazed that people don't question what they are doing.

People must peep to see what others are doing to ensure we can differentiate who the Sikhs and Anti-Sikhs are. Wouldn't want Sikhs to fall prey to pakhandis would we? Keeping people away from anti-Sikh groups is a huge "bit" towards Sikhi.

First one is obviously blatant beadbi. Thats obvious bhangra infront of Guru Ji. The second one not so much.. I know in responce to Bole So Nihal I have raised a fist to the sky before. Plus they are repeating Sikh phrases, while in the first video Hans Raj took some famous tunes and try to put some spiritual lyrics to it resulting in Bhangra

If you read my previous posts you will notice I said they are doing immense seva. I would like to reiterate that the seva they are doing to provide shaheed singhs' families, dharmi faujis and impoverished Sikh children with the neccesities to live is aboslutely amazing and greatly needed. I was not speaking against them. The only thing I was trying to say is that the education the Sikh children get is not being given by individuals who understand Sikhi, rather by those who are maligning it. My plea for connections to a Jathebandi is to improve the seva Khalsa Aid is already doing. To better the education those children get to ensure they are being taught true Sikhi. I am pretty sure and organization who's mission is to do seva and help the unfortunate would gladly better the quality of seva they are doing. If a jathebandi like Damdami Taksal were to come to Khalsa Aid providing teachers and resources to give an education to children, I do not think Khalsa Aid would turn them down in order to continue with an Anti-Sikh group like the Missionary College. Again my plea is still there for any connection to a reputable Sikh jathebandi

Back a few pages I asked if anyone had a close relation with any reputable Sikh jathebandi who they could link with Khalsa Aid so that those young kids wouldn't need to be taught by the "Sikh" Missionaries. So far no one replied but I am very sure SOMEONE has to know somebody :happy2: Chal, the suggestion is still there and I will still help if anyone still comes forward. Discussing gets pointless if we aren't prepared to do anything about it.
