I remember this well! How foolish can we be to allow the some of the most puratan Saroops of Maharaj be stored in a library? Well ASHT was working with BL to implement procedures to sadkar of Maharaj at the library. Any comments ASHT? Will we seen Maharaj saroops on display in glass cabinets on the 18th? We need to start a discussion with BL now.

Lovely kirtan but poor recording

So Mr Granthi should be strong enough to accept Bhana. He did wrong and this was the outcome. Mr Granthi should now make it his mission to do parchar and stop beadbi. Let’s not fool ourselves, Mr Granthi apologised because he was caught. If he or any of his supports are crying it is because his bezti has been done. No doubt he stood up and apologised which was amicable of him. Mr Granthi's experience might stop other granthis from taking Maharaj to a hotel. Lets see it as parchar :TH:

What can you learn from theives? Why waste your time. Namdharis cannot be classified as a Religion because the have nothing new to offer. They rely on Gurbani and Sikh History, how can they be a seperate religion! Its narrow mindeness to continue justifying their existence. What has Jagjit added to Sikhi? His so called classical skills are non-existent, politically he is non-existent - a silent voice under govt funding. I think the only real thing Jagjit and gang have done is Apollo Hospital, but the truth is that Apollo is a organisation that runs hospitals across India! It's not my claim, I am only communicating what's going around. I have summarised what I think the issues seem to be. I do personally know there was a stong nang influence in previous camps and I know from personal conversation with some of the camp organisers that they have a more relaxed attitude to what I would term as Sikh Maryada. I am sorry to say this by GNNSJ are jokers. They cant release statements about issues of beadbi of Sikhi or Guru Maharaj or support to stop the use of alcohol & meat in Gurdwaras but ready to support and justify a Swami and his teaching of ancient techiques LOL! I remember another great statement from GNNSJ released when Singh & Singhias stood up against Extremist Group Al-Maujaroun who open disrespected Guruji & wanted to convert Sikhs in Trafalgar Square! If it was for those who stood up that day then that extremist group would not have been banned by the Govt. But GNNSJ thought they could order the Sikh Community to do nothing about these people! This Islamic Rally is all about Conversion. There may be a strong tradition in certain sections of the Muslim community to convert others to their faith in a consorted and systematic manner. This is also in parallel with the Christian evangelistic activities in certain sectors of the Church. However, Sikhs in their 500 years of history have defended and respected the freedom of religious belief of others, even at the cost of their own lives. The All Mighty Lord can be conceived to decide in what religion a person is born- all within His grand will. Conversion, therefore, is flouting the Divine Law and is not conducive to peace whether individually, in the family, in the community, nationally, internationally or globally. Moreover for one religion to denounce another is not in keeping with the above Pledge. It is incumbent on Faith and Political leaders to unambiguously uphold the Universal Declaration of Human Rights specifically in relation to an individual's freedom of worship, dignity and honour. Freedom of speech and expression shouldn't be used as an excuse and license to hurl abuse at others. We have approached Faith Leaders / Faith Organisations and Statutory Authorities in this connection. The Lord Mayor's Office has declared that the proposed Rally is not authorised and that the Police will take appropriate action in the event the Rally is held. We should let the Law take its course. We, most humbly request Sikhs to refrain from attending this unauthorised Rally and thereby starve it of it's 'oxygen'. The Hindu community has advised its members to do the same. Why does it it take some special "Singhs" to go down? Why can't the regular Sangat like Jaz or Sat1176 speak to the Babaji and the committee? Again it's all about passing the buck. We got to snap out of the "hire a group of Singhs" to resolve situations. It's a beadbi and it needs addressing, the internet is one way of highlighting the issue. To me the wedding couple are messing around on top of the Gurdwara above the Sachkhand be it to the left or the right. That's all I can see. We will have to talk about beadbi to a Mahapursh, shouldnt it be the other way round?

I have seen these pictures on another site about weddings, so I dont think permission from the couple is required. The pictures are blatant, there are no false rumours here. The pictures are taken at the sachkhand of Karamsar. There is no answer, Karamsar have sold out to the masses & its time to let the money flood in. This Gurdwara was built as a show piece for the reason that there will be a line of families wanting to have weddings there. And even if the Sachkhand of Maharaj is exploited then so be it. Would SantPartap Singh allow these pictures be taken in his office in the Langar Hall? But who cares about Guruji...he's only the reason why Karamsar exists. The fact that all parts of the Gurdwara are open for Sangat exploitation is a worrying fact. Either the Gurdwara Committee have lost control or then the committee is openly allowing this to happen. Instead of challenging others why not help to address the issue. You seem close to the Gurdwara, why dont you organise a open meeting at Karamsar so we can all come down and discuss. Thats a solution isnt it?

This programme was nothing more than advertising in the park. Before I got the chance to matha theek a barclays bank representative came up to me offering a bank account in India!! Come on!!! I personally had to stop someone from lighting a cigarette!!! For at least 1 & half hours the organisers were doing each others Wah Wah LOL Worst of all the amount of people with their heads uncovered was beyond belief! The organisers should have seperated the Darbar Sahib from the rest , It was impossible to concerntrate on the kirtan because of the Mela happen around. Very disappointing.

Your narrow mindedness is representative of those who believe in "I'm alright Jack"! Dont worry about other Gurdghars that are also of your Father Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, not SantPartap Singh! Does any other Gurdwara exist in the world? Do you see yourself as part of the Panth or a group who follow a Sant? Tell me why Karamsar has started to cater for weddings and allows tables in the Langar hall. Previously when Karamsar was a little Gurdwara, people were told that tables are not allowed in the Langar. Come on open your eyes even Karamsar is after money and has built the new Gurdwara with these things in mind. Also a major change is that previously names were never read during Ardas, except for arambh & bhog of Akhand Path, Sehaj Path or specific programmes. Now this has started at Karamsar aswell. Karamsar is an example of a Gurdwara that has gone wrong and you can see the drastic change that has taken place. Karamsar is the only Gurdwara I have been to where the Dhol is blasting away during Nishan Sahib Seva, no Chaupai Sahib or Kirtan. Oh and not forgetting the fireworks during Gurpurabs that shake the Gurdwara and are done while the diwan is happening so noone can hear the Kirtan. Of course Swami was a publicity stunt! Karamsars new slogan is "as seen at Karamsar!". Guruji house is open to all. However dont abuse this principle. Dont give specialist treatment to superstars, stick to what Guruji taught us. Everyone is equal regardless of their yoga skills. Karamsar CALLED swami to the Gurdwara, he didnt turn up unannounced, all the Karamsar Representatives were there and it was a week day, these lot must have booked holidays from work!! Karamsar flows in the direction of keep people happy and if that means forgetting Sikhi and Guruji, so be it. You carry on in your Karamsar world. Dont forget to get the autographs of all the major celebs who will be invited to Karamsar in the future.

Who run's the organisation? What do they have to do with the running of our Guru Ghars? Right let's stop beating around the bush! There was an Akhand Path taking place in the diwan when the Swami walked in. THe Granthi's microphone was switched of so that the Swami could do his katha. So in our Guru Ghar where we profess that Shabad is Guru, we stopped the Sangat from listening to the Shabad so that the "Yoga Master" Guest could speak!! That is appalling. This has happened many times, when Mike Gapes (MP Ilford) came he spoke in the diwan and they took the mic away from Gurbani for him to speak!! Priorities are upside down!! All of the Karamsar Sangat must be wiggling their stomachs as per Swami!! The poor misled sangat must be thinking this is part of the Khalsa Rehit!!! Its beyond a Joke!!! Get you act together Karamsar!!!

Exactly, those that take interest in stopping beadbi to Guru Maharaj is a Campaign Sevadar. Lets stop being wishy washy about this issue. Tell us where and when this Nargar Kirtan happens & who organises it. Someone will have to do some investigations :TH: preferably someone local. If this is the case then as SANGAT we should tackle it together. There is no such thing as "Devil's Avocate" when it comes to Guru Mahraj. Beadbi is beadbi!!!! Lets stop beating around the bush. Well done!!! Karamsar need as many superstars as possible to make their Gurdwara Number One in the area! Completely pathetic and a huge insult to Baba Isher Singh & Baba Kishen Singh who only taught the world that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is th lifeline for Sikhs. Karamsar has now misled all their Sangat and done a great paap. Well done, but Karamsar is now the Number One Gurdwara in East London! To sustain this position the coming personalities in the following weeks include Micheal Jackson, David Beckham and Amitabh Bachchan!!!

People like Jasveer Singh are dying to have this kind of exposure!! They represent the Sikhs who only live for Chaudar. The Punjabi press is all about Chaudar. Guruji will take Panthic Seva from the right people. While the Punjabi press will continue printing pictures of Mr Singh who has donated £5 to Gurdwara Building Fund! Jasveer Singh should ring up Thekedaar of Miri Piri Southall and ask him about how to milk the situation. :D
