bhai niranjan singh was at stratford rd gurdwara for 2 days and both of the programmes are now online. only video at the moment but i will be putting up the clear audio soon enjoy. the keertan is fab.

VJKK VJKF On June 6th there was a demonstration through the streets of Central London to raise awareness of the June 1984 attacks on Harimandir Sahib by the Indian Govt. ok maybe this is the reason why he is called a community leader. The papers wud call it that. i think maybe the Sikh Missionary Society needs to be looked into and partially blamed - why was he given that position? did he have previous experience? did he have education? was he trained? was his background checked? i bet u the answers wud be NO because nowadays, there are a lot of "desi" organisations who operate for the sake of operating.

VJKK VJKF Hey Satpreet I know where ure comin from. Been thru the same thing. But can i ask, what r u doing to change the wrong things that are happening in the Gurdwara? I think if things are happening ure not happy with, u need to try ure best to change it. Its just as much YOUR duty as it is the commitees duty. The fact that the Gurdwara is still standing must mean the commitee is doing something right. Dont gemme wrong, i have had my rifts and rows and fights with commitees enuff but in the past year or so i realised that if nething is worth changing, its worth doing urself. People are speaking in darbaar hall, ask them to be quiet please and explain why. People are gossiping? Make them aware of their errors. Put up signs everywhere in the local languages so people see them. Dont be fasty to people and dont backchat - mix in with the sangat and tell them not to commit sin, especially on Gurdwara premises. Make them aware. Thats what sangat is... u help each on this walk of life. Dont just stand by n watch - if people wont listen, then gather support and TELL them that we are Sons and Daughters of Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Jee, and we will not tolerate any badnamee coming to our Guru. It works. Trust me... it works. Dont forget - nething is possible when you have Guru Gobind Singh Jee as your father.

I just wanna add my support of this event. Im cutting a vacation short especially so i can return to UK in time for June 6th march in Hyde Park. Please attend if u can.

I am here visiting family but we also have businesses here too (typical indian thing, yes) but ah well, its all good. I come here like every 2 years and have been doing that since 1998 or suming. Coz im landing at LA and woz wondering wot sangat around that area is like coz we live like an hour away from LAX in a place called Oxnard... ne sangat there??

yeh they do have the power... but so does every member of the sangat. we all have the right.. no, we all have the DUTY to kick someone out of darbaar who is either drunk, under influence of drugs, not obeying maryadha (eg. wont cover their heads or sumthing) or nething else that wud either be bad for the rest of the sangat or someone who poses a serious threat to Maharaj.... we are all soldiers, we all have a duty to protect and serve our Guru. Vaheguru. Bhul chuk maaf if i have caused neone offence.

VAHEGUROO A lot of members have been trying to access the keertan n fotos from sikhifm.com but because of the high demand the site has been restricted for the past few days but is back up n running now. we will be uploading new stuff in the next day or 2 the videos from the rehansbhai are up at akj.org.uk so check em out now. good quality too. there is benti from us too, that if u have the chance to go to these rehansbhais n smagams, then please do attend them... dont wait for the audio, video n fotos to be uploaded n settle with watching or hearing them rather than attending.
