My Bapu is Guru Granth Sahib Ji My Guru is Guru Granth Sahib Ji. And this not eating something cooked by non-amritdharis is a total contradiction of Guru J BTW - i am amritdhari, but not your interpretation.

YOU MAY COOK YOUR FOOD WITHOUT TOUCHING ANYONE; YOU MAY MAKE A GREAT SHOW OF CLEANSING TECHNIQUES, and burn incense and devotional lamps, BUT NONE OF THESE IS EQUAL TO THE LORD'S NAME..................." ( Guru Arjan Ji, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, pg 1229). NB. BIBEK Bib means two or dual (duality) Ek means one/singular. Bibek means from duality to singuality. - To remove yourself from dual thinking and focus only on ek (Vaheguru).

Looking at my kitchen the following should not be eaten; sainsbury's biscuits walkers crisps heinz ketchup loaf of bread jam marmite vegetable pasty. veggie fingers cheese yoghurt tomatoe soup bar of chocolate amb da achar barfi ladoo bibek dhan - in the ardas does not mean not eating from non-amritdharis. I am amritdhari - well i thought i was until reading this topic.

bunch of brahmins! in fact worse than brahmins! purity is measured by devotion to God. not by who cooked the roti.

I concur with the above statements. It felt as we were in a different dimension as we were on a wave being carried across. Everything seemed to be some kind of void, as if we were there but not really there. Sounds confusing i know. I urge all to come as the more we are the stronger we are.

By the grace of Vaheguru, Singhs and Singhnia were successful in preventing the beadbi of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Our Guru was placed in a suitcase and was about to be taken out of the car and into the hall. After a stand off with the police the Singhs were able to remove the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and take it to the local Gurudwara. A big thank you to everyone who supported and continue to sport this campaign.

We should all pack Sedgley Street Gurudwara this afternoon and make such a statement that the police. sangat and community know that this is a serious issue. EK NIWAS= IDOLATRY. Guru Gobind Singh Ji says in Savaiye "Some FOOLS worship idols or proceed to worship the dead......"

Anyone who does not believe that the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is THE and ONLY Guru for Sikhs, cannot be called a Sikh. The Guruship went from Guru Nanak Ji to Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who decided that the Guru Granth Sahib Ji was to be the next and final Guru. Why do folks have problems with this basic reality? One should not pick and choose aspect of Sikhi to believe in, just to suit their own views/inclinations. You won't get a Muslim saying, i believe in Allah but i don't accept Muhammed as his prophet. Sometimes we are so messed up.

Re fertilised and unfertilsed eggs. Fertilised eggs - these are the outcome of breeding. these eggs will hatch. Unfertilsed eggs - a chicken also produces eggs every month or so. this is a natural process of the chickens body and is not the result of breeding. these eggs do not hatch as they do not contain the male sperm.
