But in all fairness, Mann, love him or hate him, shouldnt really have gone to a Badal conference, its not a case of him having the balls to do it, why do it anyway if you know that your going to get your head kicked in, especially if you go there and start shouting out at the stage. Sikh politics is all screwed up anyway, if Mann wanted to do argue, then he should tell the media, and use the media.. not go down to badal's conference and get his paag knocked off. And just to add.. my personal belief is that sex should only be done when trying to have children.. and for the argument that you only will have sex a few times in life.. firstly.. were not here/ we haven't been given this life to have fun and sex.. were here to do paat and simran and secondly you can't guarantee that everytime you have sex you will make a child.. some ppl try their whole lives but never have children.. end of the day.. everything is not in our control.. gods will.. pul chuck maaf Gurfateh.

Basically you can have sex in marriage nobody is saying you can't, and nobody can say you can only have it X amount of times.. You just can't have sex outside marriage.. You cant use contraception, in marriage or outside marriage.. It is left up to your judgement how often to have sex, and some ppl only have sex when trying to have a baby, some rehit maryada's state that.. But truthfully majority of ppl have sex in marriage when trying for a baby and to show affection.. But you must use your head and not have sex too much and get sex mad and too lustful as it will only enhance Kaam, 1 of the 5 evils which we are trying to surpress and get rid of.. And the abortion thing.. you cant have abortion and once again you can't use contraception.. Everything is in the will of god.. if a baby was meant to be born, then it should, if the woman carrying the baby was not meant to make it, then thats gods will.. But you can't tell 100% that if you have an abortion on the grounds that the woman may die.. that the woman will die.. she may not.. again the will of god.. God created us and everything..

Let us hope the next jathedar will be a great gursikh and a true Jathedar, as was Jathedar Gurdev Singh Koanke. There's too much coruption in sikhi.. Vedanti cant take a firm stance and say this is what sikhi states and if any1 doesn't agree then you are not practising sikhi. Vedanti doesn't fight for anything which is opposing sikhs today, he doesn't have the charisma or character to be a jathedar, as you need to fight for rights instead of taking money home and not caring about sikhi.. you can take pure soya protein which is ok to have.. its normally the whey proteins which have the egg in.. Also they do taste Vile, so i'd just find an alternative to the shakes, i.e. you can put soya in daal and have that 1 hour after training.. or have soya sausages.. although they have a lot of fat in aswell, but if you grill them on a george foreman or summat you can try drain a lot out and they have a lot of protein in.. Basically have soya protein.. either in food or the not so tasty powder drinks. p.s. If you will have the drinks, mix the powder with skimmed milk not water as you get even more protein in it then!

By boycotting this paper, what would you gain?? oh and out of all the sikhs in Britain, how many do you think relate to a share in people who buy the guardian, not many... so i don't think they'd mind.. lol I understand your principle.. but why not fight for a better cause.. i.e. putting pressure on British Government to close down the group/ ban them in UK??!? gurfateh. Im going to india soon and was wondering how to bring senchiya over from india without doing beadbi. If i put them in suitcase, they could come under everything else and under other ppl's shoes in their suitcases. And if i put it in hand luggage, and above the seat, again, may be on the same level as some one else's shoes. Anybody done this before?? or know how to go about it?? Gurfateh

Baba ji does good seva by making sure ppl respect SGGS ji, and by taking Guru ji back from pakandi ppl. And does good katha about ppl against sikhi. But off topic a bit.. why is baba ji's dastar airbrushed in that pic?? lol

Today in a press conference, Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma of Damdami Taksal announced that Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale has made Shaheed on 6th June 1984 at the hands of the Indian Government. Hence making himself the next jathedar of Damdami Taksal, mehta chowk. He has the full backing of Damdami Taksal and Bhai Inder Singh, one of Sant ji's sons. Yet this does not stop the controvesy and some still believe in Baba Takhur singh ji's bachan that Sant ji is alive and well and that he will be back to lead the panth once more. I am not saying i agree with either.. I am just merely stating the facts of what is going on. gurfateh.

As YSL and i have stated before.. that the topic has been done already.. is 20 years of debate not enough?!?! what new points could you possibly bring out.?? so your saying we should spend years more arguing and debating about if sant ji alive or shaheed?? Singhavelli.. thats a good point and i agree with you.. but he'd never be bought to justice by law.. in india or any country.. politics.. so the only means left is assasination. and he is quite old now so he'd pass away.. but the fact that he walks around free after what he has done.. is just out of order.. he goes around doing interviews on 84.. sayin that after 84.. no singhs were abducted or burned alive.. and the fact that amnest international or any other human rights organisation cannot set foot in punjab to get evidence means that there's no evidence for a court case against him.. so there's not many ways left to get justice.. And on foreign soil.. true.. it would make bad publicity.. but it would be easier.. and the fact that if some1 does do it on foreign soil.. their 99.9% likely to get caught.. we shall wait and see what happens.. but i honestly dont know how he can sleep at night.. and still call himself a sikh... gurfateh.

true sants dont call themselves sants.. the sangat do.. eg.. Bhai Niranjan Singh.. Used to be called Sant Niranjan Singh, because although he wasn't tha sant from his dera.. the sangat started to call him that on the merit of his kirtan, katha and giyan. But wen the sant from his dera passed away.. they appointed a new sant.. which was not him.. so out of respect he then changed his name to Bhai Niranjan Singh again.. And Sant anoop Singh has been called 'Sant' since an early age.. about 18 i think.. because of his inspirational kirtan.. this name was given by the sangat.. The same way a shaheed gets called Shaheed "........." singh or kaur.. obvioulsy he cant call himself a shaheed because he is no longer alive.. So my point being that the sangat label people as Sant, or shaheed. gurfateh.

fateh.. The rep theatre were told to cut out the gudwara scene and they (gurpreet bhatti) refused point blank.. so the demonstrations were staged.. the rep were told of this first! The violence kicked off.. on saturday.. and because of the negative media coverage.. its hyped up into a big thing.. There was not large scale violence.. But forgive me if im wrong.. but the play has been stopped.. hence the beadbi has been stopped.. and if ppl would now just let this lie.. and learn from mistakes then everything may be ok.. This is turning into a copy of the Salmond Rushdie play ages ago with the muslims.. And no offence but ppl are saying "do this" "that could have been done better".. I agree in hindsight that it could have been dealt with differently but end of the day the rep and the writer were given every chance to change the play and take out the gudwara scene and change it to a community centre... but they refused so we had to do what was neccessary to stop it beeing shown! And telling the BBC about the death threats wont change anything.. they wouldn't really care.. A news reporter on central news today said that the play in now one of the most famous plays at the moment and she'd want to go watch it if it was ever shown again to see what the fuss is about.. IS this what we want???!! Were publicising the play too much.. I say let it drop now because more people are interested in seeing it and a lot of white ppl are curious as to what its all about.. gurfateh.

Yes sant ji said before june 1984 that if anything was to happen to him then everybody should listen to Baba Takhur Singh ji.. "Taksali Singh 101" not all of taksal believe that Sant ji is still alive.. Taksal, have 2 factions.. One side who are with baba ji believe he is still alive, and the other believe that he is shaheed.. gurfateh..

Can please stick to the topic at hand and stop arguing about Sant Jarnail Singh.. It happens all the time.. we start off speaking about 1 thing and it always ends up with ppl arguing about Sant ji, Taksal, and Government of india. So stick to the Air India trial plz.. gurfateh.
