New Delhi: Giving no relief, a Delhi Court today issued non-bailable warrant against Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in 1984 anti-Sikh riots cases opening the possibility of his arrest by CBI ahead of anticipatory bail plea to be heard tomorrow in the High Court. Taking exception to his non-appearance before the court after the Delhi High Court refused to grant him relief, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Lokesh Kumar Sharma said that he was "duty-bound" to appear before him. google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);"The accused was called to appear before the court but he choses to challenge before superior court and rightly do but he could not get any relief. CBI's special prosecutor and senior advocate R S Cheema opposed the application of Kumar's counsel for his client's exemption from personal appearance in the court. He submitted that allowing such a plea would be tantamount to granting relief to the accused, which, for the time being, has not been allowed by the High Court. Scores of Sikhs staged a demonstration outside the Karkardooma court in the afternoon and demanded capital punishment against Kumar. Earlier in the day, the High Court deferred till tomorrow hearing on the anticipatory bail plea of Kumar, 64, in the case. Kumar, a former MP from outer Delhi, has approached the High Court against trial court's order, which had on February 15 refused to grant him anticipatory bail. In view of his plea in the High Court, the trial court deferred hearing on the issue twice today. CBI had chargesheeted 13 people, including Kumar, on January 13 in two separate 1984 riots cases for allegedly making provocative speeches, leading to the killing of 12 persons in the violence that broke out following the assassination of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The probe agency had filed the chargesheets in the court after concluding its investigation into the cases registered on the recommendation of Nanavati Commission in 2005.

This Chakra is now housed in Sri Akal Thakt Sahib in Amritsar. The Kamarkasa of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji:-The kamarkasa of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, in Moti Bagh, Patiala, is engraved with the Mool Mantar until Nanak hosi bhi such. The Entrance of Sri Harmandir Sahib: At the very entrance of the Harmandir Sahib, Mool Mantar is engraved in gold at the top of the door. Over there too it is written until Nanak hosi bhi such. ANND TALKING about JATAK. SGGSJI gurbani never confirmed about this and there is not even a WOrd called jatak in Gurbani and looking at Kabir ji's Bani In SGGSji, THen you'll Unserstand between Haram and Halal(Donot Tell me that It applies to Only Islam or Muslims). British Raj and Corruption within Our Dharam(Dharam de Dhoukhi) changed so many things in our Dharam and Lives, we fight between ouself over For eg:- Half Chaupai Sahib da Paath and FUll Chaupai Sahib da Path, Fight Over Dasam Granth, FIght over Raagmala, Fight over this, FIght over that, Fight over Maryada of Guru, FIght over Sant Samaj, Fight over this/that sant etc), Fight over History of Guru Sahiban and so on. Ultimately what we have achieved-NOTHING. Today if anybody raise his/her SWORd is labelled as 'Terrorist' by Govt;even though if he is fighting for his Homeland and Dharam. and is killed mercilessly. Time would come when GUru Granth Sahibji would take Deh Saroop and give us that shakti again which was given to Khalsa by GURU GOBIND SINGH JI to fight EVil and Re-establish KHALSA all over the world. Mr K SIngh Deep ji, You Should Read Sukhmani Sahib and Then Argue over this. I am telling about Puran Sant,Mahapursh not Fake Sant(Like Baba Ram Rahim or Noormahliya) and I'm not debating over Panj Payrey and Amrit Sanchar. Meaning of Sant is [se-Ant] i.e Submerged with Beant[be-Ant] who is Akal Purakh.

Hello K.SIngh Deep Ji, Please donot be Katarwadi(Sharia-Wadi). Without Sant(Puran and Gurmukh), Gurbani's Real Menaing cannot be understood. Even Sant Singh Ji Maskeen said in one of his Katha that Even though He had learnt the meanings of the SGGS from various sources but He was not able to get that Real Taste(Amrit Ras) which is stated in Anand Sahib(Anand Bheya Meri Maye, Satguru me Paeya). That means Even though He was one of important Katha Vachak in Sikh History and Title of SANT was given but still He was not Puran Sant. WHen baby is born, Parents teach him/her about the sorroundings, Enviornment,. Bad and Good, Education, Knowledge. He/She is not born with all that knowledge. SImilarly, We cannot understand SGGSji simply by reading daily and not following its path(Lack of Meaning Knowledge. Even Bhagat Prahlad Realized God only because he recieved Gur Mantar and Methodology of Naam Jap from NARAD(Sant). Papan Ganika realized god when Sant gave her Parrot. Bhagat Ravidas ji Realized God when he recieved blessing from Guru Ramanand ji. Bhagat Trilochan is Realized God when He got Sangat of Bhagat Kabir Ji. Please read Bhagat Mala, Then You'll realize that without Proper Sant, Guru, Mahapurash, God cannot be realized. They Know the God's Path, they have those eyes to see. THey make the path easy to realize.

Hello Sangat ji, Just wanted to know, In all the pics of Guru Gobind singh ji and Chote Sahib Zadey and Mata Gujri ji, All are wearing Kamarkasas(Blue Color Cloth arounf their Waist). Even in Suraj Prakash Katha by Bhai Santokh SIngh ji mentions that Guru Gobind SIngh ji made it complusory 'Who Ever wants my darshan should be complete sikh(in terms of Rehni,Behni,Sehni), Should be ShashterDhari , Wearing Complete Uniform with Kamarkasa. Also it mentions that During Amrit Sanchar , 5 pyarey wore kamarkasa and then gave Amrit to the Disciple Then why did today SGPC didnot make it complusory for Sikhs to wear Kamrkasa. Instead today SIKH(not all but few) will question ANother sikh(wearing Kamarkasa) ;' Bhai SIngha, Eh Pati keri Bani ah tu apne Lak nu'(what clothe(Pati) are u wearing around your waist(Lak), Any Spine Problems'.

One of the Bad fellow kept Dead Pigs in the Mosque which led to Riots between Muslims and Hindus. Many Innocent Fellows were killed. Even When THey Knew it that Such shameful acitivity is done by Mad fellow not by Good People. They Shoud have removed the Dead Pigs from the Mosque instead of resorting to Riots.
