I think this is spot on- us males will not really appreaciate the scope of the argument to the extent females will. I think the poster is simply saying that every individual- every one of us is important too- we can all play our part, and should all play our part. I think its quite an effective, and original way to get the point across, but as shown here certainly appears to be open to misunderstanding
